The four number 07:30 were staring at my face again, but today was actually a school day. My eyes open slowly, but once my brain registers the "07:30" I wake up instantly.

"Shit, I'm actually going to be late this time" I say to myself in distress. Like the last two days, I run through my room and quickly grab my school uniform. I almost run out of my room before remembering my treasured watch, I run back and grab it before sprinting downstairs. As I pass through the living room, I get stared at by Elin. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to school, so I have to leave pretty early. I can't run to school either, mostly because my muscles are sore in result of the exercises yesterday. I guess I'll go to school shojo style today, with a toast in my mouth. Mom is already gone since she has work to do. I quickly grab a toast and run out the front door. The spring season was clearly showing, it was green everywhere I looked. When I walk outside I see a hurrying Eleonora sprinting towards school. I'm quickly reminded of my failed attempts at activating that ability, That would've been so useful right now. I shake the thought and start walking towards my high school. The gravel under my feet makes a crunching sound as I walk on it. The sun is shining brightly, even though it's early in the morning. I try to walk as fast as I can so I don't ruin my uniform by sweating.

"Hey, isn't that Simon?" "Yeah, I think so." "He's super smart isn't he?"

A bunch of students are observing me in front of the high school. I have a reputation for being really smart, and in result of that, no one dares to approach me. Like I'm some sort of untouchable celebrity. Well, it actually benefits me because that way I get more time that I can use for something beneficial, like studying. Calmly, I walk into the school and into my classroom. My seat is in the back next to the window, a place where I can relax. While the teacher teaches us about mathematics, a couple of students are staring at me. After a couple of minutes, it starts getting on my nerves, but I push it down to not cause a scene. An hour passes and the lesson is over, the English teacher walks into the roomy classroom with an announcement to make. The room falls silent as the teacher lays her stuff on a table in the front

"Today, we have a transfer student that will be joining us." She breaks the silence with. The silence gets replace by waves of excitement. People start speculating who it could be. Could it be a girl? The guys thought. Could it be a guy? The girls thought. I didn't really care that much and was busy with figuring out how to activate my power. But I would lie if I said that I wasn't a little bit excited.

"You can come in now." The teacher says.

Immediately after she said that the door flies open and in comes a female student. She walks a couple of steps and then stops, turns and smiles. Before me, and the rest of the class, a quite attractive girl stood. She had two big locks of hair on each side of her head, blonde hair and blue eyes. She looked like a rich girl, but I'm not one to judge by appearance. The girl started talking

"Hello everybody in this class. My name is Louise Hayashida, I'm going to be your new classmate. I look forward to being in this class with all of you."

The way she spoke was also quite formal and "fancy" for a normal high school girl. Everybody in the class started to cheer, except for me. I just stared at my paper and thought of things to try to get my power working.

Louise stared at the only boy who wasn't cheering and staring at her flawless self, that pissed her off a bit.

Akane was also staring at this particular boy with longing eyes. Every time she looked at him her heart just started beating harder and harder. She didn't know what was wrong with her.

An English lesson later and Louise was fitting in with the class like she had known them for years. I was still writing on my paper, completely alone. I quickly read through what I had written

"Thinking about stopping time

Slapping myself in the face

Pressing somewhere on my body

Running 15 laps

Doing 15 sit-ups

Run into a tree"

Those are some of the things I tried yesterday in the forest, but nothing of it had worked. The last one hurt extra much. I try to think of something else to do, but it could be literally anything. While I'm struggling a certain lady walks up to me. Louise comes up to my desk with her hands behind her back. I take a quick look, but then I look down at my paper again and start writing.

"Hello, my name is Louise Hayashida. What is your name?" She says and reaches out her hand. People in the background start chatting about this "unbelievable situation". I respond with

"I already know your name, you said it during your presentation."

A vein almost pops out of Louise's forehead. She then says

"What is your name?"

I say

"My name is Simon. Now can you leave? I'm quite busy with something here."

This was unbelievable! How could someone be so uninterested towards me, Louise!?

Louise then says

"Do you not know who I am!?"

I sigh heavily, look at her in the eye and say

"How obsessed are you with names!? Your name is Louise Hayashida! Happy? Now let me do my thing and I'll let you do your thing."

This girl had gotten on my nerve, couldn't she just let me be? But I let the anger go and started writing again.

What could be so interesting that it's worth doing more than interacting with me!? Louise thought to herself. Before I realized it, Louise grabbed my piece of paper and started reading it. She then mumbled what it said in the text

"How to stop time?"

She then pauses and looks at me with a confused face. Louise starts laughing, all the people in the class are staring at us in silence. I stand up to grab my paper when all of the sudden I trip.

Once again, all sound stop and in front of me, there is a completely frozen Louise Hayashida. Confused, I check around the room and see everybody completely solid, not a single movement. Yes, I did it! Finally, I activated the power again. But how did I do it... I know! Every time when I've been close to getting hurt, the power has activated. I started laughing, a bit maniacally. Slowly, I walk up to the now frozen Louise with a wide grin on my face. While I'm in this state, I take the opportunity to check Louise out. She is pretty tall and has a nice body, unnaturally big boobs, a plump ass. I kind of felt ashamed of myself, but I was at that age wasn't I? When I'm done with that, I grab the paper out of her hand. I also decide to teach her a little lesson. I grab her boob with my hand and hold it for a couple of seconds. After a couple of seconds, Louise suddenly stops and looks at her hand, just to find that there isn't anything there. She quickly turns her to see me waving the paper. All she gets out of her mouth is "How did you--" Before feeling the groping of her boob. She gets a confused look on her face while I start laughing. She then says

"Don't think this is the last time you'll see me." before running away. I get a feeling of content before writing "Almost get hurt" on my paper and ringing it in.

For lunch, I usually go up to the rooftop. I enjoy the silence and scenery up here. But the biggest problem I have with my life comes up the stairs.

"Yo, Simon." Junpei says.

Junpei and his gang walk up the stairs and go to me. Before I have time to respond, he kicks the book I was reading out of my hands and laughs a bit. I sigh a bit before saying

"Junpei, are we doing this again?"

"Hahaha, Come on Simon. Won't you give me some money?" Junpei responds. This is part of my every day, but now that will change. With my power, I can beat Junpei and his gang up! I stand up and walk up to Junpei and say

"Why should I give you money you don't deserve?"

"You've got some nerve, I'll teach you again what happens if you go against me." Junpei says and prepares to throw a punch. I chuckle a bit. I can see Junpei's punch flying towards me, but yet I don't feel any fear. Guess who's the winner he---

BAM

I get a hard punch right to the face, I fly into the wall I was eating by. Why didn't it wo--- Before I can finish thinking that I get a hard kick right to the stomach, I cough up some blood. The rest of the gang runs up to me and starts to punch me, like a punching bag. The pain is like nothing I've ever felt before. Junpei must be extra pissed today. After a while of getting beaten, everything starts to feel the same. I can feel myself almost passing out, everything is getting darker.

"What are you guys doing!?" Louise and Akane scream in unison.

"Shit, we've been discovered." Junpei yells out and runs away, but not before stealing my wallet. Akane runs up to me and grabs my hand, Louise follows her behind.

"Are you okay?" Akane asks me

"Judge for yourself. I feel pretty good, you get used to the pain after a while."

Louise gasps and asks

"If this has happened several times, why haven't you said anything to anyone?"

I smile a bit and say

"Not to sound heroic but it's better that they hit me than some other student, right? Besides, it isn't a problem if you don't see it as one."

These words echoed through Louise's and Akane's heads.

How could a guy like this think like that!? Louise thought to herself. Meanwhile, Akane's heart started beating faster.
