Arriving back in the 21st universe on the Destroyer's world, the gang immediately split up. Gohan, Karen, and Diana returned to the Watchtower before descending to Earth.
"I want to visit Barry," Gohan explained. Diana and Karen nodded.
"I should find Kara and send her your way," Karen said, then flew off toward Metropolis.
Gohan looked at Diana before holding out his hand. Diana took his hand as they flew off together.
They soared through the skies, heading toward Central City. The sun was low on the horizon, casting a golden glow over the landscape. The lights of Central City began to flicker on as the day gave way to twilight.
"We should find Barry soon," Gohan said, his eyes scanning the city below.
Diana nodded, her gaze equally focused. "He's likely at S.T.A.R. Labs or patrolling the city."
A moment later, Gohan's sharp eyes caught sight of a red blur moving through the streets. "There he is. I'll ask him to meet us," Gohan said, using his telepathy to catch Barry's attention.
They descended quickly, landing on a rooftop just as Barry Allen, the Flash, skidded to a stop in front of them.
"Gohan, Diana! What brings you here? I thought you'd be gone longer," Barry asked, his voice full of surprise and warmth.
"Flash, we need to talk," Gohan said with a smile. "It's about something important."
"Sure thing, but let's head back to my place. It's almost dinner time, and Iris will be expecting me. Besides, who knows who could be listening," Barry replied, motioning for them to follow as he took out his phone and sent Iris a message.
They made their way to Barry's home, arriving just as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the city in the soft hues of dusk. Inside, the welcoming warmth of the house greeted them. Iris was setting the table and looked up with a smile as they entered.
"Hello, you two!" Iris greeted warmly. "Thankfully, Barry let me know you guys were coming; otherwise, there wouldn't be enough for us all."
"Nice to officially meet you, Wonder Woman," Iris greeted the Amazonian princess. Diana waved her off with a smile.
"No need for such formalities," Diana replied. "We hope we're not intruding."
"Not at all. Not everyone can say they have two members of the League and a god drop by for dinner," Iris said, giving them both a quick hug. "Dinner's almost ready. Make yourselves at home."
As they settled in, Barry excused himself to quickly run out and grab some extra food. When he returned, they all gathered in the living room. Gohan took a deep breath and looked at Barry, realizing he had just run and grabbed more food.

Noticing this, Barry quickly explained, "This is because both you and I need to consume a lot of food, so better safe than sorry," he said. Gohan chuckled, grateful for his hospitality.
"Thanks, although I wouldn't eat out your entire wallet. I'm not my father or Vegeta," Gohan explained.
"Barry, I have something important to ask you," Gohan began, his tone serious. "Diana and I are getting married in six months, and we would be honored if you would be my best man."
Barry's eyes widened in surprise, and then a broad smile spread across his face. "Gohan, I'd be honored! Of course, I'll be your best man."
"That's great," Gohan said, visibly relieved and happy. "The wedding will be in the 7th Universe. We won't be gone long, but maybe you and Iris could use this time as a vacation too."
"Also if you have any close friends you'd like to invite, you're welcome to."
Iris looked at Barry with a twinkle in her eye. "A vacation sounds wonderful. We've been needing some time away."
Barry nodded, still smiling. "It's settled then. We'll be there. I think Cisco and Caitlin would be willing to go too. It's not every day you get to see another universe. Knowing those two, they'd geek out the most, they're two other close friends I have,"
Meanwhile, in Metropolis, Karen Starr had just arrived. The city was now cloaked in darkness, with the last rays of the sun having disappeared.
She landed gracefully on the balcony of her apartment, only to see Supergirl approaching from a distance. Karen stepped inside, flicking on the lights as she went.
A few moments later, Supergirl landed on the same balcony and entered the apartment. "Hey, Karen, I heard you open the balcony door," she greeted with a smile, brushing a strand of blonde hair away from her face.
"Hey, Kara. Yeah, I just got back," Karen replied. "How was your day?"
"Busy as usual," Supergirl said, sinking into a chair. "But it's good to see you home."
Karen nodded, pouring a couple of glasses of juice and walking over to her doppelganger. "I made real good progress with my training," Karen explained as she let her fire-like aura coat her, being careful not to burn anything by accident in the high-rise apartment.
Kara's eyes widened slightly. "Woah! You have an aura! Like Gohan!" she exclaimed as she approached Karen. The closer she got, the more she felt it. "It feels like I am sunbathing, but just much weaker."
Karen nodded proudly. "Goku told me that I have a mutated Ki source. That's why my aura acts like a star. It could just be due to me being a Kryptonian," she explained. Kara nodded and approached closer, raising her hand to her mouth as she examined the burning aura.
"Does it make you any stronger? At least noticeably?" she asked. Karen just smirked at her.
"My master told me that the more I train my Ki, the stronger I can get. I do know my punches are much heavier than they ever were before, and that's when I am barely trying," Karen explained. "I'd say the difference is night and day."
Supergirl smiled. "Yeah, that makes me excited."
Karen handed her a glass. "You know, maybe it's time for me to challenge Clark," she said with a chuckle.
Supergirl laughed, shaking her head. "Just be careful. He's not one to back down from a challenge."
Karen smirked. "Neither am I."
Taking a more serious tone, she fully turned to Supergirl. "How is he?"
"Thankfully, everything worked out," Kara explained. Karen relaxed.
"That did stress me out quite a bit," she admitted. She didn't want Clark and Gohan to have bad blood. 'That would be bad news,' she thought to herself before remembering something interesting. "I saw another version of Clark, although he was nothing like ours," she explained.
"Really?"
"Yeah, he is a real asshole," she admitted, making Kara burst into laughter.
They both laughed, the conversation becoming more easy-going as Karen explained her adventures. As the city of Metropolis continued its nightly hum outside, inside the apartment, two powerful women shared a moment of respite and friendship.
