"Great job Yor, killing all those boars. Your level skyrocketed" Ash said as she began reloading her gun.

"Thanks, oh man i'm exhausted though" He said lying on the ground to try and catch his breath, "and yeah im at level 6 by now, but i'm not getting much xp fighting these low level mobs"

"True i barely went up a level, we should go somewhere else that has stronger opponents. I got it let's go to the land of the swords"

"The land of the swords? That's a boring name" Yor said laughing.

"I know. For some reason the writer didn't give it a better name" she said in agreement.

"But anyways it's the mainland of the sword users." Yor looked at her with interest. "My home town, oh wow I can't wait to see it." Yor said with interest.

"You'll like it, there's way more mobs out there to fight, I think it would be better to start off with some missions in one of the towns." Ash suggested.

"That sounds great, I can't wait to see it". Yor got up from the ground ready to head out

"Um, one question. How do we get there"? Yor asked.

Ash laughed "you'll see"

"Ash. Seriously, a carriage" Yor starred in disbelief At the brown carriage that was tacked up to a couple of horses. "Can't we just teleport or something"?

"Dear Yor you can't teleport you never been there and frankly neither have I" Ash said as the carriage pulled up to both of them.

"Please take us to the land of the swords"

"Yes ma'am, hope on" the driver said getting ready to take them to their destination.

Ash and yor hopped on the carriage and headed off.

Yor could see the red sand fading as they crossed over the territory line, he could now see nice yellowish green grass and hills.

"Oh, I forgot to ask, did you want to go to the small town or the big town?" The stagecoach asked.

"Let's start out with the small city, I don't think he's ready for the big one yet, he's still a newbie" Ash teased.

"Hey, what?"

"Shush, it's your second day here you kinda are" Ash kept teasing.

The stagecoach chuckled and kept driving straight on the dirt path.

"That's a big open field, it must go on for miles" Yor studied everything he saw including how far the yellow grass field has gone on.

"That's right. It's not the biggest stretch of land but it's still pretty big. Oh and if you look to your left you'll see the snowy mountains". The driver pointed out.

"Oh my. they are pretty big aren't they." Ash looked at it with wide eyes. "

"Oh my. I knew this land had it but I had never seen it before." Ash looked at it with wide eyes. "Well they're not as big as the mountains in the other lands" She added.

"Yeah it is pretty impressive isn't it." Yor stared at the huge mountains, he could see snow at the peaks stacking up.

"Alright folks we're here. That would be nine hundred gems please"

"Here you go" Ash sent the gems to the stagecoach and watched as he took off.

"Alright, welcome to the land of the swords. It has Some of the same things as the village back in the red sand but a lot of the equipment and quests are for sword users, ''Ash explained as she showed Yor around.

"Why is everyone staring at us"? Yor noticed a bunch of players giving them weird looks from the distance and even some NPCs staring at them as well.

"Well it's pretty unusual to find a different warrior type on a land completely different from them, you'll get a few stares here and there, but no one will do anything, unless of course you decide to visit the land of the ninjas" Ash reassured Yor.

It was a fairly big village with stands everywhere, past that there were some gear forging shops along with some food stands.

"Oh look there's the tavern" Yor pointed out the building with a sign that had a mug carved onto it.

As they went in, they saw the mission board near the back of the building and made their way towards it.

"Wow there's a lot of sword missions and only a few of the different ones" Yor noticed.

"Swordsmen still need to level up their other stats so of course there will still be a different selection. How about you choose one this time"

Ash let Yor move in front of her so that he could have a better view of the selections.

He was deciding which skill level he should level up.

"Maybe i should level up my sensory, that could come in handy during that event"

Yor grabbed a poster with a sensory symbol and read it.

"Seriously, Yor. You want to do that one? it doesn't even pay that well, 250 each?" Ash stared at the poster in confusion, it was a seeking mission to find someone's lost pet cat.

"Well yeah, leveling up my sensory skills won't hurt, even if it is a boring mission." Yor took the poster and accepted it, he opened his map and saw a location marker that directed them into the open fields outside of the town.

"Oh fine let's just get this over with" Ash went out of the tavern followed by Yor and headed towards the town's outskirts, when they arrived they got out their gear expecting a fight of some sort .

"All right, you see that circle on the map?" Ash pointed to a dot on the map and then pointed out a circle surrounding it.

"That tells use the cat must be in this circle somewhere, it's pretty small so we don't need to split up"

"Got it. Stay in the circle" Yor put up his map and began looking around for the cat.

He searched by a pile of rocks he thought would be a good place to find a cat but when he looked it wasn't there.

Ash was searching in the tall grass but no luck there.

Ash stopped looking and Yor could tell she had enough."This is a waste of time we can't find this cat"

"I know but that poor cat could be scared and all alone, if we don't find it he could get seriously hurt or worse-" all of a sudden Yor heard a yell in the distance not that far away.

"Did you hear that? That sounded like someone could be in trouble" with that Yor sprinted as fast as he could towards the noise"

"Yor! Wait up!" Ash followed after him trying to catch up

"Wow swordsmen really are fast, how did-" Yor placed his hand over Ash's mouth trying to quiet her.

"Shh. You see that over there"

Ash saw a herd of boars attacking a girl but she couldn't quite tell what was happening.

"She looks like she's in trouble we have to help"

Yor rushed in to help her, he took his sword and powered it up getting enough to spin himself around to hit a small sum of the boars.

A small glow could be seen spinning around him as he hit the boars one by one.

Ash took out her pistol and shot the boars in their weak spot in the front shoulders and watched as they disappeared.

They were about to go for the last few when all of a sudden there was a blue lightning flash that slashed straight through the boars at the speed of sound and they were all dead within an instant leaving behind a hint of blue static.

Yor stared at the mysterious woman and went over to see if she was okay. "Excuse me? Are you okay?"

Before he could say anything more or react a static blade went straight at his neck and stopped before it could pierce right through him.

Ash reacted faster than him and pointed her gun towards her head ready to pull the trigger.

"PUT IT DOWN! NOW!" Ash yelled at her only to get an unfazed glare, put her sword away.

"You just had to get in my way, I had everything under control" she walked off with her sword in hand.

Yor yelled out "we were just trying to help"

"Well next time don't. Stay out of my way" and with that she disappeared.

"Well that was strange" Yor looked shocked and still fazed by what happened.

"Whatever it doesn't matter. We're still on a mission" Ash responded

"Oh yeah about that cat" Yor pointed to a tiny black and white kitten, he was heading towards them meowing at them.

"Aww he's sooo adorable." Ash picked up the kitten and hugged it.

"Alright let's get going we need to complete this mission" they both headed back towards the village to turn in the cat, but they were still shocked about what happened earlier and they didn't know how to take it.

"Oh thank you for turning in my cat. Oh Mafia I thought I lost you, you need to stop running off like that" an old woman stood in front of them holding her kitten in her arms she was overjoyed to see her lost kitten come back home safely.

"Here is your reward. I know it's not much but I really do appreciate it, he's been missing for 3 days"

"Glad to help Mrs." Ash responded with a smile.

"Keep a better eye on him next time," Yor added.

They watched as the old lady and her cat disappeared into the crowd of shoppers.

"Well at least we got a good amount of xp" Yor started watching his level go up.

"Yeah most of that xp came from fighting off those mobs. But I still wonder who that strange woman is. She said she didn't need help but she was surrounded." She began thinking who the mysterious woman could've been.

"Either way she seems both strong and brave enough to go for all of those boars at once. I hope we don't see her during that battle royale" Yor remembered her lightning fast reflexes along with her blue lightning sword that had blades on both sides.

Ash nodded in agreement "I hope we don't see her either." Ash looked at him "anyways we need to start training more, you need to be at least at level ten, i'm already above that level, but you're still below. Come on we need to start grinding"
