"Ahhh! Why am i in air?" Yor could see nothing but clouds, not even the ground that awaited him.

"Oh wait, i'm floating, i'm not actually falling, it's kind of weird just floating in the air like this, i can actually feel the cold air of my skin this vr game is actually impressive."

Yoriko could now see the ground where he was heading.

"Wow this world is amazing I've only been here a couple minutes and I already love it, i can see the whole world from here" as Yoriko landed he could see a whole town it was big and a lot of red dust covering it from the red sand streets, he could see wagons being pulled by horses, groups of people heading into taverns people thT all looked different from each other.

"Yoriko? Is that you?" A random voice interrupted his thoughts.

"Yeah. But who are you? Wait Ashi! Is that you? You look so different from real life." Yor stared at Ashi, she looked so different her eyes were a different color then her sunny yellow eyes, they were now red, and her hair seemed different. It was shorter in the front, and her outfit was different then her normal outfit, she wore a gray skirt with combat boots, she also had some pouches on her side probably to carry stuff and around her neck she had a scarf like item, he didn't know what it was.

"Yes this is my game avatar, and in this world I'm known as Ash. Wow the only thing different about you is your hair, it's a bit darker than before." Ash said as she stared at her friend's hair.

"Yeah it's kinda boring, but it's all I could think of. And my name is now Yor in this world." Yor scratched his head looking around.

"So what exactly is this place? it's all dusty and red"

"Oh that's right. Yor welcome to the city of red sand, it gets the name from all the red dust caused by the red sand, it's not that appealing but it's the center of the world where every player spawns at." Ash took Yor's hand and ran to a huge building that was barely visible with all the sand clouds surrounding it.

"This is the councler's tower, its really big but it's where a lot of meetings happen, i heard the council only consists of the strongest players in all of Atravia" Ash said with a big smile.

"And you Yor you look really cool, with that black jacket thing of yours." Ash noticed he was wearing stuff he wouldn't normally wear, like the belt he had on, he would always complain that they were too uncomfortable for him.

"Yeah I guess this is the kinda stuff the swordsman wears, but these gloves are kinda weird, does everyone have them?" Yor held out his hands revealing the gloves he wore.

"Oh those every swordsman has em, there's like a way to tell what type of warrior you are, everyone has them." Ash showed one of her dark green boots to Yor. "These are combat boots all gunners have them, the tamers have scarfs, the ninjas have some sort of mask, archers have a hood, knights with their cap and chemists wear glasses." Ash explained everything to him that he might need to know. "We also have different color themes,

Swordsman:black

Gunners: olive green

Archer: red

Knights:gray

Chemists: purple

Ninjas: really dark blue

Tamers: brown"

Yor looked at her, starting to understand her words.

"I know it's a lot, hope it makes sense"

"It does. So what exactly am I supposed to do here" Yor was still looking around trying to make sense of it all.

"Well you can do anything, level up your skills by fighting creatures or other players, and if you're strong enough you can take on one of the 8 great bosses, well not at your level of course you're too weak." Ash slapped Yor's back and watched his health go down a bit.

"Ow that hurt really bad"

"Oh relax, you're fine. You got more damage sense i'm a gunner and i do more damage, here look at this, you just hold your hand out and swipe right." With her hand Ash pulled up the menu and Yor repeated her.

"Wow you did do a lot of damage" Yor said in amazement seeing his health bar gone down a few points.

"Come on, I'll show you around".

Yor was starting to feel more accepting of this new vr world.

But something felt off about the dusty red town like something was hiding there waiting for the chance to come out.
