The maximum level for proficiency is 699, where points cannot be added to a proficiency anymore. However, one can go over 699 by using the proficiency very, very often, and for a long time, until finally the heavens will automatically increase the proficiency by 1 during a tribulation, where the expert is in the most desperate of times. In case this happens, the expert will have one more perk than his/her contemporaries in this particular proficiency(remember the one perk every 25 proficiency levels rule?), potentially making this expert a peerless tianjiao of the era.
Peerless tianjiao character level bumps to 2119 after experiencing the proficiency increase. It also gives them the corresponding increases per level. Their every attribute cannot go over 63 points, but only the Strength attribute will not give more stats if they put points on it after 63. Agility, Intelligence and Charisma will still give proficiency points, extraordinary skill points, and increase the disciple limit for every attribute point put into them. In addition to MC, only peerless tianjiao can train armies of soldier emperors to maintain their rule.
