Hana led us to the Guild and told us to wait outside while she got a quest for us. I would be ok with it but Lin is hiding behind a wooden pillar looking at me strangely. she is going to get something stolen from a thief if she stands like that. Hana came out of the guild and noticed how Lin was acting.
"Lin. why don't you even approach him... it?" Hana said while pointing at me with a serious face.
"Oh come on. I am not an it" I said in protest but Hana ignored me. Lin looked at me with a glance before looking back to Hana and whispering something in her ear. I just look at the quest paper she had. quests from a guild hall are not in blue boxes, they are on paper. also, don't let them be stolen, if the quest is done whoever hands in the paper gets the reward.

At that point I could feel everyone so much more clearly, I had been sensing as much as possible since I got here. Lin looks to have a lot of Spirit Force potential for someone who doesn't have it unlocked. this will come in handy. maybe not against a necromancer or something like that but it should come in handy.
"Richard, what was that, your Spirit Force grew slightly" Hana said to me, she must have felt the change. she looked more concerned then curious, mainly because a sudden change in your Spirit Force can make you loose your concious mind into the destruction of the power.
"I am ok, got a cool new ability to sense things though" I said with a smile before looking at the quest paper one last time. "I will race you there" I said while running as fast as I could, kicking up a bunch of dust while I was at it. if I run fast my stat points go up faster.

I think I need some more brain power... I look to unbalanced, another thing to note is I did not gain a level from killing the wolves. they were Hana's targets so to prevent steeling kills for experience they made it so I would not get any experience from that. Hana on the other hand is Level 4. she refuses to share what she spent the status points on.
"Hana.... we are falling behind" Lin said while pointing at my dust cloud and started to chase after me.
I arrived at the Bandit Hideout first. it was on a near by mountain. it is a small wooden outpost 4 arches. 3 swordsman. 6 people with duel blades. I felt some Spirit Force other then them which was stronger then the others, a Bandit Chief?. I waited just out of sight for my two followers to catch up, after a few minuets I saw Hana and Lin catching up slowly. Hana in the lead but both exhausted. "What took you so long?" I asked them. Hana gave me and angry look.
"We would have gotten here faster but I walked at Lin's speed to be nice" Hana said gasping for air with lies worse then the ones I tell. "So have you scouted ahead?" Hana asked me and I smiled.
"13 Bandits and 1 potential Bandit chief" I said and she game me a curious look about the potential Bandit Chief. I was about to charge in but Hana grabbed me by my shoulder and pulled me back.
"Don't you think we should have a plan first? and if you say your plan was attack I will kill you before the level 14 bandits have the chance" Hana said while pointing at their Level. I nodded slightly. with my strength stat, my gloves and technique I can deal around 400-410 damage per hit. their health will be at 14,000 HP. I guess I won't be able to kill them with the same ease as I did the wolves.
"attack" I said before charging at the only bandit that wasn't inside the walls of the outpost.
"Son of a.." Hana started to say something but then looked worryingly over at Lin. I used Physical Reinforcement and kicked him in the throat causing him to fall back holding onto his throat, I then took the moment to kick the man while he was down. he was dead before he could react. 4000 HP lost from my kick to his throat with a critical and the rest were stamped right onto his solar plexus at 800 HP each hit.
"See?" I said with no more physical reinforcement. I gained 7 levels. making me level 8. 35 stat points to allocate as I please. so I did. I put 6 on Intelligence and 29 on wisdom. making my SF storage increase to 4000. and my SF per second was now at 15 SF/s.
"At least use a plan for the rest" Hana said so I looted the body of the Bandit for all its worth and then we went back around the corner. "I have a plan. I will weaken them with my arrows and hold their attention. you go behind them and kill them before they see it coming, Lin will stay here and heal me when I need her" Hana said seriously. that sounds like it would work.
"What about the Bandit Chief, I know I sensed a strong Spirit Force inside of there" I said and Hana thought.
"We will deal with him together. I do long ranged damage while you attack head on, Lin with be your healer" Hana said and then drew her bow and started to fire, I then realised she was starting ahead of me, I ran around behind their camp, it contained 4 buildings, a watch tower with nobody in it. a housing building where they could rest. a shed that I guess stores weapons and a big building that looks important. and when I say big I mean it was a round building the size of your average barn yet it looked important. as I crept up behind people and tore their throat out from behind I realised when you catch people who are not expecting it they are weak. unlike monsters. whoever Hana shoots with a arrow I tare the throat out and throw the arrow back. the pattern was simple. it took a while however eventually all 13 Bandits were dead. I got non of the experience as Hana shot them all first. I would say she is using me but no she probably needs the advantage more then I do. Hana flinched and turned to me.
"Don't even think that" Hana said with all knowing eyes and I was now the one to flinch, she was supposed to be a psychokinetic not a mind reader.
"sorry, in other news was that all of them?" I asked looking around. I cant sense anyone at the moment, maybe I am just going crazy?
"Assassinate" Said someone from behind me, I moved forward as fast as possible with hoped of avoiding but to late, I felt a dagger slice across my back making me feel a slice of agony. I fell to the ground with no health, I was not dead, I just couldn't do anything. "Now the strong one has been dealt with, why don't you 2 girls go. I am only interested in useful slaves. but if you insist I am sure some noble will buy you" The assassin said, I couldn't see his level. scratch that, as I am now not a single blue box will come up.
"Die you Bastard" Hana said while launching her attack, she had all her arrows floating around her like a spiked ball, all arrows pointing to the Assassin. he flinched and jumped back. I could no longer see them as my moments were very much restricted, I could talk, look around. move at half the speed of a normal human and I am unable to do damage. I try to move but Lin pushes me back down to the ground.
"Kiss Of Life" Lin said as she kissed me on the lips and I got 3 Blue Screens.

I felt Hana very angry, I guess it is her being angry at the bandit but it feels like it is directed at me. I look at her and she is about to attack an after image, all her arrows are moving to a mirage. right behind her I can feel a lot of blood lust. I activate my Physical Reinforcement for my 1 second of power and kick the knife out of the assassin's hand. I then was about to punch him but he used short range teleportation and teleported to his weapon which was now right above me. I but my hand up to block his stab, he stabbed into my hand and it hurt a lot. it felt like I just gave a high five to a belt sander. I had no time to complain however because one more hit like that and I would be dead. he swung his dagger at me again but I grabbed his wrist while kicking him in the ribs. was was level 19 and yet focused all his points on Dexterity for silent movement. yes this idiot was a player and by the looks of it a player killer. he was very well hidden, I rarely find people who can hide their own Spirit Force. and this person's ability was to be able to create after images. like the one he used to confuse Hana. still. one more hit and he would be dead. he looked scared. but it was not my kill.
"Power Shot" Hana shouted as an arrow flew past my face and into his. I then noticed something. with nobody around to fight I fell down unable to move again with no HP. damn it. "You ok there Richard?" Hana said. "Besides kissing my friend?" Hana said and outputted a bit of Bloodlust. women are scary.
".. Hana, I was the on to... kiss...him" Lin said with a red face. I am sorry you were forced to resort to that Lin.
"Both of you calm down, Lin, do you have any spells to heal me?" I asked and she walked over to me with her hands glowing green, she sat down beside me and started to heal me. I got a bit of health back and Blue Boxes came back into my vision. "Thank you" I said but I was then brought to look at the time, Hana and Lin would be logging off soon.
"Don't mention it, we will just go back to the capital, hand in the quest and log off for the day. you ok with that?" Hana asked me and I nodded. "Good. lets go. this time at our pace" Hana said with a smile and we all started running back to the capital... I slowed down and stopped. they noticed this and looked at me.
"You guys go back to the capital, I will do some more levelling" I said and Hana looked at me strangely
"But it is around time to eat. or do you not eat?" Hana asked me, would she believe me if I said no?
"I will be fine. you rust run on back" I said and Hana looked to Lin who started to run off. Hana looked like she had more to say but followed Lin. "In the mean time, I know you are there Paradox. it is no use hiding, I can detect you even with out you showing your Spirit Force" I said and from behind me on the snowy path Sachi came out and showed her face.
"It had been a while fighter. but I am here to..." Sachi started talking but I used Physical Reinforcement and tore her level 4 head off. sure enough she came back like it was nothing, no death penalty and I was not marked as a Player Killer. "I am not here to.." I punched her in the kidney and then kicked her in the head. she came back to life and looked a but frustrated.
"why are you here Paradox?" I asked and she looked very angry. was she trying to tell me something? who knows I was ignoring her.
"I was trying!!!" Sachi yelled at me with a red face. "I came here to say... t... thank you" Sachi said to me, I must have misheard something... she just said thank you?
"thank you for what?" I asked and she went even more red. where is this going...
"Back in the fire you saved my little brother" Sachi said making me fall to the ground and punch the floor.
"you are saying I am stuck in a hospital bed with a missing arm and both my legs for someone who could have just been brought back by your monstrous power?" I asked and she looked shocked.
"no... um..." She looked confused as to what to say.
"so did you come here to laugh? like you did last time?" I asked. last time we fought was a year ago. she saw me and looked like she was taking her anger our on me, I was left with a broken leg and a lot of torn muscle. couldn't move right for a while and she laughed. I don't even know what I did wrong. damn monster.

I may have let my slight grudge against her always putting me in hospital get to my hear? nah, she has put me in hospital 11 times now.
"I a not able to rewind time any more then 5 seconds. and I wouldn't have made it to help my brother as I did not notice the place was on fire until you were already burnt to a crisp on your way into an ambulance" Sachi said now punching me on my chest causing around 1-2 HP lost per hit. "I wanted to say thank you for helping my brother" Sachi said no longer gently punching me.
"Then answer me this. why did you put me in hospital the past 10 times, the first time was understandable as I was out of control but what was with the rest?" I asked and she looked sad.
"I am sorry about that" Sachi said and then bowed. "I was letting of steam as you were the only person who can survive it. I am sorry for the trouble I have caused" Sachi said to me still crying. that was letting off steam? I guess when you are the as strong as she is it can be a slightly stressful life. nobody even wants to be near you...
"its ok, I was just curious. also, what are you doing in this game when you are so invincible outside it?" I asked and she looked at me happy.
"I can't let the others get a head start... nothing!!" Sachi said to me... a head start? others? this is just getting confusing. "So, erm... is there any way I can make things up to you?" Sachi said to me with a very much red face. I took a screen shot for later black mail. that is not a face I thought I would see on her.
"well, what are your classes, I am guessing you already have 2" I said. you can get 2 classes in this game however 1 class needs to be level 50 to do so.
"I... am a cook level 78 and a bard level 46" Sachi said making me fall to my knees laughing. "It is not funny, I thought cooking would be useful and I like singing" Sachi said making me laugh harder. the worlds 3rd strongest Spirit Force user is a cook and a bard that likes singing... HA
"Sorry sorry. it was just not what I was expecting, I thought you could help me gain levels... wait a Cook Level 78?" I asked curiously. that has to be some tasty food.
"yes... urm. do you want something to eat?" Sachi said going red... I feel like I am missing something very important. oh well, I follow Sachi who leads me to a cave and sets up her cooking set up in there.

erm... when? I look to Sachi who is busy cooking. no, that one has to be impossible even if she is acting nicer then normal, her normal is putting me in hospital. Hana? that doesn't fit either, we just joke on most the time. well I joke on, she acts more serious. still she acts more like she just wan't to be my friend. maybe Lin as she kissed me? no that was just using an ability and she avoids me the rest of the time. maybe the game is broken?
Luke's Point Of View
"BASTARD! who would dare think my game is broken?" I asked feeling someone was thinking my game is broken.
"Are you ok sir. nobody said anything about your game" Aron the receptionist said with a serious face.
"No, I can feel it, I don't need to have Spirit Force to feel that one. I am a businessman and nobody gets away with that without me messing around with them back!!!" I announced proudly.
Richard's Point Of View
"Here you go" Sachi said as she stopped time and restarted it with a table and chairs set up with plates and cutlery all set up. she made wolf stew from the wolves in the starting area. I ate one bite from my fork yet it tasted so good. as I was enjoying the taste I noticed Sachi was just looking at me with a serious face.
"It tastes good" I said and Sachi smiled widely... strange. Hana and Lin are still logged on. I opened my map and they were on their way here... strange, they could have just kept the rewards of the quest and even if they insisted done it later. it would have only been an hour or so for me. "Sachi, my party members are on their way here. I think they are just handing in the rewards of the quest" I said and she looked at me seriously.
"before they arrive I have something I would like to tell you" Sachi said and all I could think was to late.
"Stop right there" Hana said as she ran into the cave, instantly the table and chairs was replaced by simple rocks and it was a normal set out, I feel bad that I couldn't finish, that stew was good.
Hi there Richard, do you have a minuet?
"no. I am in the middle of something right now" I sad quietly, as Hana and Sachi were arguing with Lin also participating, I am ignoring most of what they are saying though, girls can talk for hours like this so I just zone out.
I went over your memory log and you thought my game was broken! I have came to put an end to that. truth is the 3 girls in front of you just have a crush on you
"yea sure. and pigs can fly" I said and he shut up... wait! can pigs actually fly in this game? no that is just distracting myself.

I was tempted by that offer. "Ok, Luke just got in touch with me, is it true that all 3 of you are in love with me, if he is wrong we get 500,000 gold coins" I said and all 3 of them shut up and found the cave walls real interesting, I am not sure about Lin but Hana and Sachi are now outputting love inside of their unrestricted Spirit Force. they noticed it and hid it, to late for hiding it, and we both knew that...

Sachi said quietly but then went into a mumble and then incomprehensible words. her face was bright red and the floor just to her left must look very interesting from her angle.
"you did save my life after I made a bad attempt to save yours, even at the cost of whatever agony you had to go through, and when you came into the game you were so relaxed about the entire thing even with the 80% chance of dying. and even with how you acted I started to feel my heart skip a beat every do often. like when you saved me from the agony those wolves would have given me and..." Hana said now also going off into a mumble I could not hear. WAIT!!!
"80% chance of WHAT?" I asked shocked but they all just ignored me. please tell me that was a joke... please?
"...I like you, since that night" Lin said making the room go quiet.

"No!... it is not what you think" Lin said while hiding behind me. "you... probably don't recognise me with how badly my character customisation went" Lin said before the grabbed my head and pulled my head next to her mouth.
"You saved me with your Spirit Force" Lin said as she walked happily in front of me and spun around to look at me with a bright smile. wait. she was that girl who used healing on me when I was unconscious... meaning she is also that girl who nearly killed herself from using to much healing Spirit Force during practice at my father's dojo. I felt bad for her so gave her some of mine. she came to the dojo every day after that... oh... this explains it...
"ok... and my ability to chose has went out the window" I said simply and they all looked at my confused. "I can pick someone who has hospitalised me multiple times before, the daughter of the person who's faulty machinery put me in hospital or a girl who avoids me by hiding behind anything and anyone when we are in public... this is a tough call" I said simply making all of them fall to the ground.
