"Peter!!!" Mark yelled. "It's time to go...I'm not getting any younger here."
Peter hurried down the stairs, shouting "I'm coming...I'm coming." The boys were ready to go to a Comic Con concert, and Mark handed Peter his pass as they both excitedly discussed it.
"This is the best thing that's ever happened to me," they both exclaimed loudly. "Oh my goodness!"
"What's up with the girly attitude, guys?" asked Rita. "Do you guys wanna bring down the house?"
"It's the moment we've been waiting for. The last issue of the Turbo Man concert," said Mark.
"Sadly, the issue is coming to an end, but a Comic Con concert will be held right here with a live performance of the last Turbo Man issue series," said Peter.
"Oh!" said Rita with rolled eyes. "You don't say."
"It's a big deal for us, and we have to get moving because the line is as long as hell," said Mark.
"And not to mention, we're huge fans of Turbo Man," said Peter. "No one is stronger than him."
"You know it's just a fictional character. It's not real," said Rita with a smile.
"That's the fun of it," replied Peter.
"You know who's real?" said Sophie, who had just joined the conversation. "The Iron Cyborg Man."
Peter rolled his eyes. "Not you too."
"What? He's cool!" said Sophie. "Not that he's told the world who he is or what his name is."
"Okay, we're leaving now," said Mark, who grabbed Peter's hand as they took off. "Tell Mom and Dad we're out."
They arrived at the concert, and there was a really long queue. Peter and Mark were number sixty-six and waited for their turn. Others got their tickets checked and got autographs of the Turbo Man character. The main concert event started late at noon, and everyone enjoyed it. All was going well until an equipment broke down and damaged the original costume of Turbo Man. The costume crew was out of ideas and did not know what to do. Luckily for Peter, he overheard their conversation about closing the concert if they could not come up with something to replace Turbo Man's costume.
Peter told Mark that he would like to be excused and went backstage. He suggested to the directors and costume designers that he might know someone who would be willing to play as Turbo Man to keep the show running.
"Who let this kid in?" yelled a costume designer when they saw Peter in the turbo man suit. They called for security to remove him, but a desperate director, who needed the show to go on, intervened and asked Peter if he was sure he could perform as Turbo Man. Peter was confident, and so they agreed to his proposal. Meanwhile, Mark was worried about where Peter had gone.
Peter went to a secret corner and transformed into the Turbo Man suit of armor. "Peter, are you sure this is a good idea?" Ultra AI asked. "I am capable of assisting you in any way, even during battles, but this is uncalled for."
Peter laughed and informed Ultra AI that it was just to save the show, and he should send a clone to meet up with Mark. Ultra AI obeyed and did what Peter requested. The clone met up with Mark, and they both enjoyed the show.
Ultra AI in Turbo Man's disguise worked perfectly, displaying all the unique features and properties of Turbo Man. Even the costume designers and directors were impressed with how well the performance went.
Suddenly, a storm started, and the atmosphere changed. The storm blew away their equipment as lightning struck simultaneously. Everyone had to find shelter, and a figure appeared from the dark clouds, hovering over the crowd.
"This is some cool performance," said a random stranger.
"I don't think this is a performance," said Peter's clone to Mark. They averted a lightning strike and took shelter.
The real Ultra AI looked up and saw a female presence dressed like a witch, causing havoc in the crowd with her laughter.
"Is this part of the performance?" asked Ultra AI to the directors and producers when the flying witch came to confront them. She laughed maniacally and then gave a serious look after seeing Ultra AI in Turbo Man's disguise as her main focus was on the director.
"Oh Jonah!" said the witch. "How could you replace me with this sci-fi nonsense?"
"Tiffany!" said Director Jonah. "Is that you? Oh my goodness, what happened to you?" he asked.
"Evolution, Jonah. That's what happened," replied Tiffany. "You know people loved fantasy and supernatural magic more than some technological plays. You ended my career, Jonah, and never gave it a second thought, especially with the grand finale of Season of the Witch after the sequel of Witcher Maniac."
You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story.
"You're delusional, Tiffany!" Jonah said. "You coming here to ruin the kid's show is just so low of you. Truth be told, kids never loved Witcher Maniac."
Tiffany exhaled in shock with her hand on her chest. "What? It's for all audiences, what about Season of the Witch?" Tiffany asked.
"That had kind of a low rating due to your bad acting from the box office," replied Jonah. "Hell yeah. Rotten Tomatoes even canceled it on Netflix."
"You liar!" yelled Tiffany. "Those were the best shows ever produced, and I was loved by all, but instead, you replaced me with this cheap toy."
"Well yeah! This cheap toy was money-booming, and kids loved it. It even got its action figure. Turbo Man 2.0," said Jonah.
Then Ultra AI stood to confront the witch, who stared at him in a disgusting manner, putting the blame on him for ruining her long-lived career show.
"Let's try to be reasonable," said Ultra AI in Turbo Man's disguise, who was telekinetically tossed aside by the witch's magic into their sound equipment.
The crew panicked as Tiffany conjured a fireball, ready to throw it at them, especially Jonah, the director. As she was about to throw it, Ultra AI in Turbo Man's disguise quickly recovered and stood to confront her, trying to quench her magical fireball with water from his suit.
"I don't remember writing Turbo Man to be able to shoot water from its suit," said Jonah, who was in hiding with the crew members. Everyone took shelter while some were busy recording with their devices. Mark and Peter's clone watched from afar.
Unfortunately, Ultra AI's water didn't put out the magical fireball; instead, Tiffany made it even bigger and ready to consume them all. She threw the massive fireball at them, but this time, Ultra AI in Turbo Man's disguise was able to put it out in time with a powerful wind blower from his suit.
"Impressive!" Tiffany said with a smile as she flew around tossing fire and lightning at Turbo Man's disguise. They battled fervently until she tossed him into the changing room, where Turbo Man's disguise got caught up by some paint, which poured on him and changed his appearance. His armor was now yellow and red, which was similar to some fan sci-fi comic book that most people remembered called Iron Man.
Almost everyone was surprised and confused Turbo Man's disguise for Iron Man. "Isn't that Iron Man?" said some random strangers as people began whispering. He flew to battle Tiffany the witch again, who had her own stance against Iron Man's disguise. With a powerful blast from Ultra AI's chest, she was able to absorb it with her advanced wand.
"Hmm!!" Tiffany said. "Are you surprised? Now I remember you. You're the new hero in town, or had been. What do they call you? Yes! Iron Cyborg Man is a pathetic name."
"I'm not interested in playing your games, Tiffany," replied Ultra AI. "And I have no need for a public name. My purpose is to serve humanity and ensure their safety, not to indulge in petty acts of revenge."
Tiffany sneered at Ultra AI's response. "You're just like all the others - always so self-righteous and noble. But mark my words, Iron cyborg man, I will have my revenge, and nothing will stand in my way."
"Why are you doing this?" Ultra AI asked as he revealed his original transformation to all. Ultra AI simply stared back at Tiffany, unfazed by her threats. "I am not here to engage in conflict with you. My mission is to protect and serve, and that is what I will continue to do."
"Payback," replied Tiffany. "And no one will stop me. I'll have my grand finale, and all those who pushed me aside will not live to see the end. They'll all feel my wrath, and all of Vill-City will know the name Tiffany, the Techno Witch."
"Oh! I love that. I just gave myself a villainous name. Techno Witch," said Tiffany, who will now be called Techno Witch. "So catchy. You know, 'Iron Cyborg Man' is a very stupid name, and you need a name for the world to publicly address you as something, something to remember in case I end you."
Ultra AI remained calm and composed. "I have no interest in engaging in a battle of names, Tiffany. My purpose is to serve humanity and ensure their safety, not to engage in petty conflicts."
"You're not getting away with this, Tiffany," said Ultra AI. "I'm taking you to Super Jail."
"It...Is...Tech...No...Witch!!!" yelled Techno Witch, who shot a bolt of lightning from her hand at Ultra AI, knocking him to the ground.
Ultra AI quickly recovered and prepared to battle against Techno Witch, who summoned a massive tornado storm with her advanced wand, known as Tech Wand or Techno Wand. She summoned two massive F5 Empyrean tornadoes, which almost destroyed the entire surroundings, but Ultra AI absorbed it all into his armor.
Ultra AI then used his plasma sonic speed to knock Techno Witch off balance from midair, crushing the ground beneath her. She stood up quickly to continue the fight, but was overpowered by Ultra AI, who duplicated himself into thousands against Techno Witch.
"It's over, Tiffany," said Ultra AI.
Tiffany scowled at Ultra AI's response. "You're no fun, it isn't over. Not today. we'll see about that," she muttered before disappearing into the shadows, leaving Ultra AI to continue his mission.
All was calm for the moment as everyone began coming out to cheer for the hero. Director Jonah came to Ultra AI wanting to thank him and know who he was as he took off into the air and was never seen by the people.
The next day, Mark and Peter never forgot about the incident that occurred at the concert. They both discussed it on their way to school, including Rita in their conversation about their experience. Those at their school who went to the concert spoke about the incident to their friends. Some said Iron Man, Turbo Man, and Iron Cyborg Man saved the day, while others said Turbo Man called Iron Man as a backup before he called Iron Cyborg Man.
Videos of their fight went viral on the internet, including WhatsApp. As society would have it, many famous people began making broadcasts about it, with the most popular broadcast being from the public radio station at Vill-City Media Station. Gemma and John hosted the broadcast, as usual, having seen the ongoing viral video from the concert.
"This is one heck of a fight," said John to Gemma. "From Turbo Man to Iron Man ripoff to Iron Cyborg Man, aka the people's choice, against Techno Witch. There's a new villain in town, rising against our hero."
"We never heard from Teraman when the situation called for it, and now we've got a Techno Witch on the loose. This is awful, but we've got our savior to the rescue," replied Gemma. "Whoever she is, she's definitely going down to Super Jail."
"That's right, people, we've got the latest updates as a Super Jail was created by our one and only Iron Cyborg Man to stop rogue supes or villains," said John. "I wonder if anyone has been to the Super Jail."
"Well, we know who, John," said Gemma. "It's definitely the Techno Witch. She'll be the first, and many more will follow. Wherever they are, Iron Cyborg Man is here to save the people of Vill-City."
