Have you ever wondered what would happen if your toys came to life?  When Avery Ashbury loses his entire family he is sent to live with strangers. As a traumatized freshman, he has trouble fitting into a new school and adjusting to a world without family or friends. Misunderstood and lonely, he takes solace in the friendship of an elderly groundskeeper who designs toy soldiers and model villages.  When Avery discovers his uncanny ability to enter a new dimension where the village and toys come to life, he is unwittingly pulled into an exciting adventure.
