Hey guys, I hate to do this. But I've gotten massively sick over the last few days, and due to that my ability to write, edit, and do pretty much anything besides breath, eat food, and go to the doctor has become difficult. I'm making the judgement call to postpone this weeks chapters so I can recover without stress. Sorry for the trouble.
So as to fill the 500 character requirement, I'll show a sneak preview of the next chapter:

Alex exploded forward with speed that Eli’s gaze could barely catch, a well trained sword slash just barely grazed past his nose as he dodged away, followed by another overhead. Eli used the sheathed sword in his hand to block the strike, and kicked Alex way.

“Alex, I don’t know what I did to piss you off, but you don’t want this fight. We could both get into serious trouble.” Eli said, Alex ignored him at first, delivering another slash that Eli roughly blocked, but was then blindsided when Alex used the opening to shoulder check Eli to the ground.
“I am well within my means to protect myself, as are you. Now stand up, I want to see what it is you feared in that store.” Alex said, he ran forward and plunged his sword into the ground where Eli was a moment before. Only missing because Eli rolled away at the last second. His attention was slipping, and for a moment he felt the sickening sensation of time slowing to a crawl in front of him. His mind was racing, he had no idea how this random person he just met figured out what happened so quickly. He couldn’t imagine that he saw it with a single glance.
