The darkness was unending, no matter where he looked it was there. But where was there? He didn't know. He felt like he should be worrying but couldn't for the life of him remember why. He couldn't even remember who he is, could he? Yes, he could he was called L-, l something. Leo, not that wasn't it yet he knew he was close. Liam that was his name and with this new gained knowledge the fogginess pervading his brain began to disperse. With this he slowly could remember, remember it all. The feeling of disgust he felt when he saw the president sign away humanity, the joy he felt when his unit were off duty enjoying a drink in a bar, the grief at the death of his friends and fellow members of the unit and that he could remember the fear, the pure horrifying fear of something. What that something was he still couldn't remember but even now the fear of it was effecting him. With the appearance of this, came back all of his memories. Especially where he was and how he got here. Being stormed by the Senate Guard, him and the others being cuffed and lead away after having killed two whole platoons of guards. Because of this the Senate decided to make an example of him and his squad mates by including them in the group of criminals being offered to the Draconic Empire as entertainment. Do you wish to start solo or as a commander?
Be advised because you are the first of your race in "The Game" if you choose solo you will be gifted with double character points. Whereas if you choose commander, your fate will be unknown, you will compete with the other representatives of your race as there is only limited slots for commanders. You may die, but triumph and you will reap benefits beyond comparison. It must also be noted that those starting as commanders have the highest chance of freedom.
Which do you choose?
Solo
Commander
From what Liam could remember this "Game" was all about entertainment, so naturally the system is trying to get everyone to pick commander as it carry’s risk and will be more entertaining. But at the same time picking commander came with the most benefits and based on what the system said earlier failure would only lead to death, so the more benefits he got the harder it should be to fail. Either decision came with its own pros and cons, but Liam knew what he would choose.
