The C Ranked Adventurer Party ‘Golden Hearts’ was currently imprisoned in the headquarters of the ‘Black Shaded Bandits’ inside the Pighead Forest.

After taking an investigation task from the Adventurers Guild,  and after four days of no progress, they finally found an ongoing operation of kidnappings, but they got found out after they have yet to report it to the Adventurers Guild, because the ‘Red Head Mercenary Clan’, one of the top ranking clan inside the Mercenary Guild, was able to take notice of this first, and decided to have them kidnapped by the Bandits along with the other kidnapped people from the Monmouth Fortress and some remote villages near it.

It was then….

“aaaAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!”

“What’s happening!? I can’t get out! Ahhh can’t bre-!”

“I-I’m dyin-!...”

Just as the party, was about to make plans on fighting back, they heard the noises coming from the Bandits.

“Hey! What’s happening!?”

“…Wha-!“

“!!”

“!?”

After a short moment of loud noises from the agonizing bandits, the whole area became quiet afterwards.

It was then, the prison cell the party was kept in had it lock unlocked. Not by a key, but having the lock cut in half.

It was then their cuffs on both their hand and feet that was cut in half.

They then face each other and decided to take a look on what have happened.

“What in the name of Lord Shelzard happened here?”

“All the bandits….”

“….Are dead?”

“….”

What appeared were the corpses of all the bandits foaming in their mounts, lying dead on the floor. Even the infamous leader ‘Shaded Blade • Galmur’ who’s known to be comparable to an Advance B Ranked Adventurer, was in his desk, soaking in his own saliva and mouth foams with only the whites of his eyes showing.

“Check out the prisoners! Maybe we can save them!”

“””Roger that!”””

After checking out everything, it seems that all the prisoners were safe. It was also the same with the prisoners on how they got out. The locks of the prison cells were cut in half, also the prisoners cuffs were cut too.

“I don’t understand what’s happening, but we’re saved by this miracle. Alright! Let’s wrap everything up here. Loot what we can take with us. Please be cooperative, as we will be targeted in the forest if we get out of here with this numbers! We will arrange everything, so get what you can and leave it here!”

Lan, with his natural talent on leadership, took command on what the prisoners could do. There were 34 prisoners, along with his Party, a total of 38 people. They will be having a hard time protecting everyone if they just get out of the forest like that.

They had all the loots that can be used and equipped everyone with the loots from the bandits to protect their selves. The prisoners were all citizen, but that doesn’t mean they can’t fight.

The Adventurer Party also collected all evidence and documents about the relationship of the bandits and the mercenary clan. They then collected the corpses and burned them all. The head of the bandit’s leader Galmur was collected, as a proof for collecting his bounty.

“The worst thing that could happen really does have the highest profit after getting over it. In this case, it really was a miracle”

Said Lan, after confirming that everything was ready.

“Yeah, it was very weird. What was the reaction of the prisoners?”

Alex asked.

“It’s the same with us. They don’t know what happened.”

Vince confirmed.

“There’s this little girl with the prisoners. Her mother said she can somehow feel the presence of Spirits. When all those things happened, the little girl said that the presence of Spirit was very high.”

Roxy said while coming back when she heard what they’re talking about.

“You’re telling me that this was a Spirit’s doing?” Lan asked.

“Not sure.” Roxy replied.

It was then a two full day of journey inside the Pighead Forest.

Fortunately enough, there were a scarce number of creatures in the middle of journey. What they only encountered were ‘Goblins’ walking alone, ‘Pack Wolves Cubs’ ,‘Rush Boars Piglets’, and no ‘Orcs’ at all after reaching the main highway towards the Fortress.

It was fast here afterwards, and they’ve successfully reached the Fortress.

And there, Lan saw someone, standing in the gate of the fortress that faces the most dangerous forest, Pighead Forest.

“Why’s the people behind you crying?” asked by the person standing in the gate.

“You have to learn the language, Young One. You can then enter it again in a lawful way afterwards.”

“Yeah, I know. Alright, let’s go Messiah, Wendy.”

Under the Assassin’s Intermediate Class Skill [Stealth], I entered what appears to be the West Gate of the Monmouth Fortress. The people that were entering and exiting the gate were scarce. And the majority of this scarce people were Adventurers, Mercenaries and Soldiers or Knights.

It seems like the Pighead Forest was quite dangerous for the people here, as it requires quite strong people to be entered.

After entering the gate, what appeared was the very image of a medieval city landscape you could imagine.

“Young One, I suggest that you go directly to this City’s Library and learn this continents language.”

Messiah told to me telepathically.

Checking the Mini-map in 3D mode, not that there any labels, there seems to be this infrastructure that have a lot of books inside it.

I directly have my way to the Library as learning the language is priority right now. I can explore the city and investigate afterwards, as it’s easier if I know how to talk to people.

The building was like a historical monument that’s preserved well. It is still currently being used though.

After ignoring all the interesting things all around me, and all different kinds of races here, I made my way inside the Library.

“Young One, pick one book. I might be able to get into the ‘Records’ of Atoria using at least this continents language.”

After Messiah, told me this, it occurred to me that we can get in contact with this world’s ‘Records’ and just let Messiah have authority in it. This might be able to also help us know why we came here.

I picked out a thick, expensive looking book in the inner part of the Library. I had it analyzed by my ‘Game System’ and have it recorded in the [Document] Tab.

The [Document] Tab was not really useful in the game. It only records all the details and stories when you’re doing a ‘Quest Route’. This Tab was just useful for checking the details needed what the quest needed.

After having the whole book analyzed and recorded, with Messiah just floating for a second, it was then a prompt suddenly appeared in the ‘System’.

“I have successfully gotten the ‘Records’ of the ‘Dracish Common Language’. You can just learn it as a ‘Skill’, Young One”.

I then selected ‘Yes’. It was then I felt a slight headache for a second, it then fades afterwards. It seems that I really did now know the common language of this city.

The book I picked seems to be a History Book of the Monmouth Fortress titled, ‘Monmouth Fortress, and its Glories’.

“But in what ‘Job’ is the skill under?”

“You can just check it, Young One.”

I opened the ‘Abilities’ Tab. The ‘Skill’ [Dracish Common Language] is not under any ‘Job’. It was under a ‘Skill Category’ of ‘Other Skills’, which didn’t exist in [Fantasy End] game at all.

“Wow. So Messiah, you can take over this world’s ‘Records’.”

“I’m a God, it just that I don’t have the authority on this world’s ‘Records’.”

I don’t feel like you’re one though.

“I also don’t feel like you’re the same Dumb Hero Savior on [Fantashiem] too though”.

It was starting to get dark when we exited the Library. We decided that we would enter the Fortress officially tomorrow, so we decided to get back to the entrance of the Pighead Forest and set a camp there.

After the sunrise, we prepared ourselves and wore a set of equipment that didn’t look suspicious that we can survive inside the Pighead Forest with it.

After collecting the camp set, we walked slightly towards the direction of the West Gate of the Monmouth Fortress.

It was then that I noticed that there was a group of people that was approaching this place. I stopped and observed them as they slowly neared this place.

After they got close enough, it was then that a lot of people started to cry and shed tears. They don’t look sad though.

Then I noticed a guy looking towards my direction. He appears to be the one who leads the group.

I then asked.

“Why are the people behind you crying?”
