“[Inventory] sure is convenient. All the loots he got from all the ‘Monster’ sure is something. I’ve been hunting all the ‘Monsters’ I’ve encountered. Not only have I experimented with my [Abilities] using them, I also looked forward to what I can get as loot from them.

You can’t really technically call them loot the same with the game, as what I get from them is literally what they have. Unlike in the game when I kill a ‘Monster’, for example an ‘Orc’, I get a chance represented by percentage to get a meat, blood, skin, hide or any parts of its body as an ingredient items and any equipment the ‘Orc’ was using. I basically get 2 loots every ‘Monster’ kills, sometimes more if I was lucky.

What I’ve got from all the kills I did in this place was what I should be getting if I really killed someone. I get everything from them starting with a ‘Corpse’, which is categorized as an [Item], and all their [Items] and [Equipments]. So, because of all the heard of ‘Monster’ I’ve killed, my [Inventory] right now is overflowing with loots.

“I feel like I have the [Job] [Scavenger] hidden in my [Status], but a cheat-class one.”

Scavenger is a [Job] that can improve all related things you can get after battles. Increase in getting more loot or additional chances of getting an [Achievement] and [Title].

“Young One, I’ve been suspecting things but you really are very familiar on how the ‘Records’ of [Fantashiem] works. It is intriguing.”

Well, playing it for more than three years would really make you know how the Game works. Not that I’m going to say that.

“It’s the effect of the [Soul Contract] ritual, it’s the effect.”

“You’ve been using that excuse for quite a while now, hah.”

Am I found out? Well, he can’t do anything about it so I’m not going to refute him.

“Well, enough of that, Messiah are you familiar with the ‘Monsters’ we encountered so far? They are similar to the ones in the [Fantashiem] but I’m sure it was kind of different.”

“I’m surprised you noticed something I’ve been thinking for a while now. Yes, compared to the one I’m familiar with in [Fantashiem], the ‘Monsters’ here are kind of intelligent? Or should I say they have their own culture, unlike the ones in [Fantashiem] where their purpose after the [Miasmafication] is to devour, multiply and destruction.”

I know right? Even in the game, the term [Monster] was developed because they are [Magic Creatures] that was influenced by the ‘Miasmafication’ and turned them into [Monsters]. That is why if you have a Taming related [Job], you can’t tame a [Monster]. What you can only tame is [Magic Creatures].

“The [Monsters] here don’t have any Miasma but they can’t be considered as [Magic Creatures] too. It’s kind of confusing.”

[Magic Creatures] are naturally born from the Mana around so they don’t need to reproduce as they are naturally increasing their number. Spirits like Wendy is considered [Magic Creatures].

“Well, it’s not my problem if they are ‘Monsters’ or not. All of those I killed are the ones that attacked first so it’s ok, I guess.”

“You really make things reasonable, Young One. But I guess you’re right. Even if they are not ‘Monsters’, they are the ones that engage in an attempt to kill you.”

Messiah agreed with my reasoning while Wendy just floated around as to try to cheer me up.

“Ok, were at the foot of the ‘Istreadore Mountains Ranges’ but it’s already sunset. Let’s camp here tonight and depart tomorrow morning instead.”

“That’s logical. Let’s camp first.”

After eating simple breakfast and finishing my morning workouts, I stored the [Magic Cottage] in the [Inventory] again, as I get ready to have another long journey.

“Alright, let’s go!”

Then I Chanted a [Magic Spell].

’With the source of all things that is inside me, using the Mana as my life-force, Give me the ability to manipulate wind, gravity and inertia and reign in the sky as it’s king! [Flight]!’

With the most Chunni thing I can use as a chant, I activated the [Advanced Class] Combination Magic of [Wind] and [Void] Elements.

The [Job] [Spirit Sage], the pinnacle of Spirit related and Magic related [Job] that was integrated into one, fully shown its effects after I practiced it during half the month of training in ‘DragonEye Plains’.

“I still don’t get the Chants you are using Young One. It is more bothering too that it is more effective than what I can remember.”

“Just don’t let it get into you Messiah. Just think I’ve improved after the ritual.”

“You really made that anything I find unknown related to you came from the reasoning that it is because of the ritual”

“Yes, that’s right, that’s right, so just give it up hahahahaha. Let’s go!”

And we flew over the mountains that were as big as Mt. Everest, and it’s not only one but many other mountains that were also as high, if not higher than Mt. Everest.

And with this height, it’s bound to the fact that the temperature would be sub zero. But it’s not a problem for me.

While in mid flight, I chanted.

‘With the Mana that is inside me being coveted as a Divine Power, Blesse me the Holy Protection that will guide me out of harm! [Divine Blessing]!’

And with this, I was coated with white, holy aura that surrounded my whole body for a moment, then dissipates but left a thin, transparent white film that enveloped me. It was the [Advance Class] Buff Magic from the job [Holy Sword Saint] that was integrated from the pinnacle of Holy related [Job] [Saint].

[Divine Blessing] is a Buff Magic that gives All Attributes Resistance, temporarily increases all stats and immunity to Body Abnormality; it also heals the person to who this was casted to.

“Young One, but to use an [Advance Class] Magic just to get rid of the cold. You really are something aren’t you?”

“Haha, I didn’t get a chance to use this Magic in the ‘DragonEye Plains’ because I don’t have a reason to, but now I have! So it’s all good and ok!”

As if agreeing with my argument, Wendy let out a gust of wind.

“Hah….. Do whatever you want.”

And with this, the journey was still long even though our movements were fast as if to prove how vast the ‘Istreadore Mountains Ranges’.

We encountered several flying ‘Monsters’? Not sure to call them that, but still, every time they attacked me first, that’s the time when I retaliate but when they were convinced that they can’t win against me, they would always retreat. As to respect that I’m the one that entered their territories, I didn’t pursue them and left their nest alone. I don’t want to discriminately kill as I was satisfied with practicing my [Abilities] for now.

Of course, if they attacked, I will use them as an experimental target for practicing my [Abilities].

I encountered the ‘Wyverns’ but there are also a variety of them. There were birds that were small and quick that have bladed beaks and feathers, birds that was emitting all kinds of attributes such as fire, lightning and ice.

I also encountered humanoids birds that I could call ‘Harpies’ and a ‘Hawkheads’. They were the ones that retreated after finding out that they can’t win against me.

There were a lot more ‘Monsters’ on land rather that the air. This is the reason why I was progressing quickly in my journey as I keep ignoring the ones that was on land.

I was flying quite high so the one that was on the land doesn’t see me. Even the one that was gigantic. I want to use them as targets for my [Abilities], but since when Messiah said that they may not be ‘Monsters’ I felt guilty killing them when they are not attacking me.

The Mountain Ranges is filled with vast forestry and a thick fog every morning so the atmosphere here is quite eerie.

I just ignore the ones that was flying but not attacking as I neared the last and biggest Mountain of all in the Mountain Ranges. It was twice the size of Mt. Everest.

Camping overnight was not a problem but it took me three days to get here using [Flight]. It just shows how vast these Mountain Ranges are. It was a size of a country.

But that’s just one of the reasons why this particular Mountain is special.

“Hey, Messiah you feel it, right?”

“With this presence, it should be obvious. And there’s one more thing.”

“I know, you don’t have to say it”

As to prove the current situation was unexpected, Wendy let out a violent gust of wind.

“Yeah, it’s coming directly here”

Having my [Assassin] Passive Skill [Sense Presence], my [Ninja] Active Skill [White Eye] and My [Sage] Magic Spell [Mana Scan], and add my [Mini-Map] system that has a huge dot that slowly nearing my position.  I knew it’s coming here. It came from the top of the largest Mountain.

*RRROOOAARRRR!!

A huge, terrifying roar was heard all around me. I was sure it came from the being that is coming here.

It was huge, super huge. It was red, or should I say crimson. And it was flying using its bat like 2 pair of wings.

It was a Dragon.

“Who dares enter my domain? Do you have a Death Wish!?”

The ‘Dragon God • Shelzards Temple’ and ‘DragonEye Plains’ have ‘Dragons’ in their name but doesn’t have a Dragon, but ‘Istreadore Mountains Ranges’ don’t have a ‘Dragon’ in its name but have a Dragon in it. What is this, a joke?
