This guy noticed us and started walking towards us finally becoming close enough to see what he looks like, He had short black hair with silver bangs over his eyes. He looked a couple of years older than me even though he looked slightly shorter than my male form but he was a tad bit more muscular than me though. He was wearing a large red robe. I also noticed he had a Heterochromia, his left eye was silver, while his right eye was black.
"Hello fellow travelers, how are you on this spectacularly lovely day?"He was smiling ear to ear. Ever since we were able to see him clearly, Sarah's been on edge looking like she was ready to attack him at any moment. I also knew to a certain amount he was a dangerous individual just based on instinct alone not even considering he annihilated a hydra with one shot.
He noticed they are hesitance to answer and said: "What to do? What to do? You guys can tell what I am even if it was subconsciously for the dragon girl. I guess I have to state my name and the reason for me being here. My name is Lyte Zenfer an Arch Demon working for the Evil God Charles. My mission is to help train a certain Miss or Mister Ryu."
He looked at me; he was well informed of me. "How the fuck do you know about me and why do I need your help?" I demanded, glaring at him. My God is an avid fan of your Patron Deity Lucy. One could say he obsesses or should I say monitor's your Goddess quite frequently and treats all her followers the same way as Lucy herself, so he sent me to help train you, this is a much harsher world than your previous one. Rape, War, Slavery, and corrupt monarchies are everyday occurrences here you need strength to fight against it."
I was in the middle of processing this information and thinking of a reply. "What does Lyte mean by a former world? Sarah spat. "Give me some fucking time here to process this and I will respond to both of you," I stated, visibly pissed off. They backed off noticing my mood and gave me some time alone.
It took about thirty minutes, but I finally pieced it together in my mind, so I called them back. "Ok, Lyte, I accept your offer I don't entirely trust you or this God of yours, Charles, but I admit I need some training in other areas besides my warrior abilities as you might have heard of from your God it can't be today though," I explained.
"I'm thrilled you agreed I would've had to my alternative method to try and convince you otherwise," he replied in a sudden severe voice. The rest of the day I spent explaining my life up until now to Sarah she didn't quite seem to understand certain parts of it, but oh well I guess. I was exhausted and the night was approaching. So I decided to go to sleep in one of the tent's we recently set up.
----------------------------------------
I woke up a couple of hours later. I was a male again, and my head was crystal clear. I looked back to yesterday embarrassed by how I acted I could have easily explained most of my situation. It was like looking back at my teenage self I was always getting pissed off and couldn't think that well at all. Especially that one reply I made " I don't know I'm myself I guess. What kind of utterly absurd logic is that and that girl bought it and not to mention neither of us asked how he ended up fighting that hydra.

I quickly calmed backed down like how I usually do and reasoned that there's not much I can do about it right now. I looked around my surroundings as I walked out of my tent. It was the night when vampires are at their best that's why I feel so awake right now.
I saw Lyte by the campfire reading a book. He noticed me coming, and he put the book away using a storage skill I sighed. It's an overly used skill in most of the isekai's I've read.
"Good Morning how was your slumber?" He inquired. "fine" I replied not caring to go into detail. "you're a lot calmer or should I say boring in this form" he sighed as he finished talking "you're not the first one who has called me boring. I don't like talking any more then I have to so it comes off that way." I declared in my usual monotone voice."Well I guess we will have to fix that with your training won't we?" he said menacingly.
It was now morning. "Ryu's training" included me fighting demon beasts he conjured up to the point of mana exhaustion. He also made me read a couple of books based on the history of this world alongside some books with the information on the various races and Deities of this world. I enjoyed that part though.
Thanks to this training though, I hit level five and got the skill mana control as well as leveling up my Dark Blast to level 6. I wasn't leveling up as fast as my other form, but at least it was better than figuring it out by myself unlike before. Mages need to do a lot of studying which is required to increase their stats.
Mana Control Level 1 (passive).MP consumption for spells decreases, more control over the shape and range of spells.
Sarah woke up a little a bit ago, so I decided to ask her a question I neglected to ask her yesterday." you mentioned that were heading to a village yesterday how far away is this village and what is its name?" Oh yeah, I forgot to mention where we are heading. We are going to my village it's the closest one around here. I have to report back on my mission" She Insisted "but how far away is it and don't you forget that your clan hates Vampires like me? I asked hesitantly.
Lyte was chuckling as he was listening to our conversation. Well, I'm glad you're so amused by this. I said sarcastically. Why I do, I feel like I'm not going to like Sarah's reply? It better not be what I think it is. This event is going to be a pain.

Meanwhile, the Vampire named Vork the second in command to the Mist clan was meeting with his family to discuss his proposal to demolish the Locks clan. "We must destroy them they've been intruding in on our raids and killing our fellow clansman, there just beasts how dare the interfere with our business" he angrily said to the other members of his clan.
The meeting only lasted about ten minutes most of them agreed to his plan. So it passed, and they were laying out the foundation for their assault on the village gathering their people and planning strategies against them. Vork was pleased that his clan agreed to his plan except for that irregularity. There was something wrong with her he thought.
The one who objected though was Trisha, Her position in the clan was less than favorable because she was known for being the only one who wanted to make peace with the Canine Beast-kin. Even though she was the direct descendant of the clan's Progenitor, but that wasn't worth shit. Idiots the lot of them infuriated at her clan's unwillingness to change their ways.
