I munch on a femur bone, eating it like a really long pretzel. Tasty. It's kinda dry though, even with the marrow. I lean over and dip it into a puddle of blood, coating it in red. *Crunch* Much better. Many blocks away, 9 of me, disguised as climbers, take down another group. Turns out there are way more climbers than I thought. The wires reach up to the very tops of the buildings, and climbers traverse every level.
I tried taking a bite out of some wires with a [Clone] to see if I got electrocuted, and my teeth couldn't even scratch them. Normal rubber is not that strong.
I hop off the curb and spring up into the canopy, not needing to watch where my feet land. I pull out my [Soul Book] to see if anything changed.

When I leveled up, I noticed that [Mana regen] was the bottleneck for the number of [Clones] I was able to produce. So I invested everything in [Awareness]. I don't think I actually considered what I was investing in, just that it would give me more [Clones]. That was very stupid of me, and now all my senses are permanently uber-charged.
I can hear the people in the building next to me making slobbery noises (blegh), the people above them talking about politics (ble- actually I should probably pay attention to that.), and a large group of climbers heading in my direction two blocks over. I can hear/feel/see/smell/sense a LOT of things I couldn't before.

I smile as I ambush another group of five. After killing the third group, I had the brilliant Idea of wearing their clothes, disguising myself as one of them. It worked like a charm, and now I can just bounce right up to them without them suspecting a thing. The second one I attacked had pulled out a little box they could speak into
One of my minds hears someone in the large group whisper to another: "Hey, are you sure the awakened will be enough? The threat came out of nowhere, and his normal jobs are helping lift heavy stuff." Someone I hadn't noticed before replies: "It'll be fine. I'm [Level 8], and it's only targeted squishes so far, so it can't be that strong."
For a split second, I stop. [Level 8]? That's six [Levels] higher than me! I leap up into the canopy of wires and take off, springing through the wires like a bouncy ball. Six of my [Clones] change their direction and head towards the group, both to serve as a distraction and to see how strong a [Level 8] is. Numerically, if he has the same [Stats Per Level] as me, six [Level 2] me's would have more stats than one [Level 8] him, but I have a theory.
The [Level] I get might be different from others, seeing as certain conditions and [Skills] give different [Stats], and I know that I'm one of if not the only one with the [Incredible Specimen] condition. I'll need more people to compare my strength with to truly get a feel for my comparative strength, but he shall serve as a first test. If six [Clones] isn't enough, I'll see how he fares against sixty.

I keep my eyes dead ahead, centered on the back of the awakened. I don't fully trust him, not after what happened the last time I was involved with one of the missions, but I'm gonna have too. They seem almost relaxed as they navigate the wires, though I note that it appears as if they have to pay attention to their footing.
Don't get me wrong, we all do, but there comes a point where an awakened's senses are so strong they don't need to look to know the position of the wires. He's not at that point, and that doesn't fill me with confidence.
"Hey, six climbers approaching from the left. Are they with us?"
