Chapter 13: Ninety Seventh Gentleman

The Ninety Seventh Gentleman was created. His purpose was to tell everyone that no matter what One did, One would always be Being their true self. That there was no such thing as 'truly' Being. Even when One was acting like a completely different person, they would still be Being themselves. Be it to survive a situation, to perform their Duties, to fit in among a peer group or just to entertain people, it was always the thing that was of the highest priority for the person that they would do. To do that, they might have done things that they did not want to do in that particular moment. But still in that moment, while doing those things, the higher priority was always clear to them and that was what drove them to do it. So, if a person was always doing what they wanted to then they were always at the purest form of their Being.

"But what if they have to do something that they don't want and is not even a part of their higher priority? Like what if a person loves someone and still lets them go, knowing that they might never return. How is that something they want to do?" asked The Ninety Sixth Lady.

"There must be something that they want more than just Being able to be with that person. Maybe they want them to get more independent or maybe they feel that the person they love deserves someone better. In both these cases, they still are in love with them, they still let them go and they still are doing what they want. Or you can put it as they are doing what they want more." replied The Ninety Seventh Gentleman.

"What do you want the most?"

"To put an end to all that happens in this Universe and beyond."

"But why?"

"To see what happens next."

"Do you think you're that powerful?"

"I think even a person in the figment of One's imagination is powerful enough to that. If only that person puts it as their top priority."

"And what do you imagine the end of Universe and beyond would be like?"

"It will definitely not be like burning something. That is never the end. A mere transition. Since, there is still something that is burning. It would not be like making anything disappear either because the Space in which the people, the planets, the stars and everything else that disappeared, it would still exist. That empty space needs to go too. As far as my imagination goes, the end of Universe and beyond would probably feel like something One would Experience when one's thoughts stop to flow through one's mind. No trace of a thought that ever came before. No Memory. No Dream. No anything."

"But they will still be there, won't they?"

"No. There will be no thought that would define 'them'."

"But what about the things they would be seeing?"

"They won't be able to see anything when there is no thought. For anyone to know what they are seeing, there needs to be a thought about it. Even to know they are seeing, there needs to be a thought about the process of seeing. But there will be none."

"But they would still be there in flesh and blood, right?"

"That's my point. When the end of 'all that happens in the Universe and beyond' comes, it will also be the end of the Universe and beyond inside us. We are not at the centre of the Experience that is this Universe. This body that we possess is a mere interface with which we Experience the Universe in whatever limited way we can. Since, all of our senses are outwards, we are unable to focus on what all is inside us. We don't know the origin of thoughts. We don't know the origin of life. We are all Gods. We give birth to life. We have life in us. What is life? Where did it come from? When did it start? Where would it end? How would it look like if there is a different interface to Experience it? Like that of a fish. What would this Universe look like? What if we are the Universe? What if there are galaxies, stars and planets living inside us? Millions of them getting destroyed each day just like the millions of cells in a human body. Isn't that life? Isn't all this that surrounds us life? Isn't all that's inside us life? How is the dense nucleus of an atom, with lighter electrons revolving around it, any different than planets revolving around the sun. How are the molecules formed by combining atoms any different than the galaxies with multiple solar systems? What if there is an entire Universe inside the nucleus of an atom but we just don't have a microscope that is powerful enough to explore it? We're not different. We're all the same. It is all the same. And I want to put an end to it all. That would be me truly Being myself."

"I definitely did not want that when I wanted everyone to truly be." The Ninety Sixth Lady said with a blank expression.

"You must have wanted something more? Maybe you wanted everyone to live a more fulfilled life when you wanted them to be. More than you wanted them to just be. None of us can claim to be the supreme power. We all have our own importance. The smallest particle of sand and the lightest fragment of air, everything is there for a reason and we must appreciate it all. We can never claim to be the owner of anything. Everything either passes through us or we pass through it. Everything is dependent on everything else." The Ninety Seventh Gentleman summed up His thoughts, fulfilling the purpose with which He was created.

"I feel that my purpose here is done. From now on you be the Destroyer, the Preserver and the Creator, the Three forms of Being that will constitute everything that is in the Universe and beyond, both outside and inside." said The Ninety Sixth Lady as she transformed into a ball of energy and entered into The Ninety Seventh Gentleman, splitting Him into Three divine energies which scattered all over the Universe.

A small part of each of these energies reached the planet Earth and manifested themselves in human form, thus, giving birth to Pranshul, the Destroyer; Pranshu, the Preserver and PranShoe, the Creator.
