I stood still looking at the handsome man who sat in front of me, I swiftly made my way to the sofa in front of him and took a seat as I tried to keep myself composed but I could not help the smile that came upon my face.

The prince didn't seem to mind the way I acted all fretful much to my surprise.

I licked my dry lips as I sat staring at the tea placed on the table.

My staring was suddenly interrupted by Adrian, "It is a pleasure to meet you my lady" he said as he bent down to get the tea on the table.

He sipped it with his beautiful lips as he stared at me with a soft look.

"I am sorry for my tardy arrival my lady, may I know why you requested my presence?"

Though I melted right away when I heard his words, the fact that I didn't know why Laura had called him made me panic. I slowly sipped my tea trying to think of why Laura might have called him.

"You told me you had some urgent news to share my lady, may I ask what might it be?"

I sipped the tea once more with much hesitance this time, my mind was racing trying to figure out what I could use as an excuse when suddenly I thought of something that would diffuse the situation.

I looked at the maids as I said, "Take your leave", trying to sound as much like Laura as possible. The prince seemed perplexed by my attitude towards the maids but he didn't comment, that was when I remembered a part of the game when Laura was being executed.

The prince said "It is unimaginable to me how you acted as a saint while being the incarnation of the devil himself", as the scene came to my mind I remembered a part of Laura's memories where she made sure to never let the prince know about her evil deeds, and always treated the maids lovingly in front of him.

I sipped the tea once more, as I sighed, which seemed to have taken the prince aback.

"What is it my lady that is making you act this way?" he asked in a soft voice which brought me so much joy. I was on cloud nine just hearing him speak.

I calmed myself down reminding myself that if I don't act appropriately this could very well be my demise.

"I have two baby divine beasts with me right now," I said which seemed to have surprised him but didn't seem to mind it.

"That is great to know my lady" he said as he seemed confused as to what the urgent news had to do with the divine beasts.

"I acquired them from the black market" I said and I could visibly see him get shaken.

"They are rearing divine beats and selling them and I am one of the first to have bought them"

"My lady that is a crime.." he said as he kept his tea cup on the table.

"I know", I said with a grim face, or at least one that I could manage.

"What do you mean?" he asked as I sipped my tea.

In the game one of the major events was the rise of the dragons, artificial dragons were made using the DNA of a real dragon baby.

The dragon baby had gone through a lot of abuse and hence emerged as a boss monster in the game. It had a very sad back story which made me cry when I heard it the first time.

To prevent the dragon from turning into a boss monster and also shutting down the black market which will pose a threat in the future this was the right choice.

"We have to catch these criminals your highness and I have a plan to do so," I said as I kept my empty teacup down.

The prince furrowed his eyebrows as he closed his eyes for a moment.

He became all serious as he opened his eyes and leaned forward, "Please share the plan with me my lady".

He said to which I smiled and nodded.
