Chapter 8-UKTI And The Shadow Like Energy

As the sun started rising, the day began with Ahsinav waking up early in

the morning. As he made his way to the field, he spotted a familiar figure, Ankeet, running on the field. Ahsinav started running with Ankeet. "Do you usually wake up early in the morning?" Ahsinav posed a question. "Yeah," Ankeet replied instantly, increasing his pace. Ahsinav tried to follow Ankeet, but he couldn't catch up. "Why does he always avoid me?" Ahsinav's whispered, his words carrying a weight of frustration and confusion.

Zephyria appeared before Ahsinav. "He must have important things to fulfill," she said, her voice carrying a tone of certainty. "Is that so?" Ahsinav replied as he looked towards Zephyria. "Why do you keep appearing before me, Zephyria?" Ahsinav questioned. "Oh, didn't I tell you?" she responded, her voice tinged with amusement. "I am your contracted fairy," she revealed, her words hanging in the air. Ahsinav's eyes widened in disbelief, his mind struggling to process the revelation.

"What?" he exclaimed.

As Ahsinav completed his warm-up routine, he started heading to his Class hall. As he entered the hall, he noticed the arrival of Instructor Nobu. Instructor Nobu addressed the assembled students. "Today," he announced, his tone imbued with excitement, "I will teach you how to use Ukti [Aura] and manipulate it to strengthen your swordsmanship." A ripple of anticipation spread through the gathered students, each eager to learn Ukti.

Instructor Nobu guided all the students into the training room. With a commanding presence, he gathered their attention. His gaze sweeping across the eager faces before him, " Ukti can be manifested through Ora."

"To wield Ukti effectively," he explained, his words measured and deliberate, "One has to know about the flow of Ora."

"Now," declared Instructor Nobu, his eyes blazing with determination, "pay close attention. I will demonstrate Ukti only once." With a deep breath, he centered his focus, channeling the essence of his Ora into a potent manifestation of power. Gathering the raw energy, Instructor Nobu directed it toward his sword, the blade igniting with raw energy. With a swift motion, Instructor Nobu attacked the practice dummy, the air crackling with energy as it split cleanly in half. The room fell silent, the echoes of his demonstration reverberating in the minds of all the students.

"Now it is your turn to practice Ukti," announced Instructor Nobu. "Everyone, focus the raw energy and push it towards your sword through your veins." The students exchanged determined glances. With a sense of anticipation, they followed Instructor Nobu's guidance, channeling their Ora into their blades with varying degrees of success. "I know it is difficult to learn," acknowledged Instructor Nobu, his voice carrying the weight of experience. "For some, mastering Ukti can take up to four to five years. So, don't rush. Feel the energy slowly and calmly." His words served as a reminder to the students. That mastery of Ukti is only possible through determination and dedication.

As the hours passed in the training room. A sense of frustration began to settle among the students. Despite their best efforts, the manifestation of Ukti remained beyond their grasp. With each failed attempt, the weight of disappointment hung heavy in the air, as the minutes stretched into hours. Instructor Nobu, realizing the exhaustion and frustration that clouded the minds of his students made his decision, to dismiss the class. Everybody left the training room except three determined souls: Ahsinav, Ankeet, and Noah.

Undeterred by the lack of progress, Ahsinav and Noah continued to pour their energy into mastering Ukti. However, Ankeet began to show signs of progress. His movements grew more fluid with each passing moment. As Ahsinav and Noah watched in awe, Ankeet took a deep breath, his focus unwavering as he channeled his Ora through his core into his sword. With a sudden burst of energy, he unleashed Ukti in a stunning display of power. Both Ahsinav and Noah were left speechless, their disbelief giving way to admiration as they witnessed Ankeet's remarkable achievement. In just one day, he had managed to master Ukti.

As Ankeet left the training room, his energy was exhausted from the practice. Ahsinav and Noah remained. After practicing even more, Ahsinav started to become frustrated. With each attempt to draw Ora, Ahsinav's frustration mounted. Then he heard a soft, melodic voice cutting through the silence of his struggle. "You're doing it wrong," Zephyria said, gently scolding Ahsinav.

Just follow what I'm saying, "Release your Ora through your core to your veins first," she instructed, "Then, slowly channel it into your sword. Don't rush, and maintain your focus." Zephyria's guidance was clear and straightforward, with Zephyria's guidance. Ahsinav closed his eyes, centering himself as he followed her instructions. With each breath, he felt the energy coursing through his veins as he channeled his Ora into his sword.

Ahsinav finally learned to wield Ukti. He tried to draw Ukti without Zephyria's guidance and succeeded. Noah could only watch in amazement. "You two are truly amazing," Noah exclaimed, his voice tinged with admiration and a hint of envy. "To think you've already mastered Ukti. While I am struggling to make any progress."

Ahsinav turned towards Noah with a reassuring smile. "Don't be disheartened," he said gently. "Remember what Instructor Nobu told us. Mastery of Ukti takes time. Some students take up to five years to fully grasp its complexities." Noah nodded as he took comfort in Ahsinav's words.

Offering Noah a reassuring smile, Ahsinav extended a hand towards his friend. "Come on, let's go grab some food," he suggested, his voice filled with warmth. Noah returned the smile, gratitude shining in his eyes. "You go ahead," he replied, determination evident in his tone. "I want to spend a bit more time practicing." Understanding Noah's commitment to honing his skills, Ahsinav nodded in agreement, leaving Noah to his training.

Noah dedicated himself to training until the last light of day vanished. As he prepared to leave the training room, a voice shattered the silence, echoing through the training room. "If you seek power, I can grant it to you. What do you say, young man? Do you seek power?" The voice, smooth yet filled with an ominous voice, sent a shiver down Noah's spine.

Confusion clouded Noah's mind as he searched the training room but couldn't find anyone. He brushed it off as exhaustion playing tricks on his mind. As he stepped outside into the dimly lit corridor, a shadow materialized before him, its form moving and waving like smoke in the wind.
