{3rd Person POV}
Rasa unfolded the scroll that Temari placed in front of him, it was a standard storage scroll that was specifically made to carry corpses. He walked out of his chair and placed the scroll in front of his desk.
A small amount of chakra was inserted into the scroll and with a puff of smoke Gaara's body appeared in front of everyone. Rasa stared at the cut that was wrapped up in bandages along Gaara's neck, he stared at the seal engraved on Gaara's forehead that looked like it had lost its vitality.
Temari and Kankuro stared at Gaara's body and they silently stood with their heads down. Rasa spent a couple of moments in silence seemingly mourning the death of his son or the loss of the Ichibi.
"Temari Kankuro, leave..." Rasa spoke, his voice was heavy and both of the Kazkage's kids stiffened for a moment before they nodded and after one last look at Gaara, they went out of the room.
"Kazekage-sama," Baki spoke as the door closed, there were now just 4 people in the room. Ebizō, Rasa, Chiyo, and Baki were the only ones left in the room. Baki continued seeing that he had everyone's attention, "What about the plan, the Ichibi was an essential part of our plan against Konoha."
'That won't work, not only Hiruzen would be more alert now, but with him and Jiraya the number of S-Rank shinobi from both sides is the same. The risk of invading Konoha and attacking against home turf advantage isn't a wise idea anymore...' Rasa concluded.
"No, since we can't keep up our end of the bargain, Orochimaru won't help us, we can't go against all of Konoha head-on..." Rasa spoke and then sighed, the Kazekage cap felt heavier as he thought about the predicament he was in.
"Go with Plan C, attack along Konoha's borders but don't push it too much, Sarutobi would anticipate our response." Rasa ordered, he then turned to Baki and asked, "What was the name of the genin?" Rasa asked.
"Ren" Baki replied, Rasa frowned at the name, while in any other country, it wouldn't mean much, in Konoha and Kiri no last name basically meant an orphan.
'One with no bloodline too, how do Konoha train their genin? Once every generation a monster always pops out.' Rasa grumbled.
"Alright at the very least we need to eliminate him before he becomes a threat in the future, get two ANBU squads ready, and detail them on the assassination mission. Once I demand his head as compensation in the name of our treaty, Konoha would either have to give him over or he would 'defect' from the village. Eliminate him before he could become a threat." Rasa ordered.
Baki nodded and then he left the room, now the only two people left in the room were the brother-sister puppeteers and the Kazekage. Rasa looked down at Gaara once again, his facial expressions softened for just a moment before he shook his head and turned to look at Chiyo.

"Are you sure about it?" Rasa asked.
Before Chiyo could speak up Ebizō interrupted, "I don't think it is a good idea, if this situation ends up escalating into a war then we need Chiyo and her combat strength in large-scale battl-"
Chiyo interrupted Ebizō before he could continue, "Don't be like that brother, it was my plan after all. The Kazekage family had gone through the burdens for years, now it is my turn to hold up my end of the bargain." Her voice was resolute as she turned to look at Rasa.
"We don't have much time, I'm not sure about the mechanisms of the pure world so delaying it any longer could be detrimental," Chiyo spoke as she bent down and sat next to Gaara. She undid the bandages and started using Mystical palm jutsu to stitch the Gaara's neck together.
"Are there any requests you wanna leave behind, Chiyo-sama," Rasa asked, he didn't have to address her with an honorific but right now he felt like he needed to.
...
Chiyo worked on Gaara's neck in silence and then spoke, "...if one day you can contact Sasori, I want you to give this scroll to him." Chiyo pulled a scroll from her sleeves and then began printing through hand seals.
Ox -> Dragon -> Snake -> Bird -> Boar
A pale blue chakra, a little lighter than normal medical ninjutsu covered her hands as she carefully used her chakra to heal the dead tissue around Gaara's neck.
The room descended into a strange silence and finally, Ebizō scoffed and broke the silence, "You never listen to me Elder sister..."
A small smile appeared on Chiyo's face as she looked down at Gaara, "I lived a decade too long anyway, don't be grumpy Ebizō, and get ready, in my absence you would have to lead the puppetry brigade."
"It's still a little idiotic if you ask me... Gaara isn't even mentally stable," Ebizō grumbled.
"You and I both know why designed that seal the way that we did, so we both know the reason behind Gaara's instability... to be honest I never expected that seal to hold on for so long. But it did its work, by allowing a lot of Ichibi's chakra to flood his system since before he was born, his chakra pathways are different." Chiyo sighed, she wished there was another way this could have gone down but complications were part of every plan.
"I can scan Gaara's tenketsu they are almost thrice as big and strong as anyone else's and he has the chakra capacity of a jonin at his young age." Chiyo reasoned.
Rasa looked down at the seal imprinted on Gaara's forehead, it was a different time when the decision was made. The third shinobi world war had just finished and Suna being the weakest of the great 5 was well-known.
This plan had been his hope. He looked down at Gaara's pale skin and sighed, he had sacrificed too much for this, his wife, his children... his family.
Ebizō sighed and then he walked over and stood behind Chiyo, he knew the decision was not in his hands, and Chiyo was the only one who had learned this medical ninjutsu.
Slowly Chiyo could sense her strength leaving her as the jutsu ran its course, color returned to Gaara's face and his heart slowly started beating once again.
"He has lost the Ichibi so he would be weak, his young body would not be able to handle such drastic change so he would remain in a coma for a bit. Make sure no one behaves like a moron..." Chiyo spoke as she slowly started to fall back, Ebizō supported her as she took one last breath.
'See you soon Sasori...'
...
Rasa stared at Chiyo's collapsed form and Ebizō who silently mourned. He stared at Gaara's chest which was slowly rising and falling. It still felt surreal to him, but their plan had been a success. Gaara had the chakra capacity of a shinobi 3 times his age, as he grows older his strength should increase and with his magnet release, he would become a formidable force.
'I need to talk to Temari and Kankuro, it's time they knew the truth.'
