The rain fell hard that night. The three men all looked sharp, but each felt their own way. Damon, Derek, and Aaron stood shoulder to shoulder listening to the priest say his sermon. Once it was over they all said their goodbyes and began to leave. "There's nothing left for us here. Let's head out." Damon said as he turned to walk to the car. The car ride home was silent. Damon was driving, his eyes hidden by his shades, his face focused on the road, his mouth bared a scowl. Something was on his mind. They called him Hunter, him and his bloodhound, Hercules, have spent a considerable amount of time in the forests and other outside locations to hone their tracking and survival skills. They have become quite the team. Hercules wasn't aggressive but he was the best at sniffing out what Damon needed him to. Together they have found lost pets and children a number of times. If things got bad Damon would send Hercules home with a GPS on his collar set to their home. He taught the dog to distinguish the words left and right. If Hercules didn't make it home before Damon he would use his tracker to find him. Damon was also a great escape artist. He had many gadgets, such as smoke bombs and tasers to blind and incapacitate his pursuers. He was also fast and nimble due to his build and was skilled in hand to hand combat. He favored using blades from throwing knives and daggers to swords. One problem he faced was lack of control and thinking when it came to certain situations. Damon is often hotheaded and willing to put people in front of the good of himself. He had a soft side that overtook him most times. His slim, tall build allowed him to move fast, but get overtaken easier by bigger foes. This was when Derek, aka Ox had to step in. Derek was a monster, but also a teddy bear. He was a big joker who only had to be aggressive if he needed to. Almost the exact opposite of Damon's personality. He wasn't able to move as nimbly as Damon, but what he lacked in that was made up for in size. Derek was able to fight three normal men at once. Picking them up and throwing them around with ease. His size also allowed him to wear heavier armor to take more damage. If he did take too much however, that is when Aaron aka Patches would have to make his prowess known. He was the medic and tech geek of the group. He was also skilled in hand to hand combat but preferred not to get his hands dirty, favoring clean precise takedowns as opposed to bloody risky fights. Derek often called him "the bitch of the group". All jokes aside he was there to patch up his friends when they messed up. He was incredibly smart but sometimes was to blunt and downright airheaded with certain things. He was definitely the most entertaining one of the three. He understood Damon the best, Damon understood Derek the best and Derek understood Aaron the best. That's why they made such a great team.

"Everything okay?" Aaron asked Damon.
"I'm fine." Damon said, direct and stern. His tone brought Derek from idly looking out the window to the conversation. "You're not thinking of going after them are you?" He asked Damon.
"That's exactly what I'm thinking of." Damon said.
"Come on man don't waste your time with them." Aaron said. "They got him, everything is done." He said trying to drive the rage out of his friend's head. "This place is too light on criminals. That's why we're here. To punish the ones that got away or never got caught." Damon said.
"They did get caught." Derek said.
"Not all of them."
"Do what you want. You're going in alone." Aaron said.
"I'd prefer it that way." Damon said.
"What about when that fat guy grabbed you and threw you over the table and everything collapsed on you?" Derek said trying to lighten the mood,
"Yeah and another fat fuck had to come in to save me." Damon grinned.
"I don't remember that. I know it was some sexy ass beefcake that looked like me." Derek said.
"Did you forget to shower again Derek?" Aaron asked.
"No. But I did see your stroker next to the toilet when I took one earlier." Derek said. The trio stopped laughing and arrived at their shared bachelor pad apartment The rest of the day was theirs.
