Morgan enters the warm log house after Jamie. The calmness of the surroundings made him feel at ease. And Jamie rubbed her ear noticing the slight ringing was gone.
Jamie turned to morgan.
“The ringing in my ears stopped.” Jamie was shocked.
“Ringing in the Ear’s?” Travis looked at Jamie's shocked reaction.
“Yes it stopped?” Jamie could barely sound the words out.
“Morgan you and your girl, sorry miss what's your name?”
“Jamie.” Jamie said to Travis while she and Morgan took off their wet footwear.
“You and Morgan might want to come sit at the table.” Travis walked to the kitchen. Jamie looked around while they followed Travis. The walls had maps and pictures hung up, and in the far back of the living space, where the tv would be, were Security camera video screen stations.
Morgan and Jamie turned to enter into the kitchen and on the dining table were a bunch of books, survival supplies and guns.
“One second Morgan, I got to close the gate.” Travis walked over to the wall pad and pressed a button.
“There that’s done. So Morgan, earlier today has been quite a strange and sad day.” Travis walked over and opened the fridge to pull out two beers.
“Why is that?” Morgan asked, taking the beer being handed over.
“We lost our cousin Franklin; he was murdered in the store when he was working.”
“No way they killed him.” Morgan said, looking down.
“Who did, Morgan, you know something.” Travis said as he took a Drink from his beer.
“Yeah, these guys in Black suits chased me through the mall after I picked up some rice from the food court.”
“How many?” Travis said as he picked up a remote and turned on a tv in the kitchen. Jamie looked at the screens showing Live video feed from the highway.
“Not sure they had the entrances covered.” Morgan said as he fought the sadness from the news he heard from Travis.
“Well maybe it's a good thing, you showed up in the storm, nobody followed you guys here.” Travis said and continued.
“I found it strange, they must have had the whole mall quarantined. I called and explained I was his family and asked if there was any video of the murder, and they said all the cameras were down in the mall during that time which led me to believe something more was happening.” Travis took a drink of his beer.
Morgan sat and watched as Travis switched the Live feed to different cameras.
“These are from my cameras I have set up watching the city.” Travis started to rewind the time of the recorded video feed.
Morgan and Jamie watched the video rewinding, then Travis Stopped the video.
“Right there you see it!” Travis got up and walked over to the screen and pointed.
Jamie Screamed at the sight of the Silver Craft in the gray clouds over the city.
“Okay you guys tell me what's going on!” Travis stood looking at Morgan holding Jamie in his arms.
“We have been having strange Happenings.”
“Strange happenings explain.” Travis walked to his fridge to grab another beer.
“Miss, would you like one too.” Travis held one out for her.

Jamie took the beer and opened it.Travis sat back down and lit a cigarette.
“Do you guys have any phones?”
“Yeah but it's dead.” Jamie said through a sniffle.
“Good pass it here.” Travis held his hand open in front of jamie.
Jamie handed Travis the phone “thanks.” and he walked over to the microwave opening the small door, throwing it inside, then turning it on.
“Hey!” Jamie called out.
“Here take this one, it has no tracking and unlimited calling text and wifi when you can get a signal.” Travis handed her his phone from his pocket.
“What about you, where's yours?” Travis looked at Morgan.
“I Lost the cell a while back.” Morgan replied.
“Makes sense, I was texting you then stopped because you never responded. I thought you were mad at me or something now, explain the happenings.” Travis Sat back in his chair at the table listening intently.
“We were having a great evening together last night and these Shadow figures surrounded us in our sleep. We woke up and things seemed fine but things were missing and then Jamie saw the craft you have on video, and she said she went home to find her stuff all stacked in weird ways, then she lost time.” Morgan took a drink from his beer and placed the empty can on the table and opened the second offered beer he got from travis.
“What about you aside from the Guys?” Travis asked Morgan.
“Have you been missing time or having experiences?” Travis asked Morgan.
“Yes, Now to think of it over the course of a year, a lot of strange dreams and I would wake up with strange marks on my body, but nothing like Jamie’s.”
“What do you mean show me?”
Jamie lifted her arms for Travis to See.
“That's not good, so who or whatever they are, brought you aboard their craft.” Travis stood up and walked over to Jamie who sat there looking forward.
“What are you doing?” Jamie asked, turning to see what Travis was doing.
“I’m checking for a tag.” Travis continued to inspect Jamie's head.
“A tag, like a wild animal.” Jamie said sadly.
“Yeah, these visitors sometimes mark the abducted, yup and there it is..” Travis pointed at the back of her ear.
“This would explain the ringing, they must have been Tracking you.” Travis walked back over to the table and loaded a hand pistol.
“They won't find you here, I have the place rigged with magnets and I had lined the roof with copper mesh.” Travis looked around at magnets tapped and scattered around.
“They came after me too, I had a strange encounter with a Large light craft which followed me home one night, but didn't catch me.” Travis took a drink.
“But you seem fine.” Morgan said, looking at Travis.
“You call this fine.” Travis pointed at all the stuff he accumulated in his sheltered living space.
“How did you find out what to do?” Jamie said and took a long drink from her beer.
“I reached out online to some folks and they were the only ones I could trust. They Sent me materials, blacked out documents and some had information on the beings. I learned what I could from them, how I learned what happened to me.” Travis took a pause then continued.
“ I have a Friend, she could come here, I met her through like minded people from around here.” Travis took the last drink of his beer. And got up and reached around in the bag on the table.
“I will have her come by in the morning. She can help you both, for now get some rest up stairs. And here you can wear these. The online folks said it should keep you both safe. Those items will help just in case they get past the barrier.” Travis handed them some padded shorts and snow beanies.
“What are these?” Morgan said as he picked up the white shorts, feeling the slots where a small weighted inserted rectangular cut out sat inside of the shorts thigh areas. Jamie inspected hers.
“Those, my cousin, are gonna keep you both safe, they are magnet lined shorts and the beanie is an Emf blocking hat which will also block them from reading your minds. It has kept me safe, well and this too.” Travis handed Morgan the loaded Pistol.
“Travis.” Morgan said, looking at the shorts, snow cap and pistol.
“What?” Travis said as he puffed his smoke.
“Thanks for helping us, but you can keep the pistol for now.” Morgan said, putting on the snow cap and taking the shorts.
“You know I'm just happy someone is here with me right now, I'm really upset about Franklin.” Travis put the loaded pistol back on the kitchen table and continued.
“And if those secret service fucks come here I will give them one for Franklin.myself.” Travis said then took a drink from his beer.
“Why magnets?” Jamie asked Travis, while she was holding and inspecting the shorts.
“ I read somewhere one of these eggheads found out that magnets scramble them up; they can’t stand being around them.” Travis then took a drag from his cigarette.
Jamie looked over at the files on the desk.
“Can I have a look?” Jamie pointed at the files.
“Sure you can, I was just going to go check those monitor screens over there, go on ahead I will be right over.” Travis picked up his tv remote.
“You said we could sleep upstairs right?” Morgan asked.
“Yeah, the guest bedroom is on the second floor.” Travis got up to walk to his fridge.
“Alright goodnight thanks for watching out for us.” Morgan said. And left the room to walk up stairs to the guest bedroom.
Jamie put the shorts and emf beanie down on the table and walked over to the files on the table next to the security camera station. She saw so many missing people reports and pictures of crafts in the air above the city.
Morgan walked up the cold wooden stairs getting to the top he turned down the hall and walked into the small room with a kingsize mattress. Morgan took off his coats and shirt then his pants and socks. Morgan removed his underwear and put the White magnet underwear on. Then he laid in the bed under the sheets looking up at the ceiling. He took a breath and closed his eyes.
Jamie looked on in horror seeing the Reports and experiencer cases.
Travis walked over standing beside her with a beer in his one hand and smoke in the other.
“All of them, They were all taken within the same two months.” Travis pointed at the missing people.
“You think it's the visitors?” Jamie looked at Travis who nodded in agreement.
“They are taking us, Still haven't found out why, but I will, one thing I do know all these people were taken in the Night.” Travis Said and chugged the last of his beer.
Jamie looked at him. “How many of those have you got?”
“What, the UFO pictures and files? Lots.”
“No beer?”
“Oh I got enough, go ahead I got more liquor laying around here somewhere.” Travis pointed around. Jamie smiled and walked to the fridge to grab another beer.
Jamie opened the fridge door and picked out two beers. Walking back to the table of files and monitor screens, she opened the beers for her and Travis but Travis stood there looking at the monitor on the screen. Travis then bent over and rewinded the video to play back on the screen.
