Anyway, I finally settled on AntarcticSpood and got back to writing. The board remains at zero across the board, and I've got work to do! My stats won't raise themselves!
Furiously tapping the keys, I finish the first chapter and hit the Submit button, folding my legs in satisfaction. It may have taken me four hours, but after a long day's work and a crapload of hemolymph, sweat, and tears poured into it, I have before me a full six hundred words of content. Enough to sate any reader's booklust!

And it's even pretty good! Looking back on my earlier fictions, I have to admit that they were a little unpolished, but it's nothing a bit of reading can't fix! My three biggest problems were punctuation tenses and randomly switching from first person, to third and those were easy to solve
After a moment, Eddie realized that the page his laptop was open to hadn't changed, and he investigated the issue. Evidently he hadn't clicked enough tabs.
Well, that wouldn't do. He selected a few at random - they couldn't be that important, right? - and hit Submit again.
This time, it goes through, and he leans back in satisfaction. Let the praise flow in.
