Hehehe, that little Bulbasaur girl appeared last night. I had no idea she was even there, but she triggered the cameras. She probably didn’t even recognize me since I was in super mode.
That’s right, I figured it out! This power is amazing! I don’t know what unlocked it in the first place, but it is extremely similar to Murkrow’s energy. Henceforth, it shall be known as Dark Energy! As of now, I can actually use Dark Pulse, Beat Up, Punishment, and Faint Attack. Don’t ask me how I know, I just do.
It was like information flowed into my head only to show some information, not all of it. I could call upon this…memory and automatically use the Moves. But I want to learn how to do these Moves without relying on the memories. If I am forced to use this technique, I should be able to move how I please.
You know, like adjusting the radius of Dark Pulse or getting the timing right to hit a weak spot.
Back to the girl. I don’t know what she’s after, but I think she wants to visit my floor. Probably to get information on me. I guess she thought, ‘If it’s the owner, he should have information on anybody who comes in and out frequently’.
Hopefully it’s not for my hot bod.
That was another thing. I found that activating this energy requires a lot of fuel. I really should find some sort of quick snack that completely fills this fuel, whatever it is. Maybe I should run some tests to find what part of me is spent first and have supplements on me just in case.
Since now I don’t have to exercise to keep in shape! Hahaha!
*Ding*
Oh? That better be recruits…otherwise…

POV CHANGE
===========
“Nat, are we ready?”
“Roger.”
“The name’s Cly”
“Shut up and move!”
Geez, these guys. Aren’t we supposed to be running a heist? Why is something like this being treated as a joke?
This lead better get us some info on Team Rocket. Fennis knows a guy who told him of a secret that was in the city. It only took us an hour before we spotted the flyer with a hidden Team Rocket logo. I am surprised no one else realized. Maybe everyone knows?
Anyways, whether it’s a trap or not, we need this lead. Clyde got us the blue prints while Fennis researched as much as he could of the company. He found out it wasn’t the company, but rather the building. The owner never went through legal transfers, but still ended up in the hands of a man named Cole Fellman. He’s something like a legend within the radio station, with paraphernalia related to his Pokémon all over the place.
But that was beside the point. We believe this Cole happens to be a member of Team Rocket. He now has an important position of manipulating the radio station thanks to his effort of ‘helping’ them when they needed it. By becoming the radio station’s benefactor, he was able to make small changes here and there. It was because of one of these changes that we found the encrypted audio file they play on the air at midnight.
It told us the location of where we were supposed to meet to join Team Rocket. It was actually written in some nice riddle about red rose petals covering the planet, but it was too much and I forget it. It ended up leading us to a flower shop.
But that was just the tip. Once we got there, we had to find the bread crumbs he laid for people. There were little red ‘Rs’ here and there all over the place. We finally made our way to a large tunnel that led to underneath the station. It must be used for large cargo? Once there, we tried to be stealthy, but then the lights came on. And here we are.
After Clyde asked if I was ready, I got into position. Cole must already knew we were here, so he might already know how many people there are down here. It doesn’t change the fact that it isn’t just me and Clyde trying to enter the building!
We already know, thanks to Clyde’s connections, that the elevator only works if you have the main keycard. We just have to ‘acquire’ it and we gain access to his secret files that must be in a computer he has in his room on the fifth floor.
Otherwise, this was just a trap and we are all screwed. Except Fennis, but he might get caught, too.
That was when the elevators opened and out walked a chubby man wearing a black outfit with a large red ‘R’ on the chest. He was only a grunt?!
A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.
“Ooh?! A beautiful girl! Hehehe, you are hired!”
Great, a prick.
“Hey, might want to tell your buddy on the ground floor to come down here.”
He knows?!
“Hehe, technology is so great these days, where I can wirelessly connect live camera footage to my smart phone. So, where do you want to begin? I have need for a strong arm, a hacker…and a secretary.”
Gross. A misogynistic prick. Fine, let’s get this over with.
“Come out, Pidgeot!”
Seeing me call out my Pokémon, Clyde repeats the action.
“Let’s go, Machoke!”
“Hmm…what a shame…How about this, I win and you join my Team Rocket! I lose, and you kill me.”
“Kill?! We are going to ask you some questions!”
“Too bad, I only joined Team Rocket a little over two weeks ago. I doubt I would know enough to help you out.”
What? Only two weeks? This guy has all this set up in two weeks and he is only a grunt?! Why give him such power?!
“I can’t answer most questions, but if you join Team Rocket, then there’s no problem. But first, Golbat, Haunter, come help out.”
Two Pokémon rushed out of his shadow and darted towards me and Clyde.
A Pidgeot should be able to deal with a Golbat, this is nothing!
“Pidgeot, use Aerial Ace!”
“Poison Fang.”
I could hear Clyde shouting in frustration as none of his attacks landed on the ghost. But I had a chance.
Thankfully, Bite was a dark move. And I have an Arbok which just so happens to know Bite!
“Get him, Arbok!”
“Actually, my Haunter is a ‘her’.”
“My mistake. Get HER!”
As Arbok lunged at the Haunter, another shadow came tearing into the battle, as a black bird attacked Arbok while he was attacking Haunter!
“NO!”
“Ouch. That was a fast Peck. Work a little harder, will you? I see your buddy upstairs is having some difficulty fighting four Pokémon at once.”
“How are you controlling seven Pokémon?!”
“I’m not. Murkrow here is doing things his own way.”
Then the Murkrow tag teamed my Pidgeot, forcing me to call it back.
We lost. And he even went easy on us.
“You guys are too soft.”
Huh?
“You could have come in with all your Pokémon out and completely wreck me. Why is it that you guys don’t have any more Pokémon? If it was a matter of traveling from a different region, you could have caught more. It’s pretty much what I did.”
But…
“You could have also used weapons and blackmail along with hostages or threats to make me negotiate. For example, your buddy is currently sitting at the bar eyeballing the bartender lady. He wasn’t actually in danger.”
“That asshole.”
“Why haven’t you tried to contact him? Is it because you are afraid for his safety? You should be able to believe in each other. I thought you guys would have better team work. If you’re going to join me, you will need to work on this things.”
Where did that pen and paper come from? Is he taking notes?
Am I in Team Rocket right now?!
