To start off with this book has gone way better than I ever expected, with thousands of people reading it and enjoying it. The amount of feedback I received is insane and above anything I expected. So, I want to start with a massive thank you! While it may only be a small part of the time you're online The New Bond is a story that I worked on for months and it makes me smile to know people enjoy it even in this rough state of the book.
Regarding the book's current state, I've carefully read and considered every comment. Your feedback is important to me, and it's clear that the first book, while a significant achievement, still has room for improvement. In the coming months, I'll be working hard to address any errors and enhance the more lackluster chapters, all with your thoughts and comments in mind.
Changes to the book you can expect: Grammar Fixes, More & Less detail where needed, A text/quote at the start of each chapter giving hints to the bigger world and expanding knowledge the reader has, another Ferin chapter, and much much more. If you have any thoughts on any of the chapters you felt needed to be improved, let me know!

Now, a bigger question: what's next? Well, as you can see, this isn't the start of the next book. The first chapter of book two, Chosen of Void, will occur next Friday. (surprise!)
I have no intention of slowing the chapters down even while working on The New Bond, which I plan to work on as often as possible; I will be working upward, starting from chapter one (Sometimes going back and updating previous chapters to have everything line up) and going all the way to the end of the book. This week, I'm spending time relaxing, going over each chapter, jotting down what needs to be changed, and getting the plot line of the next book set up.
To end this, I wanted to run a few questions. The first is simple what do you want out of my books? Do you, the readers, want more of a darker take on this world, a more light-hearted take, or something in the middle that mixes both up(What I've been attempting to do in book one.)
The other question is Ferin. I've read a lot of books that have multiple POVs, and I tried to take a relatively mixed view of them by having Aster in every chapter except Ferin's. I have a story for Ferin and a plan set out to achieve it, but I wanted your thoughts on how she impacts the book.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to enjoy and read The New Bond.
