I woke up, yet I was not greeted by the top of the tent rather instead I was greeted by a screen suspended in mid air.
"Congratulations on finishing your awakening! You may navigate the system solely by will."
Hmmm, ooook, sounds simple. I willed the screen to go away, and it did. I sat up and climbed out of my bedroll, when I exited my tent I realized that the sun had yet to even be in view yet, it was close. I still had some water left from last night so I drank the rest of whilst waiting for the sun to crest the horizon. Once it had I decided It was time to find out what I was, so I willed the status to open.

----------
Well, that's no Necromancer, um, I guess, I'm gonna check my skills?
----------
The First And Last King: you are the first and the last Void Lord
Mana Manipulation: Can manipulate mana and cast spells.
Void Veins: You require this skill and a form of Mana Manipulation to be able to cast Shade and Void Spells.
Assume Void Lord Form: cost, 5 void energy every 10 seconds: lv 0: when activated become immaterial from the waist down and turn your body into a black mist. Gain a 1.2 x multiplier to about everything. Gain an extra pair of arms.
Shadow Step: cost, 1 mana per meter traveled: lv 0: jump to any shadow you can see.
Void Armory: lv 0: create weapons and armor, including the Void Lord set out of mana, cost Varey's between creation.
King Of Nothing: access the Shade menu and control shades telepathically.
General Shade Traits: All shades possess the Void Scholar skill allowing them to "teach you" their skills, note that not all skills can be taught. Shades can sit in any shadow as long as they want but regain hp and regain mana 25% faster in yours. Shades are filled with cracks that radiate colors depending on there type, yellow is for minor shades and normal shades, orange is for great shades, a plasma purple is for greater shades (look it up it looks really nice), and red is for distinguished shades, Shades use these to see and as such they are prominent on the head. This skill does absolutely nothing.
Void tendril: lv 0: gain access to a modifiable amount of extra limbs that you can place anywhere on your body. Tendril's don't have an hp stat and instead use void energy to heal, the rate is 10hp/1 void energy, void energy is 900% more efficient but takes up to a minute to fully heal a wound. Note that they can phase through clothing and armor worn by you, another skill lv is gained when your void constitution lv reaches 5 and every 5 after that, at the moment you may have 1 Tendril at a time, for now your Tendril's max length is 7 meters, for now your Tendril's max width is 0.2 meters More types of Tendrils will be unlocked as this skills level's. Current tendrils are listed below.

General Tendril: a simple tendril that maintains the same thickness through the whole thing till the very end where it tapers into a point. Every 0.25 meters the left and right side of the tendril gain a backwards fin shaped like a quarter pie chart that curves with the tip's facing backwards, these maintain the tendrils set thickness.
Banished By the Light: all your shades and yourself take 2x damage from all light magic. All healing magic that doesn't heal undead instead doesn't heal you and deals 2x damage of it's heal directly to your hp pool. You can't be healed by someone who is intentionally attempting to harm you via this method.
Devourer Of Light: you deal 5x damage to holy beings or beings with holy affiliation.

Well, that's some skills alright. Should I wake Zephyr? Na, it's probably fine. I walked back to my Tent, so, lets, try something? King Of Nothing seems like something I should try when everyone's awake in case something goes wrong, Shadow Step it is. I stood back up and looked for a tree I saw earlier. It wasn't very hard to find, so I stood maybe 10 meters away and activated the skill. The first thing that happened was that I fell on my ass, when I landed I saw a wispy black haze from where I was a second ago. "Damn, that threw me off." It activated very suddenly, that was a probably a good thing since it means it was near instant.
I returned back to the camp where the sunrise had risen slightly past the horizon. I figured I'd try void armory next. I went back inside and sat down on the mat that lined the floor, I activated the skill, another message appeared.
----------
What would you like to make?
----------
I willed for a Dagger, a black mist began to escape from my hands and flowed down to the mat in front of me, soon a dagger made out of what would appear to be a be a black metal sat in front of me, it looked fairly simple except for the pommel and the guard, the pommel was a skull crusher, aka, pretty much a spike. The guard started flat and after 2 inches curved up in a spiral and stopped suddenly only making it half way to becoming a spiral.
When the dagger finished a little notification appeared just at the left edge of my vision,
----------
-50 mana
----------
In the short period I'd already lost 60 mana. You needed the Inspect skill to check an enemy's stats, but you didn't need it to check weapons armor etc. So long as they weren't equipped by someone. So I did just that.
----------
Dispel? Y/N
Void Dagger: F tier:
damage 5
Skills
Void Armament: Does 10% more damage when equipped by a shade
----------
It had the same stats as the worst damage possible for an F tier dagger, the only 2 notable things was the fact it was all made of that black metal with the unique guard and pommel, and the Void Armament skill, I'm not playing with King Of Nothing till everyone is awake, and I've told them of my peculiar Class of course. I wasn't gonna try Assume Void Lord Form yet either, there was a lot of lv less skills here, any skill without a stated lv meant there was no greater or lesser version.
----------
We were making breakfast, it took about 2 hours for everyone to wake up, Vex came first, followed by Quentin, Kara, Fink and then Zephyr. It didn't take long for Zephyr to ask the fated question.
"So, what'd ya get."
"Is there a way to show my status?" Zephyr raised an eyebrow, "Yeah just will it to be visible." I did as he said, once it materialized he leaned and started reading. As he silently went down the list his expression changed from confusion, to surprise, and lastly, excitement. He leaned back and spoke to everyone else.
"Come take a look everyone." Kala held a surprised expression the whole time, Quentin seemed intrigued and slightly dazed, Fink was hard to read, he looked like he was slightly surprised, that was all I could gleam, and Vex was just impossible, he couldn't move his eyes after all, they never widened nor got smaller, his pupil fluctuated a little, but that was about it. After our lovely group reading session zephyr spoke first.
"Yeah, that's definitely interesting, not sure what to say though, you got some wacky starting skills, a summoning focused class probably, a major problem that necromancers suffered from was the fact they needed to buy armor and weapons for their minions, the only work around was the Scrim Shaw skill to make weapons and armor out of bones, and you can just make them out of mana, you got that movement skill as well,
not sure what to say about that Assume Void Lord form thing or how geared you are towards fighting holy things. Void Tendril has massive potential though, not sure how that Void Constitution stat scales, you can inspect stats to find out though so it shouldn't be a problem. You don't have Inept attacker so your no mage but no warrior or ranger either, you have the most resemblance to a summoner clearly and 2cnd place would actually be a Thief with that shadow step, your like me, a melee class that can cast spells, a hybrid class.
Void Veins is very interesting, neither Shade nor Void mana are something we're aware of, one of them is probably the unknown predecessor to shadow mana, have you tested anything yet?"
"Yeah, Shadow Step and Void Armory, Shadow Step is instant one spot to another, quite disorienting, for Void Armory I made a dagger."
"Can I see it?"
"Sure" I pulled it out of my inventory and handed it to Zephyr,
"Yeah, nothin to noteworthy there. You got a lot of lv less skills though, that one can level up though so I'm sure these will get better. I'm gonna write a message to the general about the little situation we have on our hands though."
