Gul's parents perished in the clash between Iron Man and Iron Overlord; the latter now deceased, leaving only Iron Man.
Standing aloof, Gul harbored little sentiment towards this vengeance, although his parents' demise was undeniably linked to Tony Stark, alias Iron Man.
Yet now it falls to Gul. Inheriting this form, he also inherits the fervent wish to exact revenge upon Iron Man.
"Bloody hell! Are they trying to send me to my death?" Gul erupted upon realizing his mandated task.
Iron Man, or Tony Stark, CEO of Stark Industries, is a billionaire and a superhero. For Gul, a stranger, even approaching Stark is impossible, let alone contemplating his demise.
Thus, for Gul, this vendetta truly borders on the fantastical.
In truth, Gul's previous owner did not necessarily advocate for Stark's demise either.
The former owner of Gul's body merely sought, even once, to give their all, to sacrifice their life if need be, in a single effort to eliminate Tony Stark.
It need not culminate in Stark's death, but it absolutely required a wholehearted act of retribution, just once.
For the original Gul was excessively feeble, exceedingly weak. After his parents' death, he could only weep; the insurance company denied coverage, any due compensation unpaid. There were even attempts to levy inheritance taxes, even eviction threats.
In light of such treatment, Gul could only weep.
Thus, he entertained the notion of sacrificing himself, summoning a demon to assist in his vengeance. Indeed, such an act was a form of escape, essentially seeking a release through death.
"Huff."
Exhaling deeply, Gul's eyes were filled with confusion. Despite grasping the memories and desires of his predecessor, he had no clue what steps to take next.
"Hey hey hey! You there, hurry up and send me back!" The Little Evil God stormed towards Gul, shouting at him.
Hearing The Little Evil God's voice, Gul looked up, gazing at her cute face and her half-human, half-serpent body, involuntarily rolling his eyes.
"Hey, what's with that expression? You summoned me here, didn't you? Hurry up and send me back, or I might just kill you!" The Little Evil God threatened, baring her teeth.
"Stop fussing. How would I know how to send you back? I want to go back myself." Gul continued to roll his eyes.
"Huh, what are you talking about, you irresponsible guy? You summoned me here and now don't plan on sending me back?"
"I didn't summon you! Stop accusing me."
"Nonsense! The contract is clearly on you. Oh, right, the contract. So, what do you want me to help you with? After fulfilling your wish, I can return." The Little Evil God suddenly changed her expression, smiling cunningly, feeling she had found a solution.

"Help me fulfill my wish, huh? Hold on." Gul was about to mock The Little Evil God, but suddenly hesitated, his eyes lighting up.
Although Gul lacked the ability to exact revenge with all his might, if The Little Evil God assisted, she was a demon, after all. So if The Little Evil God took action, perhaps she could indeed kill Tony Stark, the Iron Man.
Yet, soon after, Gul frowned again. Was it right to kill Iron Man, Tony Stark? After all, he was a superhero.
But then Gul reconsidered. Perhaps Tony Stark, despite being a superhero, was unrelated to this vendetta. This was about honoring his predecessor's wishes. Besides, Tony Stark might be a central figure in this world, unkillable.
"Hey, you there! Speak up! What's your wish?" The Little Evil God looked at Gul, puzzled by his daze, tapping him slightly unhappily.
"Fine. My wish is to seek revenge on Iron Man, Tony Stark."
"Who's Iron Man, Tony Stark?" The Little Evil God had no idea who that was.
Unsurprisingly, Gul swiftly led The Little Evil God out of the basement, grabbing her hand to search on the computer or in newspapers to point out Tony Stark to her.
However, at that moment, a sparking circle suddenly appeared before Gul again. The Ancient One had reappeared.
"Gul, let me remind you. Do not allow The Little Evil God to kill anyone. Especially not Tony Stark. He is a special presence," the Ancient One reiterated to Gul after reappearing.
"Huh, come on, Ancient One. You should know why I'm doing this. If you won't let The Little Evil God go, do you intend for me to act alone, to send myself to my death?" Gul couldn't help but exclaim loudly. It was like playing a game, finally finding a way to win, only to be told it was a bug and shut down. How could anyone accept that?
"Don't worry, you won't be harmed. At least, you won't die. After all, you're saving the world by staying alive," the Ancient One reassured, shaking her head.
"You mean... you'll secretly protect me?" Gul felt a surge of relief.
The Ancient One didn't answer, just smiled, then vanished back into the circle, disappearing before Gul's eyes.
"Ugh, why did the bald magician suddenly appear, then just leave? What was that about?" The Little Evil God scratched her head, unable to resist asking.
"Never mind her," Gul shook his head.
Emerging from the basement, Gul couldn't help but ponder. Despite the Ancient One's assurance that Gul couldn't die, how would he exact vengeance for the original owner of this body?
Approaching Tony Stark was the first challenge. Then there was the act of assassination. At just fourteen, what could a fourteen-year-old troublemaker achieve?
"Hey, that someone. You haven't told me who Tony Stark is yet."
"You don't need to know," Gul shook his head.
