With the defeat of the Puppeteer, what remained were small fry. Frost, Batgirl, and the rest began dealing with each of them.

Zaydas appeared in front of the one in the Second Phase.

It was a mutation of Wolf and Horse. A rather peculiar combination, with the body of a horse and the head of a gray wolf.

Using Hydrokinesis, Zaydas surrounded the 5-meter-tall and 8-meter-long Horse-Wolf with water, creating a bubble and suffocating it.

"Don't kill it, please."

Hearing Supergirl's plea, Zaydas glanced sideways at her and sighed.

Blowing cold air, Zaydas caused the water to freeze, taking the shape of a massive ice cube.

Using telekinesis, he made it float until it was near Supergirl.

"Thank you." She smiled in gratitude.

"You're welcome." Zaydas smiled back.

'So, sometimes, the most profitable solution isn't always to kill...'

Maybe because she felt Zaydas' 'burning' gaze in her direction, Supergirl blushed slightly, looking away. Right after, she flew toward one of the remaining monsters.

1 hour and 33 minutes later, all the monsters had been defeated, with many of them immobilized.

Before taking down the barrier, Supergirl and the others relocated the immobilized monsters to a less populated area.

As a precaution, Batgirl asked for a small opening in the barrier so she could step out and check if it was safe to leave the monsters there. She also contacted the special forces to come and retrieve them.

"Zaydas, give me your number." Batgirl, who had returned, asked him naturally.

"You're not even going to take me out for tea first?" Zaydas joked.

"It's so I can contact you later to send your share of the money for what you did." Batgirl replied, not falling for it, teasing back: "But if you don't want to, whatever. No need~"

She added: "Oh, by the way, just so you know, what you did today should earn you at least 100 million yen."

"That's all? Well, money is money." Zaydas said. "Write it down, my number is: XXXXXXXX."

As he spoke, for some reason, Supergirl and Harley also noted down his number.

Even Frost and the girl he was seeing for the first time, Lady Flash, turned around and took out her phone, probably saving his number as well.

For now, he would sleep a little in this dimension and then return to his own.

The next morning, Zaydas woke up, stretching.

Picking up his blinking cell phone, he saw several unread messages.

Opening them, he realized he had received at least one message from each of the supers. Harley, however, had sent 21.

{Harley Quinn: Hey, it's Harley Quinn ~ Save my number, okay? Kisses~}

{Harley Quinn: Zay, can I call you that, huh, huh? So, I'm going to a club with the girls, wanna come along?}

{Harley Quinn: Wow, Supergirl is super crazy, she drank a lot. Never seen her this wild, hahaha~}

{Harley Quinn: Hey, don't ignore me!}

{Harley Quinn: Hahaha, you're missing out, Frost is absolutely killing it!}

{Harley Quinn: Zay?}

She repeated the same message 15 times, saying, "Zay?"

{Harley Quinn: Okay, since you're ignoring me, I'll ignore you too, humph~!}

"..."

{Supergirl: It's Supergirl, and I am NOT drunk!}

"..."

{Frost: Handsome, do you have a girlfriend? By the way, it's Frost, you remember me, right?}

{Lady Flash: It's Lady Flash, sorry for taking your number without permission. If you don't like it, I'll delete it. I just wanted to be your friend.}

Thinking for a moment, Zaydas replied to Harley first.

[Zaydas: Sorry, Harley, I was busy and didn't see your messages. And yes, you can call me Zay.]

Then he sent a message to Supergirl, lying.

[Zaydas: I have a video that proves otherwise.]

After thinking for a bit, he clicked on Lady Flash's chat.

[Zaydas: Yes, I'd love to be your friend.]

Lastly, he sent a message to Frost.

{Zaydas: I don't have a girlfriend. And yes, you are unforgettable, there's no way I could forget you.}

He had a fiancée, not a girlfriend… So, he didn't lie, right?

After that, he sent a group message to all of them.

[Zaydas: I'll be away for a few days. If you try to contact me and I don't respond, it's not because I'm ignoring you.]

Seeing that the message was sent to everyone, he created a magic circle and placed his phone inside.

Then, he went to take a shower.

Later, after leaving the hotel, Zaydas flew to an isolated area and used Dimensional Release to return to his own dimension.

He practically became a flash of lights, disappearing from the location and reappearing almost instantly in another dimension.

When he opened his eyes, Zaydas sensed someone's presence nearby. Before he could raise his guard, he identified who it was.

"Mom, Dad?" Zaydas asked. "Why are you in my room?"

His mother's expression was anything but good.

While his father only smiled, it was a smile that hid his true intentions.

'I'm in trouble.' Zaydas knew.

Or rather, he knew that they knew. Or at least, they had guessed one or two things…

"Where were you, young man?" Zatanna crossed her arms while her right index finger lifted and tapped on her arm.

Making up an excuse wouldn't work. After all, he had literally come from another dimension right before their eyes.

With their power, they must have noticed something.

Sighing, Zaydas said, "In another dimension."

Sirzechs' smile disappeared. He murmured softly, "So it really is another box…"

To understand better:

Zatanna once analyzed how the multiverse and dimensions worked for him.

She classified each dimension as a "Box," and within each "Box," there were multiple "Folders," representing different universes or parallel universes. The larger the "Box," the more "Folders" it could contain.

Currently, they were in the "Folder" of the DxD universe, but they still shared the same dimension with DC Comics, which contained several other "Folders." Only a few of those "Folders" didn't belong to DC Comics, such as the DxD one, where they were at the moment.

In other words, if Zaydas said he came from another dimension, it meant he had managed to leave the "Box" without even being stopped or causing any phenomena.

After all, it wasn't that simple to leave one "Box" for another "Box."

Being able to do so would involve various complications. Even traveling between universes wasn't easy, let alone between dimensions…

"How?" Zatanna seemed the most shocked among them.

"When I turned 18, I awakened an ability I call 'Dimensional Leap,'" Zaydas answered, knowing there was no point in hiding it. "Thanks to this ability, I can 'Leap' from this dimension to another as if it were a simple 'Jump,' only losing a small amount of demonic power."

"Zay," Sirzechs asked seriously, "do you understand the risks of doing this? Why did you do it in the first place? And yet, you keep risking yourself by going to another dimension?"

"I understand your concerns, but it's fine," Zaydas replied. "As I said, I leap between dimensions and appear in another. It doesn't cause me any complications, and I kept doing it because of the advantages and time difference."

"Huh? Time difference?"

"Yes, that's right. Over there, I have a time difference of 1/100. One day here is 100 days there. And not only that, I gained new powers—I even became an Ultimate-Class Devil thanks to it."

He implied that he only went to one dimension, and if they wanted him to take them there, he intended to bring them to the DC AU.

However, he wouldn't take them to Rimuru's dimension, for example. It was too risky, and if they found out how dangerous that dimension was, they might become very worried and even want him to stop going there.

"Wait, you reached Ultimate-Class Devils?" Zatanna placed her hands on his shoulders and closed her eyes.

Then, she took a few steps back, only to be caught by Sirzechs.

"It's true, and not only that, I sense something familiar in his power…"

Without her explaining, Sirzechs understood.

"He's starting to awaken as a Homo Magi?" he asked rhetorically.

"Yes, that's what I think," Zatanna confirmed.

Before, his Homo Magi powers seemed nonexistent, and he could only be considered half Meta-human. However, it seemed he was now very close to becoming part Homo Magi.

"So, it's not that he didn't inherit my natural affinity for magic, but rather that it was blocked or something… But how was I unable to sense the existence of such a seal?" Zatanna was confused.

Sirzechs gave his opinion: "I believe it's due to the conflict between powers. Because of his demonic powers, the part that makes him a Homo Magi may have been naturally sealed."

In Sirzechs' view, this was something incredible. Creating a natural seal that even they couldn't detect wasn't simple.

"But that's not the most important thing right now." Zatanna snapped back to the main issue and asked, "Zay, are you sure there's no danger?"

"Yes, I'm practically the most powerful being on the planet I went to," Zaydas replied. "Although there are monsters and powerful people, I'm not in any real life-threatening danger. Not to mention, I can always use Dimensional Leap to return."

Although they seemed skeptical, they also appeared to believe him.

"Very well, you're an adult now and can make your own choices, but remember this." Zatanna walked up to him again, embracing him. "We're here for you. Even though I feel like you're still hiding something, I won't ask. Just be very careful, okay?"

"I know, Mom." Zaydas returned the hug.

After they separated, Sirzechs approached him.

"Well, what can I say?" Sirzechs placed a hand on his shoulder and winked. "Just remember to use protection. Don't go getting a girl from another dimension pregnant, okay?"

"Dad!" Zaydas exclaimed.

"Hahaha!" Laughing, Sirzechs stepped away.
