WHAT DID SHE DO!?

Instantly my level went up by 3 and that’s not all, the stats have almost all doubled!? Some are even tripled!? EHHHHHH.

That’s not even the worst of it, I instantly gained Scythe Mastery and it’s already at 87%, how did she wield it to increase proficiency so much!?

Wait let’s calm down first, maybe these are ordinary increases, yup, since my level is low, it must increase easily.

Let’s look at these other two.

Materialization!? Body Split!? Let’s see if there’s a way to show more detail.

As I focus onto the two, a new message appeared.

Materialization [Utilizing the power of ???, you can materialize any object you can think of, but you must know how it operates, or only a model will come out]

Body Split [Creates a second body with the power of ???, due to lack of energy, you can only create up to 2, must have a thorough understanding of the body, or else it will die upon summon]

… well that’s not very helpful considering I have no idea what ??? is. UGH, this is that mana thing all over again…

As I was crying over the new found power, but having no idea how to use it, a knocking sound echoed in the room and a feminine voice began to speak.

“Excuse me young miss, the preparations are complete for your journey.”

My mind went blank again… Journey? When was I going on a journey?

“Do you need our help with changing again?”

Hearing that I immediately changed my cloth back to the yellow dress and got out the room as fast as possible.

Upon seeing me changed, the maid at the door made a pouting face and proceeded to guide me wherever we are going.

“Excuse me, but where exactly are we going?”

“To the carriage young miss.”

After she directed me to a carriage, she left and when I got inside. After sitting down I noticed there was a lone young boy sitting in front of me. He had a blue long sleeved expensive looking shirt, black long pants, short blue hair and blueish green eyes. He looked like he was 12 years old.

“Nice to meet you my Guardian, I am the second prince Kazuki.” Said the young boy with a smile.

“So you’re the second prince Kazuki Aerisia, nice to meet you, I’m Yang, Yang Guang, but you can just call me Yang.” I said with a smile while trying my hardest not to hug him, because his young age along with his intelligent look makes him look like he’s trying to act like an adult.

As the carriage started to move, he started to lecture me about the situation of the world as well as how he’s paying for my food and tuition, so I have to be his servant at the academy.

As he was lecturing me, I quickly fell asleep, but I was awoken by a loud man yelling, “AMBUSH!”

I frantically looked around and saw the boy looking at the window as he muttered with a grimace, “300 vs. 30 huh.”

I quickly looked out the window and saw the soldiers being overwhelmed. As I was panicking about what to do, he yelled at me “Quickly go to the other carriage and get the two princesses into this one.”

I didn’t know what to do, so I just followed my instructions and ran to the second carriage, grabbing the hands of the two princess and running back to the previous one, I did not know why he told me to do this, but he looked like he was planning something.

I helped the two princesses into the carriage and right as he saw me, he screamed out the window “Circle formation around the first carriage, abandon the second empty one, shield and swords upfront, spears and bows fall back, magicians, put up barriers.”

At his words, the soldiers quickly changed formations without a single doubt or hesitation. It seems like he’s not your average boy.

“Will it hold?” I asked the boy silently because I felt a hint of fear about what’s to come.

“Not for long, they outnumber us too much.”

“I see…” as I glanced at the two trembling princesses behind me.

The 14 year old one with a small chest wore a blue frilly dress, she had red long hair and white eyes was holding the 10 year old flat chested younger girl who was wearing a green frilly dress, had twin tailed red hair and black eyes trying to soothe her even though she herself was shaking.

I couldn’t just stand there and do nothing, I’m the oldest one here, even if I don’t know these children that well, I can’t just leave them.

I quickly opened the door and jumped out. I grabbed a random spear I saw lying around and I ran behind a shield bearer and started stabbing from behind him.

The blood splattered on my yellow dress, dying it red, I didn’t feel a hint of remorse, I guess that’s an emotion the other me govern huh, as I continued to stab and stab, over and over again, many of our allies fell, but so did the enemy.

Suddenly, “You’re not bad young miss.” Said the shield bearer standing in front of me.

“Keep the flattery till we make it out of this, I’ll happily accept it then.”

“Haha, I guess “LOOK OUT!” huh?” The sound of a young girl screaming LOOK OUT made me turn my head, to see a man dressed in all black swinging a sword at my head.

Is this the end? And suddenly my vision went dark.

---

(Kazuki POV)

Yang jumped out of the carriage and grabbed a spear. She ran to the front and started stabbing. She’s a courageous one isn’t she?

Even my guardian is doing something to help, so I quickly got out of the carriage and glanced around taking command of the troops, making formations and clogging up holes, but eventually, they broke through.

On one side, a sword fighter fell and the man covered in black jumped through and immediately ran at Yang. My older sister saw this and screamed “LOOK OUT!”, but it was too late, the sword was at her neck.

But what happened next, shocked everybody.

The sword bounced off her neck and made a metallic sound. Then she changed.

Her beautiful white hair which was dyed red with blood, turned black and it was now dyed dark red.

Her lovely white and red eyes changed, the white eye slowly turned black as well.

The yellow dress with cuts all over disappeared and turned into a lovely frilly short black dress. It was a bit plain, but short black frills emphasized her pale white legs, while the lack of sleeves showed her pale white skin. A giant black Scythe formed on her back like it was gathering itself from thin air.

When the scythe finished forming, she dropped her spear and grabbed the handle of the scythe. In the next second, she disappeared.

The man in black that was in front of her was cut in half without anyone noticing, and after a while, she reappeared on the far side behind the enemies. The lined from her previous location to her current was dyed red, blood spewed from the bottom half of the bodies.

She stood there with a smile, licking the end of the scythe filled with blood. With a voice cold as ice, she muttered, “Yes, this should help recover the energy I lost.”

With those words, she ran into the encirclement. With a single slash of her scythe, at least three would fall, she dodged sword, spears, arrow and magic with the minimal movement like they were nothing.

The scythe cut through everything like butter, whether it was a magic barrier, armour, flesh or even shields.

As this spectacle went on, I ordered our allies to go into full defense, holding it out, while the enemy panicked seeing this new enemy.

Occasionally a sword or spear managed to find their mark and landed on her dress or body, but like the sword before, they only bounced off with a metallic sound.

“All melee fighters draw back, mages ready your spells, archers support fire on the girl, melee fighters, direct your attention to the carriage.” A man in black ordered, but as soon as he finished the order, his head fell off and behind him, Yang appeared. “Weakling.” With a single mutter, she once again disappeared and reappeared in the middle of the mages in black cutting them to pieces.

The men in black that saw this yelled “RETREAT” and started to make a run for it in all directions.

“Awwww, don’t leave, let’s play some more.” Said the young girl who’s now dyed dark red all over as she reappeared in front of the retreating men.

She is the embodiment of fear. Unkillable with weapons, unhittable with magic, smiling like an innocent rose while cutting bodies to pieces.

The men started to disperse in all direction in order to avoid the terror in front of them.

When it was over, only 6 of our soldiers were left and less than 50 enemies got away.

Then her eyes turned to me… I started having cold sweats and couldn’t stop shivering. Those eyes, one dark like the void that sucks everything in, while the other crimson red. Not like my brother or sister’s flame red eyes, but crimson red, the colour of blood.

Slowly she walked to us, the soldiers shivered too, they were scared, but they didn’t run, they had to stay for their families. They all stood there with their weapons raised questioning whether she was a friend or foe.

She walked past them, ignoring them all and stood in front of me.

Her next words puzzled all of us.

“I guess I should give her a more fitting form for school.”

The blood from the battlefield slowly gathered at her feet and then disappeared.

And with that, her black scythe started to disappear, the blood stains all over also started to disappear, the black dress dyed started to disintegrate as well, turning back into the tattered yellow dress, her black eye started to turn white and her height started to become smaller and smaller.

After a while, all that remained was a 12 year old little girl with white hair, white and crimson eyes, tattered yellow dress.

Her chest was now as flat as a board, instead of the previous small one and before I could ask her anything, she fell face first into the ground.

The soldiers were all startled and we were too, but knowing all of this will get us nowhere, I ordered the soldiers to continue their trip with the remaining carriage carrying me, my sisters and this miniature Yang.

She was strong and scary, but she saved our lives. I swore that day that I would do my best for her. I won’t follow the hero, I shall follow her instead.

Her path shall become my path. Her enemies shall be my enemies. Her orders will be the orders of god. I shall dedicate my everything to her.

After a while, I took my gaze off her, I looked at my sisters and they were both staring at her with a eyes of filled with admiration.

Fufufu, I guess I’m not the only one who’s become entranced by her.
