**Unsealing**
Looking at the C-rank monster, Lucian's whole body began shaking with fear. He had felt this feeling many times before, the oppressive aura that could make even D-rank beings tremble. Lucian, who was just F-rank, could barely lift a finger; even breathing was a challenge. Luckily, standing the furthest away, he couldn't help but look at the adventurer team that was facing the monster directly. They were sweating profusely with their weapons in their hands.
"Dammit!" yelled Henric. "How the hell could we have known the tower break would appear here? Doesn't it only appear every hundred years?" Looking at the monster that was even taller than Bhroul, he couldn't help but grimace.
"Watch out!" yelled Ria, casting a defensive spell to protect her comrades from the massive claws of the monster. The chimera swung its arm, hitting the barrier, which instantly shattered like glass. The power of a C-rank monster was no joke. The weakest C-rank monster was at least twice as strong as a peak D-rank creature, and with one of their teammates dead, their chances of winning were slim. Heck, even their survival was questionable.
"Watch out for the spikes!" The lizardmen shaman shouted. Using its shaman abilities to weaken the monster and try to boost his comrades, Bhroul and Henric took the initiative to attack. Bhroul screamed at Ria, "Try and hinder its movements!"
Nodding, Ria cast several fireball and earth-type attacks to hinder the monster. Bhroul didn't hold back, knowing it could cost him his life. He activated all his skills: Berserker III, Fearless Will, and **Hardened Skin. He charged. Angered by the attacks, the chimera let out a deafening roar, stunning the group. Henric, who was attempting to unleash his attack and was the closest to the monster, started spewing blood in shock. He looked down and saw the monster's tail pierce his abdomen, lifting the knight into the air and throwing him to the side where the lizardman shaman was.
The whole group couldn't believe their eyes. Taking advantage of the situation, the chimera started moving with insane speed. It disappeared from their view and reappeared behind Ria, instantly biting and ripping her neck off. Then it shot dozens of sharp needles in the direction of the lizardman shaman, hitting multiple parts of its body. From the start of the battle, it seemed as if the adventurers had control of the situation, but seeing how effortlessly the monster killed its opponents, it was like it was just playing with its food.

Lucian, seeing this from a distance, tried with all his might to stick a dagger in his leg, gaining some control of his body. Slowly but steadily, he took a few steps back. Seeing how the D-rank team was almost completely wiped out, he had to do his best to escape. Accidentally stepping on a broken branch, Lucian felt the blood drain from his face, turning white. Sensing movement, the chimera looked in Lucian's direction and roared, which prompted him to run with all his might. Seeing this, the chimera attempted to go after Lucian but was suddenly struck from the side by the now enraged Bhroul. Angered by this and seeing one of its prey escaping, it roared and threw a few needles in Lucian's direction. Seeing a few hit their intended target, it was satisfied, knowing it had taken care of the running prey. It then focused its attention on the prey before it, deciding to quickly finish it and go enjoy its meal. The D-rank adventurer team was completely wiped out by a single monster.
Running away, Lucian, having placed considerable distance between himself and the monster, finally fell down, breathing heavily with a spike-like needle stuck in his abdomen. Lucian let out a small chuckle, "Is this it? Is this how I die?" Closing his eyes, seemingly accepting his fate, he suddenly heard a system prompt.
Ding!
It is detected that the user has reached 18 years old and is now eligible to enter the tower.
Ding!
It is detected that the Seal of Incognito placed on the user has expired.
What? Seal?
Lucian, who could barely stay conscious, suddenly felt his body being restored and healed from all the injuries he had sustained. Even the extremely powerful poison seemed to be gone. He didn't understand what was happening, and frankly, he didn't care, just happy to be alive. Just as he was about to sigh in relief, his entire body began heating up. He felt excruciating pain as if he were being burned on the spot. After five minutes of excruciating pain that felt like hours, his body started to cool down. Breathing heavily, he didn't understand what was happening. Trying to make sense of the situation, Lucian opened up his status.

"Looking at his status screen, Lucian's eyes widened in disbelief as he comprehended the profound changes: his stats, skills, and even his race had undergone a complete transformation. Overwhelmed by the sudden revelation, Lucian struggled to grasp the implications of his newfound abilities and altered identity. He felt a mix of confusion and awe, uncertain how to navigate this unfamiliar territory. Every detail on the screen seemed surreal, like pieces of a puzzle that didn't quite fit together. Lucian's mind raced with questions, yet he couldn't find a starting point to unravel the mystery that now defined his existence."
