Taf watched the whole ordeal and was impressed as always with Mr. Ming.
"Hahaha...Old Man Ming, nice touch there! 'Paragon's Forest' and 'Award-Winning Wine'.
Hmm...I wonder if this Paragon's Forest is related to the Dragon's Might Forest or King of Kings Mountain range you mentioned to some customers a couple of days ago?" He sarcastically questioned as he rolled his eyes.
Mr. Ming looked at Taf with a knowing look. "Hahaha...You know the sale is made most of the times by the impressiveness and grandeor of the name." He winked.
"Old Man Ming, I have been meaning to ask. Do you know of any places with books in regards to the outside world but most importantly, cultivation?"
Old Man Ming looked at Taf with a curious gaze. "Books on cultivation, huh? Interesting! It seems that you Lil' Taf have dreams of taking such a road one day. Am I right?"
"Many men I've known have had similar dreams as you and not one of them have succeeded in this regard," He continued with a sigh.
"Some have grieved for decades, while others have became so discouraged that they have ended theur own pitiful lives due to their failed attempts.

I may not know much about the topic, but I know it's a road that should not be encouraged and sought after, especially for mortals like us." Taf listened as Old Man Ming spoke, not letting one word go past him.
"Why do you think our city is only made up of mortals?" He questioned.
"It isn't that there aren't many who wouldn't seek that road. It is just that we are bounded by our own body to forever be entities that are only a fleeting memory on this earth.
I don't know why but over my many decades of life, I have pondered and found that there might be special trait essential for cultivation. I am not sure, but I have come to that conclusion."
Mr. Ming saw the disappointed look on Taf's face, and smiled and patted him on the back.
"Well, there have been cases whereby a few of us mortals had been selected when the cultivators descended."
At the mention of cultivators, Mr. Ming had a look of awe on his face. Taf rarely saw such a look on his face. However, the mere mention bore fruit to that reaction.
"Next time, I cannot miss the descent of the cultivators in the city. I wonder if I can be selected?. Hahaha...I wonder what look would Old Man Ming would have?"
Mr. Ming collected himself and looked at Tafari with a worried look.
"In the last decade, only a few have been selected, Lil' Taf, so do not get overly excited." He did not want this youngster to get his hopes up, only for them to be broken.
"Okay, we are mortals, so I doubt there are any books in the city available to common folks on cultivation. However, there should be books and articles about the outside world in a bookstore I know.
Today is customer appreciation day on all the stores on West Brook Side, where all the merchants are slashing their prices.
This would be the best time to go. Maybe you can find elixirs to tend your growing body and the information you seek."
He remembered and then recommended to the youth with curious looking eyes.
"We may be mortals, but that doesn't mean we can't have any strength. Look at this old man's arms, old and grey from top to bottom yet fit like a bull and keeping Mrs. Ming happy." He curled his skinny arms in a pose.
Taf rolled on the floor, laughing, after seeing the old man looking as though he thought himself as a hunk.
