Thrusting a shotgun and water into my hands, Mr. Mark asked:
"Now, I'll try to open it, and you'll aim, okay? If anything happens, just open fire, and I'll try to get away from the sight. Do you know how to shoot?"
The blue eyes focused on the puddle, and I spoke:
"Y-yes, o-Father taught me."
"Okay, then we start the mission to open the door of the gas station."
With that, he turned the handle and slammed his shoulder into the door, causing it to give in millimeters.
After a few approaches, the tired neighbor collapsed against the wall:
"There may be a body lying in front of the door. No, I'm just sure of it. Let's try it together."
I pushed with my feet, pressing my back against the barrier, when the neighbor pushed with both hands.

The door began to give way, and then with a wet crunch it swung open so that an adult could pass through the gap.
At the same moment there was a howl, and we both entered the room in silence. I tripped over something soft and almost fell.
The darkness seemed to engulf us along with the environment, and with nervous movements I rummaged in my backpack, pulling out a barely alive flashlight.
Turning it on, I saw a breathless neighbor who pointed to the door:
"We need to get rid of the body."
I turned to the door and saw a young girl about 25 years old, at first I did not pay attention to the essence of the wrong pose, and then a guess illuminated my thoughts.
Her head was turned 180 degrees, it was this part that held the door, and it looks like our efforts just tore off the poor thing's head.
Then, noticing the handle of the knife sticking out from her side, I realized the cause of death.
I almost threw up on the floor, coughed several times into the sleeve of my hoodie and turned away.
Handing the flashlight to a neighbor, I was holding the dead woman by the legs with trembling hands when Mr. Mark quickly grabbed her by the arms and we dragged the corpse out into the corridor.
There was a loud crack of breaking slabs above.
After a quick glance at the girl's closed eyelids, I closed the door, and the neighbor looked around the room with a flashlight and saw shelves with boxes.
We used several of them to barricade ourselves in.
