After repeated trials, I’ve finally managed to make a wisp of mana to hold my focus. It will hold the appearance of a floating faint light that can move. It was a bizarre feeling to look at this from my crystal form. While using this wisp, the senses from the crystal are unfocused so it was like a blurry light, well at the same time anything that I gave my attention to with the wisp form has focus. This will take quite some getting use to if I want to use this form to look around while at a safe location.
Along with generating a wisp form, I’ve learned I can recede the area claimed by my dungeon. I need to consult Meadow on how much is known about dungeons before I put it into practise, but I could give the illusion that this dungeon has been destroyed by an outside force. This might cause every party that’s invaded so far to fight each other and leave me in peace. Rapid expansion is all well and good, but dealing in high risk, high reward situations is too stressful for me.
I still need an idea as to which direction I can expand my dungeon as to not create unneeded entrance points and invasion points. Based on what information I’ve gained from my scouts, It seems I’m around the foot of a mountain. I could be at a higher point, but the foxes didn’t say that the ground was sloped, so I think that I’m right. With that information I know I can expand upward as well as downward. I still need scouting done to be sure of how I can expand. Along with that, I need to keep the fact that I need a space suitable for fairies to inhabit, so upward is the ideal.
If I keep the old idea of having a weaker Image as a dungeon, I could expand both ways. Based on how that first group acted, they chose not to destroy, but to disable me. It’s likely that I could be used as some sort of resource gathering point. Likely they’d manage me so that I didn’t grow too powerful and out of control. How much easier my life would have been if that’s how things ended. I’d grow stronger right under their noses. Not sure what I’d do after growing too much, but I’d be able to survive any attacks I’d be hit by.
If they want resources, I’ll need to figure out some good plants for them to harvest as well. I’ll also need something like a chest with a prize inside right? How should I do this? This is actually starting to feel fun! But I’ll need to find something to replace my Kitsune with for the lower floors, since it’d feel really bad for them to just die. They all have so much potential, I would hate them to lose out on the chance to be strong… Let’s see… I have beast type creations to work with as my fundamentals. Could I Create other types if I focus?
As I was lost in thought, an idea sparked in my head! I could create a summonable creature as a reward, couldn’t I! It would be in the form of a talisman and require some magic power and a chant! The talisman would be like a control rod for the summoned creature as well as it’s holding device. Something like this would also need a chant to activate as well right? This will need some time to figure out, but it feels like a really cool idea! I’ll also need to figure out how I’ll distribute them. If they’re not to costly, I could certainly draw in plenty of people! But if I don’t replace my Kitsune then they may be killed… Wolves. I’ll just leave wolves around. Yah that’s a good idea, let's just use wolves.

Well, for now I have plenty of time to think on this. I am supposed to be sedated after all. Well for now let’s figure out how I can avoid enemies facing my Kitsune. I’ll also need to keep the fairies from being attacked as well. Since I keep my core room hidden, I could use that as my path upward, while leaving the false core room as the downward path. I don’t think the upward path will be too complex. There certainly won’t be any rewards for people who manage to find the path. I’ll just have to throw everything I’ve got and be prepared to alter the dungeon as needed. It shouldn’t be difficult to hide an entrance at the top of a mountain either. Considering the distance from the ground, it should be hard for anyone to even notice small changes that happen without any sort of cover. Applying illusions over that will guard against the possibility of someone with great eyesight from getting lucky as well.
I’ll also need some planning on how the lower floors will be like. I can’t just keep a simple single pathway, then there’s no place to set prizes. If there would be anything to help control the direction that those that dive into my dungeon, it would be prizes. But I still need to figure out what those prizes could be. What are the limits that I can give as rewards? Do I have any actual restrictions? Thinking back, didn’t I make a meal with a plate and chopsticks? Couldn’t I make fancy plates as a reward? I’m sure that rich people would love fancy plates. Hmmm… What else can I use as rewards? And where should I place them?
Inari became lost in thought for several hours after returning to thinking about plates and what kind of patterns the should have.

In an area far from Inari’s dungeon, stood a tall man wearing a lustrous black armor that held a fierce air about him. He began walking alone into a cave much like Inari’s. Shortly after entering, the man was assaulted by small green men, also known as goblins. These goblins seemed to be dressed in rags and held simple spears with stone tips. They slashed and stabbed, but not a single blow reached the man. It was not the armor that stopped the attacks of the goblins, but a black aura that the man began to radiate.
The man carried on in such fashion through several rooms, with more goblins joining the fray, including ones with bows shooting black tipped wooden arrows. But try as they might, the armored man remained unharmed and relaxed, as he faced no threat. Soon he reached a floating red crystal, a sure sign of a goblin dungeon. He reached out and grabbed it. As he held the core of the dungeon, it began to change. A purple mist seemed to be spreading within it, tainting it’s power and changing it. The goblins within the room seemed to become even more crazed then before, attacking to the point of breaking their weapons, however their attacks seemed more focused on the hand that held the changed core.
The man simply waved his other hand and his dark aura shot out, wiping out everything other than the core and himself. After he cleared out the area, he left the core and headed out of the dungeon, his purpose here being completed. At the entrance of the dungeon, the man pulled out a mysterious stone and threw it towards the dungeon. Shortly after, the entrance of the dungeon became consealed, almost as if it had been collapsed in on itself. This was however, a mere illusion to fool any who would come to investigate this site further. With his work complete, the man headed back to civilization to report the dungeon destroyed.
