"Damn we should've bought more fur on that merchant." A large woman was shivering as she continued to trod upon the knee deep snow. She was leading her party on the main road, or so she wished to be the main road. The snow covered much of the ground that the only thing that let her follow the correct path was was using the effect of an enchanted necklace, which was called [Pathfinder].
"You're a half ogre and half ice giant so you should be immune to frostbite." A small girl in ponytail said, followed their large companion from behind. It was also the main reason why the largest of them volunteered to clear and lead the way for them amidst the blizzard.
"You're joking right? I told you many times that I'm human!" The large woman spat back.
"Oh really?" Another girl amusedly said, despite covering themselves with fur from the cold, a person with good eyesight could see that she had the same appearance with the second girl in their column. Her twin sister.
"Bah! Midget! Can you cast something to ease our suffering?"
"Do you want me to cast you inside an [Ice Prison] instead?" A voice asked with oozing hostility. In the cart at the end of their column was a small hooded figure. From her voice, stature and flowing hair on her neck, anyone could see that she was a young girl, despite her face hidden under a mask.
They actually should never have been on this situation if not for the hesitation of the caravan master due to the extreme blizzard. When they arrived at the border between Skyrim and Highrock, they found a caravan that allowed them to ride with on their way to Solitude at a cheap cost after they proved their capability as adventurers that could act as escorts during the journey. But when they arrived at the gates of Solitude, the winter started getting worse until a full-blown blizzard poured in.
Each caravan master they asked for refuse to make a journey during the cold storm. They were not being rushed by the doctor who recommended them to Winterhold, but they still want to quickly treat their leader as soon as possible. They politely refused the invitation from their employer to enter Solitude with them, even offering a voucher for their identities to lower the cost of toll for them.
But the previous caravan master they traveled with, refused to travel also after they asked for his next city to stop by. Even if it's Winterhold, he don't want to risk his life and goods to be ruined by the bad weather. Their mage wanted to offer a guarantee that she could use a spell to protect his goods but was still rejected as he claimed that the blizzard in Skyrim couldn't be underestimated even with the use of magic. As such they had no choice but to continue the journey on their own after hearing that the City of Winterhold was only five days away if they use the mountainous path as a shortcut. They immediately stored up supplies and food after getting a bonus pay from their former employer as thanks for the safe journey they had from the encountered direwolves.
Using the enhancement magic of their resident mage, they were able to make several good camps amidst the cold harsh weather. Although sleeping under several felled twigs and branches covered by [Fire Shield] spell to maintain warm temperature was very exhausting for Evileye. But not due to Mana loss but because of the repetitiveness that she got bored quickly. It was already their sixth day on the road and according their map, they were already close after using the landmarks as basis. They got slowed down by the blizzard and the poor visibility many times.
Then as they climbed over the hill, they all could smell the salt water on their noses. They quickly climbed over and was welcomed by the high walls of a city.
"Holy shit."
"Wow."
"It feels like I'm looking at Arwintar..."
It was one of the largest city they had ever seen. Buildings and tall structures sprawling over the tall walls. Flocks of people could be seen from afar, making camps outside the city walls. They quickly hastened their paces and reached the outskirts of the city in no time.
"Ahhhh... I want to take a rest in an inn..."
"How much do we have?"
"Probably enough for three days."
"We'll sell the pelts later. Thankfully, they're better quality so we can fetch a high price for them."
They lined up in the long queue of people trying to enter the city. Despite the harsh winter, many traders and cat-like people were peddling their wares to whoever passes their tent in the line.
"So many... Not even Arwintar or E-Rantel had this much of traffic during the coldest season..." Gargaran could only mouthed her impression.
"I don't know, during the birthday of each Emperors in Arwintar, the main road would be full of carriages and traders trying to enter the capital. So maybe... There's something going on... On this city?" Evileye refuted.
"Hey." One of the twins poked the person in front of them.
"Hmmm?"
"Is this kind of traffic common in this city or there's some celebration going on?" She asked.
"Oh you're new here?"
She showed her kunai and the tallest of them raised her battle axe and the man immediately realized their occupations.
"Ah, foreign adventurers I see..." The man nodded his head in understanding. "The city right now is celebrating the arrival of their king."
"Arrival? Did he went to war and just returned in a victory parade?" The young ninja asked.
"No no... You see unlike typical kings, the King of Winterhold likes to travel and goes to his own adventures. He left the administration of his kingdoms to his chosen stewards."
"Aren't they worried about any danger coming to their king during his adventure?" The petite mage asked.
Instead of getting the point that Evileye was trying to give, the man and the people around just looked at them dumbfoundedly then laughed out loud after hearing what she said, which made it confusing for the visiting adventurers.
"You really are foreigners to have never heard about the King of the Northern Triad." The man said amidst his laughs. "Anyways, don't worry... I would love to tell you all about His Grace but I don't want to spoil everything. Enter the city and you will know everything about him."
He waved his hand and moves forward to the inspector's booth in his turn. The adventurers just frowned and waited for their own turn.
"I am kinda excited on what kind of city this is, after hearing how much they praise this city." Gargaran said.
As they got nearer the toll booth, Evileye suddenly sensed the immense power around the city.
"I'm not a mage but even I can feel the overpowering magic." Gargaran said.
"It's even clearer for me. It's like the city is a massive overflowing source of magic." Evileye said. In her eyes, the magical intensity was so dense and overwhelming. The magic academies in the Empire and Kingdom were always shining in a ravenous mixture of colors, fighting and trying to dominate each other. But this city's atmosphere glowed in a deep hue of blue, green, red, gold and violet. All swirling and mixing in harmony unlike any other she had ever seen before.
"It's beautiful..." She muttered in great admiration until her immersion was broken by a loud voice.
"Next!"
They moved forward and came upon dozens of soldiers donned in full plate armors.
Knights? Evileye thought. The toll booth itself was not a booth but a large wide tower that could be considered as a small keep. Enough to hold any attackers at bay temporarily during a siege. And the tower itself was surrounded with wooden spikes and a moat which probably made this tollbooth to be one of the only legal highway to the city. The moat itself was deep enough to swallow a man but the murky mud made anyone who will test its waters reconsider their ill intentions.
"Names and state your business for entering the city." The woman sitting on the table asked. Her armor had several insignia and more well designed than others which made the Blue Rose women assumed she must be the captain or someone with authority to grant access on travellers to the city.
"I am Gargaran, this is Evileye, Tina and Tia, and this is Lakyus. We are adventurers." Gargaran answered while introducing her companions one by one. "We are looking for jobs."
"Hmmmm... And where's your Adventurers Plates?" She nodded and wrote something on a piece of paper.
"We are here to register." Gargaran replied.
"An unregistered group of adventurers." The woman whistled. "Unless you want to be restricted to the Adventurer's Guild grounds only, you should also state your other businesses also."
"Well..." Gargaran opened up her bag and took out something. Then handed it out to the woman in charge which she took her time to read every word meticulously. Then Evileye sensed something from the woman and saw the glowing eyes of the female knight. She could sense that it was similar to a psychometric spell. A normal thing for every restricted and highly secured part of the Arwintar.
Impressive, their knights could cast spells like that of the Empire's. And... A spell to detect fraud and lies? Evileye thought.
"A recommendation to the College grounds. Good, this speeds up things." She wrote several lines on the paper and handed them to one of the men behind her. And disappeared on behind the doors of the tower. "You will be escorted at all times inside the city until you registered yourself on the Adventurer's Guild. So until that time, any attempt to run away or separate yourselves from your escort will be deemed as an act to sabotage the security and peace of the city, and you will be hunted without any trial."
The man returned with five papers that were obviously on good quality and gave them to the woman.
"This piece of paper will be your collective temporary identities. I will only provide one. If you lose it, you will answer to me under the city laws and will be detained for investigation. It's not the first time someone tried to use a ploy in an attempt to make fraud copies of this document. So treat this document as if your lives depends on it. And upon being received on the college grounds and the Adventurers Guild, you will be called upon to inspect your attendance. A missing member from your party will be deemed to be as a threat to the city's security." She loudly told them then added. "Am I clear?"
"Yes sir." Gargaran jokingly saluted which was received indifferently by the female knight. Evileye pinched the sides of her bulky companion, scolding her.
The knights then went beside them and inspected them one by one. Fortunately, they were female knights so it's not uncomfortable to be pat and touched by the same gender. Gargaran however grumbled in dissatisfaction. Their bags were checked, same with their weapons and their armor.
"Fancy. Didn't know there was some magical equipment among the adventurers." The knight who inspected Gargaran's apparel and weapons let out an honest impressed whistle and continued. "It's even unlisted among the known creators as I see no signature mark on them. Did you buy this or you got this from a dungeon?"
Gargaran just smirked then replied.
"It's a trade secret."
Other knights who were also inspecting the rest of the Blue Rose gave the same impressed and even curious eyes upon realizing that they were wearing and using enchanted apparels and weapons.
But there was an unknown commotion to one of their companions. Lakyus who was still wearing her armor under the heavy fur coat in her catatonic state.
"What in the-!" The knight who was inspecting Lakyus was shaking in terror as the female knihht touched the glistening black sword on her back. It was heavy and appeared to be like a dull and as dark as the night sky, but seemed to be light enough for a woman like Lakyus to easily carry it on her back. But it wasn't the cause for worry and terror on the side of the knight, it was the enchantment that she detected after identifying it with a spell.
"Y-you! You dare carry such weapon in the premises of our city?!!" Upon hearing such loud statement from the female knight, the rest of her companions unsheathed their blades and glaives, aiming towards the Evileye and her companions. The adventurers in subject, reacted in unison by also unsheathing their own weapons.
"Wait! Wait! There's seems to be some kind of misunderstanding! Allow us first to know what the fuck and explain what the fuck!" Gargaran yelled as she raised her axe in defense. Evileye's hands glowed in blue and red colors, awaiting the release for offensive magic. The twins also unsheathed their blades and positioned themselves to defend Lakyus who never even flinched at the sudden change in atmosphere.
The people and the caravans who were lining up behind them panicked and quickly moved away from an impending fight.
"We have the right to detain each of you and start an investigation for trying to breach into the city with such an accursed daedric weapon!"
"Wait? Huh?" Gargaran was dumbfounded on their statement but Evileye quickly realized the situation.
"It's probably that they detected the enchantment of Lakyus dark blade."
"Eh?"
"As we have stated earlier, we are adventurers. Our equipment of course reflects our skill towards our job. And we usually loot good equipments that any adventurer would use for our jobs to deter danger and increase our rate if survival." Evileye loudly said with calm voice, aiming to cool down the situation.
"Silence! No matter the reason, daedric weapons are weapons that shouldn't even be considered to be used!"
"Our equipment are enchanted and may be even considered cursed and dangerous to be used by a normal person but we are adventurers. It's our job to be monsters to fight monsters." Evileye refuted loudly.

Only gritting teeth can be heard between the two parties facing each other. Until a voice broke the intense atmosphere.
"Enough. Stand down."
It was a man wearing a black overcoat.
"Who?"
Instead of answering, the man just showed an emblem. It was a black dragon insignia with golden flecks on top of a giant claw.
"A dragon’s claw..." The female knight bowed in reverence as her men also followed suit. The people nearby who also saw the reaction of the knights and the dragon claw also bowed. Only the Blue Rose displayed confused faces on the sudden intrusion of a stranger.
"How can we serve?" The female knight asked while looking at the ground, not even looking at the face of the man she was kneeling to.
"I'll escort them myself. Have your men stay here instead."
“Milord, we apologized but its part of our procedure to escort unknown entities with our knights.” the female knight said which the man sighed and nodded.
“Well then, have a band of knights accompany them then. I will vouch for their entry.”
All of the knights then nodded in unison and followed the man who walked towards the gate. The party of adventures was still confused on the rapid escalation of the situation.
"Let them in." The female knight said to her subordinates.
“Follow us.” Several full plate knights led by another knight in more emblazoned armor, which Evileye assumed to be a male after judging from his deep voice, that was muffled by his metal helmet. In his visor, Evileye saw eyes of indifference and... pity. Which confused her but before she could confront him, the man yelled an order to them.
"Let's move!"
As Evileye and her companions, the members of Blue Rose, passed through the grand city gates of Winterhold, they were greeted by a sight that took their breath away. The towering structures and majestic buildings that greeted them rivaled even the grandeur of the Imperial capital, Arwintar. But it was not just the architectural beauty of Winterhold that left them awestruck; it was the palpable aura of magic that permeated the very air around them. They found themselves unable to tear their eyes away from the overwhelming surge of magical energy that surrounded them. The grandeur of the city's architecture faded into the background as they were consumed by the sheer magnitude of the magic that enveloped them.
"This is incredible," Gargaran breathed, her eyes wide with wonder. "I may not be a mage but even I, can feel it. I've never felt so much magic in one place before."
Her companions nodded in agreement, their expressions a mixture of awe and disbelief. On their way here, they had heard tales of Winterhold's legendary prowess in the arcane arts, but nothing could have prepared them for the sheer magnitude of magical power that the city exuded. The city seemed to pulsate with raw, untamed energy, as if every stone and every brick were infused with the power of the arcane. Waves of magical energy washed over Evileye and her companions. Only one of her companions were not enjoying the feeling and sights.
“L-lucky for yo-Hng!” Evileye vomited on the road as she was comforted by one of the twins. The dense magic around her, made her think like she was being drowned by different flavors, smell and hearing that her body was unable to cope up with them, it stopped trying to sense which is which and assumed everything to be uncomfortable to forcibly make Evileye runaway from these area of dense magic. One of the greatest disadvantages for a magic sensitive person like her. Evileye fought to control the churning sensation in her stomach, forcing herself to acclimate to the dense concentration of magic that threatened to overwhelm her senses.
"This is... unbelievable," Evileye muttered, her voice barely above a whisper as she struggled to keep her composure. "I've never felt anything like this before."
With each step they took, the magical aura seemed to grow stronger, pressing down on them with an almost physical weight. Evileye could feel her head spinning, her vision swimming as she fought to maintain her focus amidst the overwhelming sensory overload.
"We need to... keep moving," Evileye said, her voice strained with effort.
As Evileye and her companions pressed forward through the dense magical atmosphere of Winterhold, struggling to maintain their bearings amidst the overwhelming waves of energy, she couldn't help but marvel at the apparent indifference of the knights leading their procession. While she and her companions fought to keep from being overwhelmed by the sheer intensity of the magical aura, the knights seemed to march on unperturbed, as if unaffected by the suffocating blanket of magic that surrounded them.
Evileye couldn't help but wonder whether the knights possessed some innate resistance to magic, allowing them to navigate the dense magical air of Winterhold without difficulty. Or perhaps, she mused, they were simply more experienced in dealing with such environments, their training and discipline enabling them to withstand even the most extreme conditions.
As they made their way through the bustling streets of Winterhold, they couldn't help but marvel at the sights and sounds that surrounded them. And it broke the expectations of Evileye as she saw mages like her, whom she could sense their magic capability, roamed the streets in their robes billowing in the breeze as they went about their daily business. This proved that the people of this city, magic sensitive or not, may have gotten used to the dense and thick magic around them. Arcane symbols adorned every corner, powering the lights in the houses and buildings, glowing with an otherworldly blue light.
But then the city was not finished yet in giving them surprises. An hour of walking through the crowded streets, they finally arrived in front of the very heart of Winterhold. With the knight’s guidance and introduction, Evileye and her companions were stunned at the sight of the College of Winterhold, a towering citadel of learning that dominated the city skyline. Its spires reached towards the heavens, a testament to the boundless potential of magic and the pursuit of knowledge.
“Normally, we would allow the entry of a civilian that was recommended by another mage. But because you will not surrender your enchanted weapons and equipment, we will only allow your entry to the college once you register as an adventurer. This is for the safety of our mages in the college.” the captain of the knights said.
"I want to find out more about this place later." Evileye said, even under her uncomfortable gurgling stomach, she could still find herself excited at the notion of seeing this world’s mages and how they interact with magic.
Then another hour later, they arrived in front of a building that housed the Winterhold Adventurers Guild, the atmosphere changed from one of tension to one of anticipation. The knights told them that they will await them just outside as they were not allowed in the premises of the Guild. The man who vouched for them however had disappeared which confuses them but the captain of the knights explained that they were given explicit orders to assist them in their quest for treating their companion.
They entered its massive double doors and was welcomed by a crowded sight of adventurers in varying personality. Warriors checking the board for new quests, parties discussing each other on their respective tables for their next trek, and hunters who were arguing about the monsters they had encountered in a dungeon. A familiar sight which reminded them of home.
The guild master, a distinguished man with a commanding presence, emerged from the entrance of the office to greet them. His welcoming smile easing the lingering apprehension that lingered in the air. His warm demeanor and friendly demeanor put Evileye and her companions at ease, reassuring them that they had come to the right place.
"Welcome, travelers to Winterhold Adventurers Guild! I am its guildmaster Aldwin. It's a pleasure to have such capable individuals grace our halls." he said with a genial smile. "The knights had already told me of your situation. I trust that your journey here has been eventful?"
"It has been... challenging," Evileye admitted, her voice tinged with exhaustion.
"Thank you for having us, Guild Master Aldwin. We've had quite the journey getting here.” Gargaran could sense that her companion was exhausted in forcing herself through the thick magic air of the city and took over. She stepped forward, her axe resting on her shoulder.
“We call our party, Blue Rose. I’ll get straight to the point. We want to register as soon as possible to be granted access to the College grounds.” As Blue Rose expressed their desire to register as adventurers, the guild master, Aldwin, listened intently, his keen eyes assessing each member of the group with a shrewd gaze.
The guild master nodded in understanding, his expression sympathetic. He knew all too well the strict bureaucracy and over-protectiveness of the college to their mages against unknown adventurers. And he was determined to assist Evileye and her companions who were vouched by the a man with a dragon claw.
"Then you have come to the right place," the guild master said, his tone filled with conviction. "The Winterhold Adventurers Guild is dedicated to future adventurers."
With a sense of determination burning in their hearts, Evileye and her companions followed the guild master into the depths of the guildhall. They were all led to a corridor with a long pathway. And Aldwin used that opportunity to investigate the new party, his eyes flickering with interest as he glanced over each member of the Blue Rose.
"I can see that you're a formidable group. But I have a few questions."
"Of course," Gargaran replied.
"Firstly, how did you come to possess such unique and powerful equipment?" Guild Master Aldwin inquired, his gaze lingering on their enchanted weapons and armor.
"As adventurers, we've encountered various challenges and adversaries. We've acquired our equipment through hard-fought battles and exploration of dangerous dungeons. Each piece holds significance to our journey and experiences." Gargaran explained.
"I see. And what brings you to Winterhold? Seeking new challenges, wealth, or perhaps something else?" Aldwin nodded thoughtfully and asked again.
"We were came here Winterhold to treat our leader of her illness." Evileye explained. "She's in need of specialized care that only this city can provide."
Guildmaster Aldwin's eyes softened with understanding. They followed him further where the bustling activity that they could hear earlier, was slowly getting covered in silence.
"As members of the Winterhold Adventurers Guild, you'll have access to our resources and support network," Guild Master Aldwin explained as they walked. "We provide training, equipment, and lodging for our members, as well as access to exclusive quests and contracts. As well as the benefits of becoming affiliated with the Winterhold College."
The Blue Rose listened intently, absorbing every word. This was a new chapter in their journey, and they were eager to make the most of it.
"I would be pleased to accept you as new members of our esteemed organization. However, before you can officially register, you must first undergo a series of tests to determine your capabilities. We'll need to gather some information and conduct a brief assessment of your skills." Aldwin said, leading them to a spacious chamber where several guild officials were waiting. “And after demonstrating their combat prowess in a sparring arena, you will only need to fill out forms and finish some interviews.”
Blue Rose exchanged glances. They were eager to prove themselves worthy of membership in the guild. It seemed Evileye had finally gotten used, slowly to the thick magic around her and her complexion had started to improve.
"What kind of tests are we talking about?" Evileye asked, her voice tinged with curiosity.
Aldwin smiled knowingly, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
"The tests will vary depending on your areas of expertise, but rest assured, they will be designed to assess your skills in strength, agility, and magic. Once you have completed the tests, we will rank you accordingly and you can receive or accept contracts that are suited to your ranks."
"Very well," Tina said. "We are ready."
As Blue Rose prepared to undergo the series of tests required for their registration as adventurers, they left Lakyus in a comfortable seat nearby, ensuring her safety as they ventured forth to start the tests.
The first test they encountered was the test of strength. Stepping into the designated arena, they were confronted with dozens of rows of imposing human size puppets. Probably fifty and magically enhanced and controlled by the Guild's mages. These puppets were formidable opponents to new adventurers, designed to test the physical prowess, teamwork and combat skills of the adventurers. Normally, they would only send a dozen of puppets to attack a party. The number of puppets were always relative to the assumed prowess of an adventurer or a party. But the man who vouched for them, guaranteed their skills to the guildmaster that he wanted to see it for themselves.
And the Blue Rose didn't disappoint. Showing off their professional background and expertise, Blue Rose launched into action in silent but timely cooperation between each members, their weapons flashing in the magical light as they clashed with the puppets with all their might. Each blow was met with an equal force from the puppets, their movements fluid and precise as they sought to overwhelm their opponents in the exchange of Gargaran’s heavy assault of axe and martial might, Tina and Tia’s stealth guerrilla attacks, and Evileye, finally gotten over her magical nausea, showed off her magical prowess by blasting every puppet with her spells.
It was one sided affair. The officials who came to judge their performance were surprised to see the extremely good teamwork. The test only lasted five minutes after the destruction of all puppets.
Blue Rose moved on to the test of agility.
In this test, they faced a series of obstacles and traps designed to test their speed, agility, and reflexes.
And like the previous tests, they showed off their experience as former Adamantite adventurers. With lightning-fast reflexes, they dodged and weaved through the obstacles, their movements graceful and precise as they navigated the treacherous terrain. The twins were able to flawless pass through obstacles with no hardship, Evileye used her flying spell to quickly dodge and finish without sweat, and Gargaran, despite her huge size, was agile enough with great reaction rate and response to complete the course with her companions.
Finally, they arrived at the test of magic, where they faced off against puppets imbued with powerful magical abilities. These puppets unleashed a barrage of spells and incantations, testing Blue Rose's ability to harness the arcane forces that flowed through them or ability to fight against arcane enemies.
With a combination of quick thinking and skillful spellcasting, Blue Rose countered the attacks of the puppets, unleashing their own magic to turn the tide of battle in their favor. Evileye’s spells crackled with energy as they summoned fire, ice, and lightning to smite their foes, their control over the arcane arts impressing the guild officials. Adding also her prowess in enhancing the capabilities of her team with her spells to increase their agility, strength and stamina while also granting magical cover and all of them moved in as a single unit. With fluid movements and seamless coordination.
They confidently displayed their skills which they honed through years of training and experience. They fought with precision and strategy, exploiting their opponents formation's weaknesses while capitalizing on their own strengths. Despite the ferocity of the battle, they remained calm and composed, their confidence unwavering as they showcased their combat prowess to the watching eyes of the Guild. Like the first one, they finished the test in just another five minutes.
As the tests drew to a close, Blue Rose emerged victorious, their skills and abilities proven beyond a doubt. With smiles of satisfaction, they returned to Lakyus. Their heads held high as they awaited the Guild's assessment of their performance. With the tests behind them, Blue Rose proceeded to the final stages of the registration process for the Winterhold Adventurers Guild. They filled out the necessary forms with diligence, providing detailed information about their skills, experiences, and motivations as adventurers. Each member of the group approached the task with meticulous care, ensuring that every detail was accurately recorded.
Following the completion of the paperwork, Blue Rose underwent a series of interviews conducted by senior members of the Guild. They answered questions with poise and confidence, demonstrating their knowledge, abilities and dedication to the adventuring life. Their responses were thoughtful and insightful, showcasing their intelligence and readiness as former professional adventurers.
Finally, as the sun began to set over Winterhold, Guildmaster Aldwin returned to them with a smile. It took three hours for the assessment to finish.
"Congratulations Blue Rose, you are now officially registered members of the Winterhold Adventurers Guild." he said, holding out a set of gleaming adventurer's plates. "We are pleased to accept our new batch of Glass Rank Adventurers."
They all accepted the plates with pride and satisfaction.
"Thank you, guildmaster Aldwin," Gargaran said, her voice filled with gratitude.
“With your plates, you are finally allowed to enter the city without an escort and most especially the college grounds. You dont have to mind us. You can now go to the College for the treatment of your companion first. Then comeback here later to officially accept your station as one of our adventurers.” the guildmaster said.
Gargaran and Evileye nodded gratefully in which they immediately exited the premises of the guild. The knights who were waiting for them outside, saw the plates and nodded in understanding.
“Congratulations for passing the Adventurer’s exam. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Winterhold.” The knights immediately went back to their station at the gates, separating themselves from Blue Rose.
And with that, the Blue Rose immediately went to the direction of the college. As the Blue Rose made their way towards Winterhold College, they were captivated by the sights that greeted them along the way. The bustling streets, lined with majestic buildings and adorned with intricate magical displays, seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy.
Despite the harsh winter they had endured on their journey to Winterhold, they were surprised and late to realize that the biting cold seemed to dissipate as they surveyed the city limits. Instead, they were enveloped in a blanket of warmth, a stark contrast to the frigid temperatures they had encountered outside.
Evileye couldn't help but marvel at the magical prowess of the city, noting how it seemed to defy the natural elements with ease.
"It's like stepping into a different world," she remarked with wonder.
“Well, it is a different world.” Tina’s muffled laugh could be heard.
Gargaran nodded in agreement, her eyes scanning the surroundings with keen interest.
"Indeed, it's as if the very air is infused with magic," she observed, her tone tinged with admiration.
As they continued on their way, they couldn't help but notice the vibrant atmosphere that permeated the city. Merchants peddled their wares on street corners, while mages and scholars bustled about, engaged in lively discussions and debates.
With each step they took, the Blue Rose drew themselves deeper into the heart of Winterhold.
