Chapter 1.3 - There was an easier way?!
Edited by: Myself
----------------------------------------
So to begin with I guess I should try to get an understanding of what everything in my status screen means/represents even though its mostly self-explanatory. Although just relying on my own bias could potentially get me killed here so i'm just going to ask the blue boxes for an explanation, take it away blue boxes!
Tutorial Alert
Dungeon Name: The name of your dungeon E.g. The Plains of Grass, The Singular Pillar, The Useless Hovel
Dungeon Level: A rough indication of your total level of strength, age and experiences as a dungeon. In order to gain more levels you must expand your dungeon, kill invaders and complete Divine Quests.
Dungeon Titles: Titles given to a dungeon based upon their actions, reputation and personality. They give various benefits to the dungeon.
Dungeon Floors: The number of floors contained within your dungeon.
Core Health(HP): The health of your dungeon core, if this reaches 0 you die.
Health Regen: The rate at which HP regenerates.
Mana(MP): The total amount of mana stored inside your dungeon, can be used to expand your territory and manipulate the terrain inside of it.
Mana Regen: The rate at which ambient mana is gathered into your territory.
Dungeon Points: Used for the unlocking and upgrading of dungeon features and traits, 10 points are given by default to all new dungeons.
Dungeon Skills: Numerical indicators of your abilities which provide buffs to actions related to their names. Example - Focus makes it easier to achieve high levels of focus and makes said focus more efficient.
Dungeon Traits: Traits of your dungeon normally obtained through DP or titles, the effects of these traits can range from purely beneficial to trade offs between a positive and a negative. They are some of the most effective ways to improve a dungeon and are characteristic of the dungeon's personality and habits.
Dungeon Elemental Affinity: A measure of how attuned to each primary element you are, highest level of attunement is 200% (extremely attuned and extremely unlikely).
Well thats helpful. As expected a lot of it was self explanatory like HP and MP however its good to know what exactly traits and affinity were as they could have had a multitude of meanings, also is Dungeon Name making fun of me or something? All of those can relate to me and sound insulting. The effects of my skills seem pretty self explanatory and the traits explain what they do on the page so I suppose that means only the titles are left, is it possible to find out their effect Bl- actually i should probably come up with a better name than blue boxes shouldn't I? For now i'll refer to them as... uh... I honestly can't think of anything, all that comes to mind are names like "Info" and "Blue". I give up, from now on I shall refer to the boxes as Francine because I can not think of anything better! Now Francine tell me the title effects.
System Alert New form of identifiction registered, will now respond to name "Francine".

Wow the Chromatic Dungeon and Dungeon of Grey achievements are really good, Overachiever also helps but not as much. With that I understand what's going on now. Well then Francine can we move onto the next tutorial?
Tutorial Alert Congratulations Dungeon Core #50! You have completed Tutorial 3: Know Thyself and have learned how to view your own status, that is this tutorials reward so you will not receive another one.
No reward? How cheap.
Tutorial 4: Creation Now that you know information about yourself it's time for your final challenge creating your dungeon itself. As a dungeon you have the instinctual ability to turn matter into mana and vice versa however it is only possible to turn mana into matter which you have previously absorbed. The knowledge on how to do this will be instinctual to you and so it is your job to figure out how to do it.
Final challenge huh? Well then I should probably start with the normal routine of concentrating on stuff till it works. So for now i'm going to concentrate on some of the dirt surrounding me and upon doing so I notice that it is very... dirt-like. It's completely ordinary dirt. However on closer inspection I notice that what constitutes an ordinary piece of dirt here is different to back on earth, for starters I can see the mana flowing through it and im going to guess that it has some sort of relation to turning the matter into mana so im going to concentrate on that for now. It seems like the mana is almost tied together, kind of like strings or a ribbon so maybe of I pull at the metaphorical ribbon it will turn into mana? Not like I have any other ideas on what to do... although how do I tug at the strings? Well maybe the answer lies in my skills? If I recall correctly I got the mana manipulation skill from messing with the mana in my core so I guess I should try doing the same thing as then, mould dough with metaphorical hands, and surprisingly it works albeit ineffciently after all I am trying to mold strings as if they were dough. After a long amount of prodding and pulling with my imaginary limbs I finally manage to untangle the strings and suddenly as if it was never there a small amount of dirt dissapears like it was never there.

I assume from the notifications that I got the desired result?.. What not going to confirm it Francine? Well nevermind, it's time to turn mana into matter!..
...
...
...
Or so I said but it's now what I assume to be an hour later and I still have no clue what to do. I've tried analyzing the grass, the dirt, the sky, the air, the pillar, the orb, hell i've analyzed the sun! But I still can't turn mana into matter. I'm beginning to think this is going to either have a stupidly difficult or stupidly obvious solution in order to fix this. Well lets look back at everything i've done so far and look for clues there. I looked around me and gained the ability to look around in the 1st tutorial and those probably won't have an impact on how to create matter so I can ignore them, I only learned how to use the status screen in 3 so its not that either, so all that's left is tutorial 2... Maybe I should try looking at the mana in my core then? And unsuprisingly upon looking in my core I found the patterns of mana strings that were used for the dirt, or more acurately a model of them. For now let's try making a copy of these mana strings using the mana goo in my core. So I began attempting to mold the goo into strings and found it to be incredibly difficult, the goo that would previously bend to my will was attempting to resist being turned into a new form, it felt like trying to swim in a pile of sludge. After an hour of frustration and extensive concentration I had finally managed to replicate the strings and so I placed them outside my core and suddenly dirt appeared. Mission Complete I guess?
