I looked at the angel confused. What did he mean by eyeernal.

The angel looked at me with a puzzled look on his face. Then he said, "I can't take this silence anymore."

He then formed a ball of golden light in his hands and through the ball straight at me. I closed my eyes and waited for the impact. But it never came. I looked at the angel who stood there like nothing happened.

'What was that?'

The angel said, "That was an orb of inner thoughts. it allows whoever is hit by it to speak with only their thoughts."

'Wait, you can hear my thoughts right now?'

The angel nodded. He then said, "Now that this is all sorted out, I bet you have a few questions. But just so you know, I can't answer them all."

I looked at him and thought, 'What is eternal in the sense that you are talking about?'

He looked at my 'parents' and said, "Eternals are an entity of sorts. Throughout all the realms, each realm has two life forms that are Eternals. They are created from the dawn of time and live forever. They have powers unlike anything anyone can imagine."

I just looked at him like he was mentally unstable.

He said, "In simple terms, they are very powerful and very old."

I thought, 'Why are you here?'

He looked at me and said, "I came here to warn you. Other Eternals want you dead."

I just stood there shocked.

He must have sense my fear some how. He said, "Relax. Your parents are the only Eternals in this world. But that doesn't mea your safe from the Eternals though. The Eternals know where you are and how to get to you. All they need is someone from this realm to find and kill you."

As I processed this, the angel said, "You are what the Eternals call forbidden. There can only be two eternals in each realm. And the child of an Eternal, let alone two, is strictly forbidden by all Eternals."

He looked at me with a seriouse expression and said, "Soon, you will be taken."

The angel started to dissapear. But before he did, he said, "I shall make sure this won't happen. Hopefully."

Then the angel dissapeared into nothing. I was left in a dark place. But slowly, everything around me began to turn into my dream. I just had enough of this shit and decided to call it quits on sleeping.

I focused hard on my mind. Then I woke up. I had no idea how long it had been since the angel visited, but everything was quiet. My eyes were still adjusting to the light. But thankfully it was dark enough for my eyes to almost open all the way. I managed to get a better look at my new home.

My new home was hard to see from where I was. I was in the center of the nest. The nest was slightly high around the edges to where I couldn't see over it.

I tried to stand up to see over the edge. But just like last time, I got halfway up and then fell down. I gave up and decided to look around the are I actually could see around.

Around me were some small pieces of shells from the egg I was in. That was it.

That night, I couldn't sleep. There were a multitude of reasons I couldn't sleep. The main two were pretty obviouse.

  1. I was trying to sleep next to large, meat eating, fire breathing lizard who are supposed to be very powerful.

  2. Things called Eternals wanted me dead.

Well, The only thing that can make this worse is a jump scare. Thankfully, that never happened.

I managed to fall asleep that night. It took about three hours to fall asleep.
