Closing the Deal

Closing the Deal

Half an hour later, there was a knock on my door. I got up from my seat and walked to the door to see Eman and Darjan standing outside. The two of them were pointing their guns at me and i got scared

"Wow, what the fuck are you doing, fuckers?" I asked, feeling a sense of fear.

Both of them started laughing.

"Pfh HAHAHAAH, got ya bro. Did you really think we'd shoot you, hahaha?" Eman said.

"Boss, don't piss yourself, please hahaah," Darjan joked.

"You motherfuckers, hahaha," I laughed in relief. "So, are you both ready?"

"I'm ready to kill some motherfuckers!" Darjan exclaimed in excitement.

"Shut the fuck up, man. What if the neighbors hear you," I said, annoyed.

We walked out of the door and towards their scooters. I hopped on Eman's scooter, and he and Darjan looked at me for instructions.

"The fuck are you looking at me for? Head to Adem's house," I said.

"Right," they replied.

They started their scooters, and we headed towards Adem's house. while riding Eman said

"Hey, man, I just wanted to say sorry for being hesitant about carrying my gun. I know you're looking out for us,"

"It's all good, bro. Just stay focused on the job," I replied.

"Yeah for sure"

After getting close to Adem's house Eman and Darjan parked their scooters near his house and walked the rest of the way.

Again i was astonished by the huge gate he had. a guard noticed us standing there and came to ask us why we were there. i explained that we were here for a business meeting with Adem, and he immediately opened the gate for us.

"Boss has been expecting you" The guard said

As we walked towards Adem's mansion, we passed through his beautiful garden where he was diligently tending to the flowers. Adem spotted us and his face lit up with excitement.

"Well, well, well! If it isn't my friend the nameless. Oh, how I've missed you!" he exclaimed, putting down his gardening tools and walking towards us shaking my hand

"It's good to see you, Adem," I replied, returning his warm greeting with a smile.

"Good good lets head inside, we have serious business to talk about after all" Adem wasted no time with chit-chat and guided us through his grand mansion towards the meeting room.

Once again, the room was empty except for a long table and two chairs. However, today was different as Pia was lying motionless on the table, completely naked and covered in bruises with a leash around her neck. I was shocked at the sight of her. Adem noticed my reaction and remarked,

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

"Friend, don't you love this artwork?"

Without hesitation, I replied, "No, not even a little bit. What the fuck, Adem? I agreed to lend you my property, but I never told you to destroy it."

"Hmm, but I thought you would like it. After all, you look at humans as property." Adem countered

Disgusted, I said, "Ugh I don't care. You'll have to compensate for the property damage."

"What!?" he explained and walked up to my face staring me down aggressively.

Tensions rose quickly, Eman and Darjan positioned themselves closely around me, while Adem's guards did the same for him. However, it was clear that we were not evenly matched. I had only two men armed with pistols, while Adem had ten times that number and heavier weaponry at his disposal.

After a few seconds of tension, Adem decided to break the heated atmosphere.

"Wow, we don't need to kill each other for some smelly girl, am I right? Hahaha," he said. "Don't worry, friend. I'll add an extra $1000 to the ecstasy purchase. Will that satisfy you?"

"Fair enough," I replied.

We both laughed it off and sat down at the long table.

As we took our seats, I couldn't help but steal glances at Pia, who lay motionless on the table. It was clear that she had suffered greatly under Adem's sadistic tendencies.

Interrupting Adem mid-sentence, I commanded Pia to come to me, and she crawled over to kneel at the side of my chair. Despite Adem's annoyance, I didn't care. Pia's well-being was more important.

I asked her if she was alright, and she nodded hesitantly, clearly still shaken by the ordeal she had been through. I apologized to her for what had happened, hoping to offer her some small measure of comfort.

...

"Anyways..." Adem broke the heartfelt moment. "You brought the ecstasies right?"

"Yes"

"Great so how much per pill"

"7$"

"A reasonable price. i like it, Deal"

Without wasting time i handed over the 1500 ecstasy and, in return, he brought a briefcase overflowing with cash. I instructed Eman to carefully count the money, and Adem directed his men to do the same with the ecstasy. Despite the counting process, we were able to carry on with our conversation without any interruptions.

"So the nameless do you believe in god?" Adem asked

"Nope, I prefer to live in the moment and enjoy the time I have here on earth, believing in god won't bring me any benefit right now. ill worry about god when i die"

Adem nodded, understanding my perspective. "I can see where you're coming from. But for me, my belief in God helps me find purpose and direction in my life. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that there's more to life than just what's in front of me."

i raised an eyebrow at Adem's admission. "That's an interesting way of thinking, especially for someone in our line of work."

Adem chuckled. "I know, it might seem ironic. But just because I believe in God doesn't mean I'm not aware of the things I've done. I know I've made mistakes, but i need to make money somehow"

I nodded, impressed by Adem's self-awareness. "Well, I can respect that. At the end of the day, we all have to find our own way in this world."

As Adem and I continued our conversation about religion, I couldn't help but feel a sense of inner turmoil. i thought to myself, "This crazy guy is talking to me about God and all this shit while he's involved in killing, selling drugs, sadistically hurting girls, and so much more."

I couldn't understand how Adem reconciled his beliefs with his actions. It all seemed hypocritical to me, and i found it difficult to relate to Adem's worldview.

After a while of Adem blabbering about his god, Eman interrupted the conversation to inform me that he had counted all the money.

"Boss, there is $12,000 in the briefcase," Eman reported.

I turned to Adem and asked, " $12,000? Isn't that too much?"

Adem replied, "Well, $10,500 for the ecstasy and $1,000 for the girl."

"That's still only $11,500," I pointed out.

Adem shrugged and said, "Well, I just rounded it up."

I couldn't help but shake my head at Adem's lack of attention to detail. But i knew better than to argue with him over a few hundred dollars. With that in mind, I proceeded to take the briefcase and finalize our deal by shaking Adem's hand.

As I was walking away from the meeting place, a brilliant idea suddenly popped into my head.
