Back To Business

"Pleaseee forgive me pleasee i couldn't sell all the ecstasy in time!!" he started begging for forgiveness again.

I grabbed his hair and pulled him towards me.

"You motherfucker i don't fucking care that you couldn't sell the stuff in time, i care that you almost leaked my fucking identity dumb fucking retard" i screamed at him "And don't fucking talk about me or drugs in public or ill cut your head off do you understand" i threaten him

"Y-yes, I understand," he muttered in fear.

"Good. Now get your ass out of here," I ordered him.

Marko quickly left the bathroom and went home. I washed my face to cool off. I couldn't let my guard down for a second, especially with people like Marko around.

As I returned to the room, Eman gave me a nod, signaling that the girls didn't suspect me, so I sighed in relief and sat down, taking a sip of my beer, trying to relax and enjoy the rest of the night.

"Where is that friend of yours?" asked Mia

"Where is that friend of yours?" asked Mia. "Oh, I saw him leave the building as I left the bathroom. It seemed he was in a hurry or something," I explained.

"ah i see well he wasn't cute so i don't care anyways let's enjoy the rest of the night" said Mia

"CHEERS!!" we all drink and song until we had fun. it was getting late, and the girls left, leaving me and Eman alone, so we got down right to business.

"Dionis, here is all the money I got and Marko should be able to sell all his stuff in a couple of days," Eman said, handing over $4300.

"It's understandable. I don't blame him. But you, you fucking imbecile. Why did you bring him with you? I almost got caught because of you, you monkey!" I scolded him.

"I'm sorry, man. It won't happen again," Eman apologized.

"You better make sure it doesn't," I warned him.

He quietly left the karaoke bar leaving me all alone sitting there lonely as fuck

As I took a sip of my beer, i began to overthink and mumbled to myself

"Each day the pressure is getting larger, I don't know if I can keep up with it,"

"With time we'll find out" i said trying to reassure myself that everything would be okay. But deep down, I knew that I couldn't let my guard down. Not even for a second.

I grabbed my jacket and made my way towards the exit door,

"Hope you had a wonderful time here sir" The receptionist said with a smile before i left

i smiled and left without saying a word. i arrived home drunk and immediately went to sleep.

i woke up in the morning feeling like shit,

"These past few days I've been getting drunk and having fun but it's time to get serious" i said to myself sitting in the bed.

I got out of bed and got ready for school, like I do every day. Two men were waiting for me, as usual, to accompany me to school.

the day at school was incredibly boring, and I ended up dozing off through most of it. On my way back home from school, my phone suddenly rang.

*Oh, fuck. Why is Adem calling me?* I thought to myself before reluctantly answering the call.

"Hello" he greeted me

"Hello Adem, how have you been lately" i greeted him, trying to sound as casual as possible.

"I've been good, but I didn't call you for small talk. It's about the ecstasy," He said, getting straight to the point.

"What about it?" I asked, already feeling a sense of dread.

"We need it as soon as possible, preferably by next week," Adem told me.

As soon as he said that, I regretted all the fun I had been having in the past few days because i knew i could have bought the ecstasy instead of having fun.

"Right, you'll have it by next week" i told him confidently even tho i faked it.

"Great! well see you later The Nameless." he said before hanging up the phone.

As soon as I got home, I immediately called Eman.

"Yo, Eman," I said as soon as he picked up.

"What's up, Dionis?" Eman replied.

"Marko needs to sell the ecstasy by tomorrow," I told him urgently.

"What? How is he supposed to do that?" Eman asked, sounding concerned.

"Fucking hell, Eman, why the fuck do you think I gave you 10 men under your command?" I snapped, frustrated at his lack of planning.

"Ohhh now i get it, aight bro, I'll divide the ecstasy among all the men, so they can sell it faster" Eman explained, realizing his mistake.

I said goodbye and hung up.

While Eman and the boys were selling the rest of the ecstasy i called Seba to make a deal with him.

"Hey Seba, it's me," I said, trying to keep my voice low.

"The nameless?" Seba sounded surprised. "What's up?"

"I need to get more ecstasy," I said.

"How much are you looking to buy?" Seba asked.

"I need $4500 worth of it," I replied.

"That's a lot, I'll need some time to make preparations before I can sell it to you."

"How long do you need?" I asked.

"About one to two weeks," Seba said.

"That's too long," I said, feeling frustrated. "I need it within a week. If you can't deliver, I'll have to find another distributor."

"I'll see what I can do," Seba said, sounding uncertain.

"Great"

As I hung up the phone, I couldn't help but feel anxious. *Fuck what am I going to do if Seba can't deliver on time?* I thought to myself.

while waiting Eman and his boys managed to sell the remaining of Markos share and i had 4500$ in hand.

Finally, a few days of waiting passed and Seba called me back. "Hey, I've got good news and bad news," he said. "I managed to get the ecstasy you wanted, and it will be ready for pickup tomorrow."

"That's great news, Seba. Thanks for letting me know," I replied. However, I was also curious about the bad news. "What's the bad news tho?" I asked with a frown, sensing there was more to the story.
