Year 424 of the Rafjahad region calendar.
Walking the familiar, empty street that led home, Rin and Sheyn took covers under the roof. It was raining that day. The narrow strip of clouded sky outlined by the surrounding buildings peered down at the two.
“Rin?” Sheyn. “has beating customers become your habit?” While it’s already been a month had passed also when the two of them start working in that bar run by e’l and firo there hadn’t been a week also where Rin won’t be smashing a couple of bones and teeth. Still, nothing particularly unusual occurred during that period.
“What are you taking me into?” Rin was disgruntled.
“Did touching my butt become their habits too?” She returns the question.
Giggle. “Right. You were. So guess it’s just even.”
“You seem to be having fun in this mess of mine.”
“I’m not, you know. In fact, I feel sorry for you.”

“Oh! Please spare me your petty pity,” Sheyn giggles.
But since it did not look like the rain would be stopping anytime soon, after a while the two decided to continue on their hikes towards home only to be greeted then by hell. Starts at the buckets of blood flowing down in the swollen rain gutter and countless corpses dotted the ground, stretching out as far as the eyes could see.
“R-Rin. Y-Your majesty Rin?” there’s no longer a shack when they arrived at the place apart from the fire eating everything within its reach and wasn’t showing any signs of abating despite the rain.
“Rin!” Sheyn was only seconds away from crying. But even if she was to ask Rin a hundred of times now, Rin doesn’t have an answer. While the girl, on the other hand, did nothing but stared at the mass of fire ahead. While the magnitude? Matter none to her.
“—Well well.” Someone’s speak up.
Alarmed by the stranger, Rin and sheyn immediately turns around and saw a group of five in black hoodie cloak.
“My isn’t this Rin Fallengun.” As the others obscured their individuality with the hoods, she however did not and she knew Rin, how suspicious.
She looked at Sheyn hiding behind Rin. “And you.” She pondered. “I’m very sorry. I don’t know you.”
“W-where is your Majesty?” asks Sheyn.
“Well, if I were to say it’s cute, though, hiding behind someone’s back.” Giggles.
“Answer the question!” Rin owns this. Glaring at the woman who’s plastered within her face was smug.
Her shoulder hop up in a shrug. “Who knows? Probably got caught in the fire.”
“Just kidding.” that ain’t laughable to the two though.
“Relax. For the meantime, your beloved majesty is still okay, sounds and clear, but that won’t last long.”
