It's finished.

Now, let’s talk about the plot.

Was it an unsatisfying ending?

Although the process was shorter, the plot only diminished slightly.

So, the question is: what happened to Shirley's mother and the others?

What was Alice doing?

What does Anna's transformation into light mean?

And what about the underground ruins?

Through various hints—both obvious and subtle—you should have a general idea. I just didn’t provide a concrete explanation, something I planned from the beginning.

Now, where did the plot become a bit reduced? Actually, it’s about Karina.

In the first volume, there’s a moment when Karina humiliates and massacres humans. At that time, I realized the logic was a bit off, and I was in a rush to update (I had no material prepared), so that part ended up being described even less.

Unauthorized content usage: if you discover this narrative on Amazon, report the violation.

Then, there were some issues related to the world I had established. For example, when Karina humiliates humans, she often uses her tail to strike them.

Also, there are Shirley's peculiarities. In my concept, Shirley has a small box full of delicate rings and changes her rings every day. This is reflected in the story when she makes a payment in White Horse City with a small ring.

Another detail is the origin of Karina’s curse, which I haven’t found a good place to fit in yet. An ancestor of the Night Wolf King was extremely powerful, to the point that his power was passed down as a curse. Those who inherit this strength develop a kind of dual personality, and the original personality ends up being consumed. That’s the basic setup.

Speaking of which, you might not believe it, but there are many deep details.

So, why end it here? This is related to the "Saint of Light" story. After much thought, I decided that the Saint of Light part would be concluded later. When that time comes, if there are still readers willing to follow, you will understand why certain elements of the story are as they are (including the ending).

The reason is as follows: originally, I had the idea of the Saint of Light and then the idea of the Vampire. After some reflection, I realized the two contexts were similar and could be connected. I then decided to write about the Vampire first and include more human elements in the Saint of Light’s story.

However, as I wrote, I realized that the styles of the two stories were very similar. I didn’t want to create two stories with such similar styles, so I chose to make the Saint of Light a separate tale.

Now, why did I decide to complete it later? Because... I’m lazy, hehe~

Lastly, about the next story: it’s a sci-fi story I published before this one. I’m going to try rewriting it again.

And so we reach the end of the story. I’d like to thank all the readers who made it this far.
