The green-haired man was exceptionally loud, alas his incensed question was answered only by a raised eyebrow(which he couldn’t see) and a tilted head. That only seemed to make the man angrier. He walked up right into Logi’s personal space, it was very reminiscent of how the woman had done the same thing earlier, maybe they practiced it or something.
The seeming gang leader's face twisted into a sneer. “Well? You mute or something?? Who the hell are you?”
Finally, Logi responded. “It is considered polite to introduce yourself first in most parts of the country.” His tone practically dripped with condescension.
Oddly enough that got the man to back up, he seemed surprised that Logi wasn’t afraid. “You’re a cocky one, aren’t you? If you must know my name is Bilos, and you’re fuckwad, yeah?”
Logi just snorted half a laugh at the poorly executed insult. “Sure let’s go with that. You wanted to know why I was trashing your people? Originally I was just bored, but now… given what you just pulled getting out of the car I was hoping the answer was obvious.”
The blank look on Bilos face was enough of an answer to that, he did not. “C’mon anyone who took a PE class in middle school could tell you that it wasn’t normal.”
Bilos face turned guarded, his tone turned sharp and flinty. “What of it?”
“You’re not alone Bilos, you know what you are, you are what I am yes?”
“And what… are you?”
“You know what I’m talking about, we can all do something, we’re special!” Logi was practically shouting by the end, Bilos’ goons were starting to mutter to each other as they got out of the car.
“And if I can? What would you do then?”
“I told you earlier Bilos, I’m bored, my only other means of excitement, you saw the forest fire a couple of weeks ago that's what happens when I’m bored and don’t do something about it!” Logi didn’t realize it but around his hands and collarbone, little embers were starting to float off of him.
Bilos in turn paled, “That was you?”
“Yes Bilos it was, you know what I can do, now what can you do?”
The gang leader held his hand up in a classic ‘pistol’ shape, his hand first turned shiny and grey before the hand itself turned into a pistol, it lacked a trigger. He moved the handgun up until it was level with Logi’s chest.
“If that was you when you're bored, and you’re bored again here, I can’t allow that. This is my territory, I can’t let you wreck this area.” The gun went off with a crack.
The bullet hit Logi several times harder than the goon's bullets. It pierced the skin and forced him to stagger back. Logi was fairly sure the bullet had cracked a rib but that was the worse of it. He looked down at where the bullet had punctured the turtleneck he was wearing. The blood staining it was invisible thanks to its dark color but he could still feel it. Logi grinned ear to ear.
“YES, THIS IS GOOD! You’re exactly what I was looking to cure my boredom!” Logi roared, his calm and cool demeanor from earlier burned to ash, just as the trench coat he had on over everything did when his hands positively erupted with fire the glow reflecting harshly on his gas mask.

Bilos paled at the lack of effect on Logi, he turned his head slightly and shouted at his men to light their opponent up, but it was too little too late.
Logi shoulder tackled Bilos into a nearby car, it bent horribly around them as Logi continued to run. Logi pushed up with his shoulder sending Bilos and the car another solid ten feet.
The fire-wielding maniac watched as Bilos shoved the car off of him and struggled to his feet. “Good! Show me what you can do!” Bilos raised his hand again and Logi was off like a shot, strafing to the side a barrage of bullets lanced past where he had just been. Logi pooled fire in his hands before throwing it at his shooter, said man jumped backward to avoid the fire, but the plume of light and smoke obscured his vision and allowed Logi to close in, each footfall lightly denting the concrete as he sprinted forward.
Bilos’ vision cleared just as Logi got within striking range, he was taken off of his feet by a vicious right hook, the laws of inertia and mass working against his footing, Logi didn’t let up, he grabbed his opponents wrist and yanked him back almost dislocating his shoulder. A fist met the green-haired mans abdomen, then three more in short order, the breath knocked out of him he couldn’t react as Logi swept his feet and slammed into the ground with an overhead hammer blow.
Bilos bounced off the ground and Logi backed up letting his opponent get his breath back in his lungs and feet back under him. Logi watched, stone-faced as his opponent got to his feet struggling for every gasp of air.
“Surely that’s not all you can do! I know you're physically enhanced, surely you can do more than just hitting me with that peashooter!”
Bilos looked up at him with no small amount of fear. The response was justified given the thrashing he had just been given but nonetheless, he held his arm back up, the gun seemed to lengthen, Bilos’ arm slowly turned into an automatic rifle from the elbow down. Logi just grinned at the challenge.
The blaze surrounding Logi’s hands intensified tenfold, massive balls of fire centered around where his hands were mere seconds ago. He pushed off the ground in a jump that sent him flying with the force of a cannonball. As soon as Logi saw his opponent's gun arm tense up he violently pushed the fire in his hand to blast in a cone to his left. The resulting explosion sent Logi spinning sideways in a graceful twirl, the sudden movement resulting in the stream of shots that Bilos fired missing completely.
The moment he touched back down he was off again, dashing towards Bilos in a zig-zag pattern that made it hard to pin him down. A single shot managed to take him in the shoulder the bullet hit like a sledgehammer and sent him staggering. Logi recovered quickly but not before two more bullets lodged themselves in his left arm.
With a hiss, the pyromaniac sent a veritable wave of fire forward in an attempt to stop his shooter from tracking him. With a moment of concentration five small jets of extremely concentrated fire shot from each of his fingers, he made a clawing motion towards the wall of flame blocking his opponent's vision. For some strange reason Logi could see through his fire, he could still see it there like normal but he could also see past it, this ability made him no less surprised when Bilos jumped straight off his attack and burst through the wall of heat separating them.
Bilos let out a cry of pain as burns began to appear on his skin, yet he did not stop. The gun of his hand shrunk down, yet it did not become the smaller pistol Logi had already seen, instead, it became a large double-sided, and serrated knife. Bilos launched himself into melee range, sending a straight in with his knife hand, Logi pushed aside with his forearm, earning a cut along the appendage, and made to counter with a gut punch with his left hand. His blow was stopped as it came into contact with a large spiked gauntlet that replaced his left hand.
The change of flesh on metal surprised Logi enough that Bilos managed a strong blow to Logi’s good shoulder with the gauntlet, but recovering quickly Logi swung with the momentum of the punch hitting Bilos with a strong elbow to the side of the head that sent him back a step. Now on the offensive Logi pushed himself forward, a liver punch had Bilos gasping, and three more punches to his chest saw at least one rid crack.
Logi attempted an uppercut to end the fight but to his surprise, his opponent managed to take a step back dodging the blow and countering with a gauntleted haymaker that left Logi seeing stars. A knife slashed his chest opening a long bleeding gash, another scraped over his side and a final punch landed on Logis's sternum.
An instinctive blast of fire from Logi’s' chest was all that kept his opponent at bay. He slashed out with a hand held straight out, a blade of fire followed his movement, a burnt line followed where it was his Bilos. Said green-haired man didn’t have a chance to dodge the next attack, a wave of orange fire, flicked with gouts of white, blasted into him with a physical force sending him flying back. He impacted the wall of a house with the sound of cracking bricks.
A line of pure white heat lanced from Logi’s cupped hands and slammed Bilos through the wall and into some poor families living rooms. Bilos had just gotten his upper half off the ground before his face was grabbed and slammed onto the floor. Logi gripping the man by the skull took off dragging Bilos through the hardwood floor before he jumped and spun, accelerating with an explosion of fire. With all of the centrifugal force of the move, Logi launched Bilos through at least two more walls, using a final blast of heat to really get him moving.
Logi panted in exertion. He hadn’t put that much physical effort into something since he had awakened his fire! It was exhilarating! Logi stood back up to his full height, wincing at the cuts littering his body, and walked over to Bilos. The green-haired man was breathing but heavily burned and battered. Logi grabbed him and dragged him back to the street, completely ignoring the wide-eyed couple who had just rushed out of their bedroom to find the commotion.
Logi looked down at Bilos and spoke despite knowing there was no way the gangster could hear him “That was great Bilos, I haven't felt that kind of rush in ages! We will absolutely be doing this again.”
As the fire diminished around his hands Logi calmed, adrenaline slowed within his veins. He continued to ignore the faces gazing out of windows at the destruction wrought by their bought and at him. He idly noted that all of Bilos’ goons had run from the superhuman encounter, shrugged, and began the long trek home.
