Hanako POV
It was a warm, sunny day with a light breeze that cooled you off from the heat. The tree also helps by blocking some of the sun, so it balances out. I was walking through a forest trail while carrying a camping backpack. Yes, we are camping today. After back-to-back missions, Yuichi suggested a simple vacation, and we all agreed to go camping. I cannot say I like or dislike camping, but I do enjoy the outdoors. Beside me are Fumiko, who was happily walking while singing, and Natsumi, who was also happily walking. Other than them, there is also Yuichi Senpai, who is in front of me, with Kiyoshi and Yoshito beside him, Riko, and Fumio, who is holding Riko’s hand.
"Hey, Yuichi. How long before we reach the spot?" Natsumi said.
"Be careful, Natsumi. Maybe about ten to twenty minutes more." Yuichi Senpai said this before grabbing a snack from his bag and opening it.
"Onii-chan, may I have some?" Kiyoshi said this while jumping twice.
"Alright now, calm down." Yuichi Senpai grabs some chips from the bag before giving them to Kiyoshi’s open hands.
"Thank you, Onii-chan." He said this before eating a few chips.
Yuichi Senpai looks to his left and sees Yoshito fidgeting with his hands.
"Do you want some, Yoshito?" Yuichi Senpai said this while pointing at the snack.
Yoshito just nodded shyly and didn’t say anything. Yuichi Senpai smiled before grabbing some chips from the bag and giving them to Yoshito.
"Thank you, Yuichi-san." Yoshito said this with a low tone before eating the chips slowly.
"Anyone want some snacks?" Yuichi Senpai said.
"I want some. How about you, Fumiko?" Natsumi said this before looking at Fumiko.
"Sure, I don’t mind." Fumiko said.
"How about you take some for yourself?" Yuichi Senpai said before rolling the snack to close it and throwing it at Natsumi.
Natsumi takes a few steps forward to catch the snack. She then opens the snack and grabs a handful of it.
"Thank you, Yuichi. Want some Fumiko?" Natsumi said this before bringing the snack close to Fumiko.
"Don’t mind if I do." Fumiko said before grabbing the snack that she would take one chip at a time.
"Hanako-chan. Do you want some to?" Fumiko said this while bringing the snack close to me.
"I’ll pass for now." I said before pushing the snack lightly.
"You're lost." Fumiko said this before continuing to eat the snacks.
I laugh lightly before continuing to enjoy the view. It was really a nice day for camping. Other than that, the scenery was nice. You can see some wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and many more. Nature is beautiful.
"I think I could see the camping site." Yuichi said.
"Really. Last one there will pay for the next gathering dinner." Natsumi said before running ahead of us.
"No fair. Come on, Yoshito-chan." Kiyoshi said this before grabbing Yoshito and running with him.
"Not so hard, Kiyoshi-san." Yoshito said this while being pulled by Kiyoshi.
"I don’t want to lose to them. Let’s go, Fumio-san." Riko said this while moving slightly faster and dragging Fumio.
Fumio just laughs lightly before following Riko’s pace. Yuichi Senpai also wants to join in on the little game, so he does a light jog.
"Come on, Hanako-chan. We must not lose." Fumiko said before she started running.
"Wait up." I said before I started running, trying to catch up to Fumiko.
"Be careful. All of you." I heard Yuichi Senpai from the back.
"Don’t worry, we will. Yuichi Senpai." Fumiko said, not realizing in front of her there was a tree root.
Fumiko tripped on the tree root and fell face-first to the ground.
"Fumiko-chan." I said this before kneeling down to help Fumiko up.
"Don’t worry, I am fine." Fumiko said before standing up and dusting away the dirt and dust from her clothes.
What she didn’t realize was that she had some dirt on her face, and I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw her face. Yuichi Senpai must have seen it, since I could hear a light laugh from him.
"What’s so funny? Is there something on my face?" She said this while pointing at her face.
"Hold still." I said before getting close to Fumiko while grabbing a handkerchief from my bag.
I then started to clean her face with the handkerchief before showing her the dirty handkerchief.
"Ehhh, why didn’t you tell me that I have some dirt on my face." She said this while shaking me back and forth.
"Sorry. But I can’t help but laugh seeing your face." I said this while trying my best to hold back a laugh.
"Meanie." She said this before releasing me and walking away from me.
"Don’t worry, she will forget about it." Yuichi Senpai said after grabbing the snacks.
"I know. Anyway, shall we go, Yuichi Senpai?" I spoke.
"Sure, I know the others are waiting for us." He said this before starting to walk.
I followed behind him, and not too long later, we arrived on the camping site, which is just a plain grassy spot with trees surrounding it. It also has a built-in campfire spot and a portable bathroom for males and females.
"Hanako-chan." Fumiko ran toward me, grabbing both my hands.
"I’m sorry for calling you meanie. I know that you only want to help me. Can you forgive me, please?" She said this while shedding a couple tears.
"Don’t worry, I forgive you. Don’t cry now." I said this before using my hand to wipe her tears.
"Oh, thank you, Hanako-chan. I promise to be a better friend from now on." She said this while hugging me tight, like really tight.
"Okay, now Fumiko. Can you release me? You’re hugging me a bit tight." I said this while tapping her shoulder.
Fumiko doesn’t hear me and just hugs me harder. Yuichi Senpai sees this and gives a fake cough. Fumiko heard that and released me. Thank you, Yuichi Senpai.
"Alright. Let’s decide the tasks. Fumio, Kiyoshi, Yoshito, and I will make the tents. Fumiko and Hanako will gather some sticks for the campfire. Lastly, Natsumi and Riko will set up the tables and the food for lunch. Any question?"
"I’m fine here." Natsumi said.
"Same for us." Kiyoshi said this while representing himself and Yoshito.
"All clear." Riko said proudly, while Fumio, who is beside her, nodded.
"Fumiko, Hanako, any question?" Yuichi Senpai asked.
"None here." Fumiko said.
"I am fine for now." I spoke.
"Alright then. Good luck to everyone, and don’t go too far from here. There is a nearby river if you want to take a swim. Also, be wary of your surroundings. Especially you, Fumiko." Yuichi Senpai highlighted the Fumiko situation.
"I am hurt, Yuichi Senpai." Fumiko said it in a slightly sad tone.
"I am just joking, Fumiko. But please do be careful." He said it back with a calm tone.
"Alright, I’ll be extra careful. Come on, Hanako-chan." Fumiko said before grabbing my right hand and pulling me into the forest.
"Hey, Fumiko. Not so hard." I said this while being dragged by Fumiko.
Fumiko dragged me for about a minute or so before releasing me. I was surprised and almost fell after she released me.
"Sorry, Hanako-chan." She said this while giving off a goofy face and sticking her tongue out a bit.
"Let’s just gather some sticks for the campfire." I said this while kneeling down and picking up some sticks.
"Aye-aye, Hanako-chan." She said this before picking up some sticks from the ground.
"Hey, Fumiko. How did you get your parents to agree to this?" I asked Fumiko.
"Let’s see. I went to my mother first, and she said as long as she packed the camping bag, she allowed me to go camping." She said this before continuing to pick up sticks.
"How about your father?" I asked again.
"My father is a bit hard, but as soon as he heard that Yuichi Senpai was the one who invited me, he agreed immediately." She answered.
"I see." I said before stopping after seeing that my hands were full.
"Are you done yet?" I said before standing up.
"Almost there." She said this while continuing to pick up some sticks.
"I’m done." She said this before standing up.
"Let’s go, Hanako-chan." She said this before walking toward the camping site while singing a song.
It was her favorite song, which is a song called "My Friend". It is not a popular song, but once Fumiko heard it, she played it over and over. I once heard it, and it was alright. It was pop. What do you expect? Yuichi Senpai also heard it, but he is into classical music. Kiyoshi also once heard it, and he liked it. So, it’s not music for everyone.
It took about a couple of minutes for us to return to the camp. On the campsite, the table and the girls’ tent have been set up. We walk toward the middle and drop the sticks in the campfire.
"Yuichi Senpai, is this enough?" I shouted.
"Give me a minute." He replied before putting down his hammer and walking toward us.
"That is enough, thank you." He said this after looking at the pile of sticks.
"You’re welcome, Yuichi Senpai." I said back.
"Hey, Yuichi Senpai. I heard that there is a river near here. Is this correct?" Fumiko asked excitedly.
"Yes, there is. Just walk about 20 meters from here." He said this while pointing toward the south.
"Thank you, Yuichi Senpai. Come on, Hanako-chan. Let us take a swim." Fumiko before grabbing my right hand.
"Not again." I manage to say before being dragged by Fumiko again.
"Eat your lunch first before taking a swim." He said this before walking back to work on the other tent.
"Alright." Fumiko said before dragging me to the tables and then suddenly releasing me again.
I use my right leg to stop my movement so that I don’t fall face-first. I sighed in relief and looked to my right to see Fumiko already sitting and taking a bite on a burger.
"Come on, Hanako-chan. The burger tastes delicious." She said this while continuing to eat the burger.
I sighed before grabbing a chair across from Fumiko and grabbing a burger from the plate. I opened the wrap before taking a bite out of it. It is your standard beef burger with a slice of tomato, caramelized onion, lettuce, a big juicy beef patty with melted mozzarella cheese, a barbeque sauce, and lastly, a grilled soft bun. It was a symphony of flavors and one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. It is both simple and complex. While I was eating, Kiyoshi and Yoshito walked toward the table, and each of them grabbed a chair. Kiyoshi sits beside Fumiko, while Yoshito sits beside me.
"Fumiko Onee-chan, can you please help pass me a burger?" Kiyoshi said it with his usual cute and annoying tone.
"Sure thing." Fumiko said before grabbing one with her right hand and handing it to Kiyoshi.

You can see stars in his eyes before he lets off a long and cute "Yum" before devouring the burger at such speed. How can someone stand him? Fumiko just smiles and rubs his head lightly.
"Don’t go too fast, Kiyoshi. You don’t want to choke on your food, do you?" She said this while still smiling and rubbing his head.
Kiyoshi stops eating his burger and looks at Fumiko while giving off a bright smile. I am disgusted.
"Alright, Fumiko Onee-chan." He said this while giving off a rainbow aura.
"Ah, you are just the cutest. Do you want to take a swim with me after this?"
"Yes, please."
I sighed before taking another bite of my burger. I look to my left and see Yoshito fidgeting with his fingers while looking at the burgers. I think he wants to ask for the burger but is too shy to do so.
"Do you want some?" I asked while pointing at the burgers.
Yoshito didn’t say anything and just nodded shyly. I wish I could say that Yoshito is cute, but I am afraid that I will spook him out. I nodded back before grabbing a burger and giving it to Yoshito.
"Thank you, Onee-chan." He said it in a really low tone.
I almost didn’t hear his voice, but I managed to piece together what he wanted to say. He also starts eating his burger, but one small bite at a time. Even though he doesn’t show it, he seems to like the meal since I could see him eating faster, bite after bite. So cute.
"Alright, I am done. I am going to change first." Fumiko said before crushing the burger wrap and throwing it in a nearby trash can.
Fumiko then stands and runs toward the girls’ tent to change into her brand-new, expensive swimsuit. How do I know that? She told me yesterday that she wanted to try out her new swimsuit sometime. I look at Kiyoshi and see that he is done with his meal, so he crumples the burger wrap and throws it in the trash can. He then hops out of his chair and walks toward Yoshito. He then started whispering about something to Yoshito before running toward the boys’ tent, probably to change into his swimsuit. What I am curious about is what Kiyoshi said to Yoshito since the aftermath of that is Yoshito blushing and hiding his face.
"Is there something wrong, Yoshito?"
Yoshito didn’t look at me and just shook his head, indicating a no. I don’t want to disturb him, so I continued eating my lunch. I was almost done, so I stood up before throwing the wrap into the trash can and taking the final bite. It was nice. I wonder if they will tell me where I can buy the burger. This burger is just amazing. I walk toward the girls’ tent, but I wait outside since Fumiko isn’t done changing into her swimsuit.
While I was waiting, Natsumi and Riko walked toward me while carrying the sleeping bed.
"Hey, Hanako. Is there anyone inside?" Natsumi asked.
"Yup, Fumiko-chan is changing inside." I answered.
Natsumi sighs before saying, "Why didn’t she change in the bathroom?"
"I don’t know. Probably she is too excited about swimming in a river."
"A river?" Riko asked.
"Yuichi Senpai said that there is one that way." I said this while pointing toward where Yuchi Senpai once pointed.
"Natsumi Senpai, can we go?" Riko said this while hugging Natsumi’s right leg cutely.
"Sure. Let me put these sleeping bags in first. Hey, Fumiko, are you done yet?" Natsumi shouted.
"A few more minutes," Fumiko said from inside the tent.
"Hurry up." Natsumi said back.
"Alright, alright. I am done." Fumiko said after opening the tent’s zipper and coming out of it.
Fumiko wears your classic pink bikini swimsuit. But is it only me, or does it fit tighter on her than usual? Her swimsuit also shows a lot more skin than usual but covers her privates well. All in all, the swimsuit makes her sexy. I said it, and I didn’t regret it. Only if I didn’t say it out loud, which I didn’t.
"It’s all you, now. Have fun." Fumiko said before grabbing her towel and running toward the nearby river.
Kiyoshi also just came out of the boys’ tent and saw Fumiko running toward the river.
"Wait up, Fumiko Onee-chan." He said this before running to catch up to Fumiko.
"Be careful, Kiyoshi." Yuichi Senpai shouted.
"I will, Onii-chan." Kiyoshi said this before running to catch up to Fumiko.
"You should look after them. I can take it from here." Natsumi said this before walking inside the tent and putting down the sleeping bags.
"Alright, let me grab my swimsuit first."
"Sure thing." Natsumi said after walking out of the tent.
“Natsumi, do you mind helping me with dinner prep.” Fumio said while cutting some vegetables.
"Sure thing, I will be helping Fumio if you need me.”
"But it’s only three p.m."
"Better start somewhere. Riko, do you want to help me or go with Hanako?" Natsumi said to Riko and me.
"Can I go swim with Hanako Senpai?" Riko said shyly.
"Sure thing. Do you pack your swimsuit?" Natsumi said, to which Riko nodded.
"Do you need help with putting it on?" Natsumi asked again, to which Riko shook her head, indicating a no.
"Now, now. Natsumi. Riko is capable of doing everything by herself. Right, Riko?" I asked Riko.
"Yeah, I can do it by myself." Riko said nervously.
It is impressive how much an artifact can change a person’s personality. I walk toward the tent and grab my swimsuit and Riko’s after getting her permission. After getting a few more supplies, like some towels and sunscreen, I walked out of our tent and gave Riko’s swimsuit to her.
"I think you should change first, Riko."
She shook her head a few times before asking me to go first. It took about a few more minutes of convincing and accompanying her toward the bathroom before she gave up and changed first. While waiting for her, I applied some sunscreen to my face and legs. Even though it is not as sunny as before, I still want to protect my skin from the sun. After about five minutes or so, Riko opens the bathroom door and comes out of it wearing a full light blue swimsuit with some beach balls around it. It looks cute on her.
"You should wear some sunscreen, Riko." I said this before handing the sunscreen to her.
"Thank you." She said this before applying some sunscreen to her.
"You’re welcome." I said this before walking into the bathroom and closing it.
The bathroom is not as big as a normal house bathroom or even the dorm bathroom, but it has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. I remove my clothes before putting on my swimsuit, which is like Riko's full swimsuit, but it is a black swimsuit with some red and pink lines to give some color. It’s a bit tight since it's a competitive swimsuit. I think I should buy a new one, but definitely not a bikini swimsuit. After making sure that my swimsuit was put on correctly, I folded my clothes before walking out of the bathroom.
"Are you done with the sunscreen, Riko?" I asked.
"Yes, Hanako Senpai. Thank you." She said this before handing the sunscreen to me.
"You’re welcome. Let’s go, Riko." I said this before starting to walk toward the river.
Riko followed me behind. Even though she doesn’t say it out loud, I can tell she is excited to get the chance to swim in a river. The path to the river isn’t that far, and it was a smooth path. It took just under five minutes of walking to reach the river. When I saw the river, it was a wonderful sight. A really clear river where you can even see the stone floor.
"Come on, the water is nice." Fumiko shouted.
"Careful now, Fumiko-chan. Let’s go, Riko." I said.
Riko held my right hand, and we started heading toward the river. I put my left foot first to test the water. Luckily, it is the right temperature. So, I took a nice dip in the river and relaxed a bit. Riko followed me and started playing with the water.
"This is relaxing." I said this while pouring some water on my hair.
"I know, right? The school should have one of these." Fumiko said this while resting her head on my left shoulder.
Suddenly, somebody splashed some water on me and Fumiko. I have a hunch that this is Kiyoshi. After wiping some of the water off my eyes, I see that Kiyoshi is covering his mouth to not release any laughs.
"Oh, you are on, Kiyoshi." Fumiko said before swimming toward Kiyoshi.
"Catch me if you can, Fumiko Onee-chan." Kiyoshi said this while trying to swim away from Fumiko.
"Don’t go too far, you two." I heard Yuichi Senpai say
"We won’t." Fumiko and Kiyoshi spoke together before continuing their game.
"Those two can be a handful sometimes." He said this before dipping into the river. "Come in, Yoshito. The water is nice."
Yoshito just nods and slowly dips into the river. I laugh a bit before doing a bit of stretching. I look back at their swimsuits, and Yuichi Senpai wears simple black swimming trunks, while Yoshito is wearing a white full swimsuit with black lines.
“Fumio, aren’t you coming in?” Yuichi Senpai asked.
“I’m coming. I was just waiting for Natsumi to change.” Fumio answered while wearing a white swim trunk with some black lines.
Fumio then does some light stretching before taking a dip in the river. It’s my first time seeing him in person and it’s interesting that he has a similar build to Yuichi Senpai. But Yuichi Senpai is a bit leaner than him.
"Couldn’t wait for me, huh." Natsumi said while wearing a one-piece swimsuit that really shows her figure.
"Sorry, your little brother is a bit too excited to play in the river." Yuichi Senpai said while pointing at Yoshito, to which Yoshito blushed before hiding himself in the river.
"At least, you don’t have to point him out." Natsumi said this before sitting down and dipping her feet in the river.
"Aren’t you going in?" He asked.
"Maybe later." She answered.
"Suits yourself." He said.
We all stayed in the river for about 30 minutes, before Natsumi, Fumio, and Yuichi Senpai left first to prepare dinner and take a shower. Fumiko and I got the task of watching over Riko, Yoshito, and Kiyoshi. Kiyoshi is currently playing with Yoshito, while Riko stays beside me, washing her head.
"Is it only me, or is it getting colder?" Fumiko asked while rubbing herself.
I could feel the breeze around me getting colder and see that the sky was getting darker.
"I think it’s time to head back." I said before standing up.
"Do we have to?" Kiyoshi asked, looking a bit disappointed.
"Come on now, Kiyoshi. We don’t want all of you to catch a cold." Fumiko said this before standing up.
"All right, Fumiko Onee-chan. Let’s go, Yoshito." Kiyoshi said while grabbing Yoshito’s right hand,
I use my strength to lift myself up from the river before helping Riko up. Fumiko does the same and helps Yoshito before Kiyoshi. After drying ourselves, we walked back to the campsite to see Yuichi Senpai and Fumio grilling a few fish by the campfire and a whole chicken.
"What took you so long? You should take a shower. It’s almost 5 p.m." Yuichi Senpai spoke in a concerned tone.
"Sorry, we lost track of time. Riko, you should go first." Fumiko said to Riko.
"How about my clothes?" Riko asked.
"I’ll grab it for you." I answered.
"Alright." Riko said this before walking into the bathroom and closing the door.
"Can you grab mine too, Hanako-chan?" Fumiko asked.
"I don’t mind." I said this before walking toward the girl’s tent.
"Onii-chan, can you grab my clothes and Yoshito’s?" I heard Kiyoshi say.
"Sure. Just stay put. Fumio, can you tend to the fish?" Yuichi Senpai said.
“Sure.” Fumio said before flipping the fish.
"Thank you, Onii-chan." Kiyoshi said it cheerfully.
While Yuichi Senpai was walking toward the boy’s tent, I opened the tent and searched for my, Fumiko’s, and Riko’s clothes. After a while, I managed to find them and walk out of the tent. As I reached the bathroom, Riko said that she was finished, and I responded. She opens the door lightly, and I give her clothes before she closes it again. After about 45 minutes, all of us had showered and changed into our new clothes.
"Come on, you guys. Dinner is almost ready." Yuichi Senpai shouted while tending to the fish and chicken.
"What are we having for dinner, Onii-chan?" Kiyoshi asked while squatting beside Yuichi Senpai.
"Grilled salmon and chicken over the campfire. How does that sound, Kiyoshi?"
"It sounds great, Onii-chan."
"Don’t forget the veggies." Natsumi said this while laughing and cooking on a portable stove.
"What’s for the vegetables?" I asked.
"Nothing much, just sliced carrots and asparagus." She said this while tossing the vegetables.
"Don’t forget the smores." Fumiko said while holding up two bags of marshmallows.
"Fumiko, I told you to only bring one bag." Natsumi said.
"It was Kiyoshi’s idea." She said it back while pointing toward Kiyoshi.
"Eh, I didn’t do anything, Natsumi Onee-chan." Kiyoshi said while holding his hands up, trying to look innocent.
Natsumi sight before telling Fumiko to put the second bag in the tent since she doesn’t want anyone to be high on sugar. Fumiko did argue a bit, but after some backing up from Yuichi Senpai, she gave up and put the other marshmallow bag in her bag. She then sat beside me.
"Hanako, can you prepare the plates? The fish is almost done." Yuichi Senpai said this while checking the chicken's temperature.
"Sure, where is it, Yuichi Senpai?" I asked.
"It’s in my bag, if I am not mistaken." He answered.
"Are you sure I am allowed to go in there?" I asked back, feeling a bit uncomfortable at the idea.
"I am fine with it, but if you are uncomfortable. Fumio, do you mind?" He said this to me and Fumio.
"I don’t mind. Give me a minute." Fumio said before standing and walking toward the boy’s tent.
"Hey, Hanako. Do you mind helping me?" Yuichi Senpai asked.
"How can I help?" I asked after reaching the campfire.
"Can you tend to the fish? I think it is almost done."
"Alright." I said before slowly rotating the salmon one by one.
"I’ve got the plates, Yuichi." Fumio said this while carrying some paper plates and a pack of plastic forks and knives.
"Great, you can set it up on the table. After that, can you help me with the fish? It is almost done." Yuichi Senpai said this before checking the chicken again.
"Alright, calm down." Fumio said before putting the plates and cutlery down.
"Fumiko, can you help with distributing these?" Fumio asked.
"Sure." Fumiko stands and immediately distributes the plates.
"Can I help?" Riko asked.
"Sure. You can help with the fork and knives. Be careful, Riko." I said to Riko.
"Alright." Riko said this before putting the fork and knife near the plates.
Eventually, Yuichi Senpai and Fumio pick up all the salmon and stack them on the plate. Natsumi does the same with the vegetables and pours them on another plate.
"The chicken is almost done, so if you want to wait, you can. But you can start eating if you want too." Yuichi Senpai said this before tending to the chicken alone.
"I think it’s better to wait for the chicken. How long are we talking about?" Natsumi asked.
"Five minutes or so." Yuichi Senpai said.
"That’s not that long; I think it’s best if we wait." Natsumi said.
"Suit yourself." Yuichi Senpai said.
"So, what should we do while we wait?" I asked.
"How about a scary story?" Natsumi suggested, to which both Riko and Yoshito immediately ducked under the table.
"Sure, I don’t mind." Kiyoshi said.
"I don’t think others agree to that." I said.
"Well, in that case, how about a funny story." Fumiko suggested.
"About ourselves?" I asked again.
"Everyone, except for yourself." She answered.
"I don’t like the sound of that." I said it cautiously.
"It will be fine. I will tell one of Kiyoshi’s." She said it confidently.
"Wait, if you said mine, I would tell yours, Fumiko Onee-chan." Kiyoshi said it nervously. Now this is interesting.
"I don’t mind, Kiyoshi. Do your worst?" She said it mockingly. She really wants a fight.
"I guess we can go with that. Is there anyone uncomfortable with this." Natsumi said, to which Riko and Yoshito raised their hands and looked a bit nervous.
"Don’t worry, you two. You don’t have to join if you are uncomfortable with it. This means the rules are that everyone who joined must agree that they are fine with some of their story being revealed. Everyone got that." Natsumi stated the rule, to which I nodded.
Fumio said that he is alright with it, the same goes to Kiyoshi and Yuichi Senpai.
"Alright, I go first. So, it was about last year in August in the office." Fumio started.
"Oh, it’s that one." Kiyoshi said before covering his face on top of the table.
"I was going to Kiyoshi’s office to give some reports about a case that I was tasked with. After I reached his office, I knocked on the door, but I heard no answer. So, after I excused myself since this is an important matter, I opened the door and saw the sight of a lifetime."
"Oh, it’s that one. I’ll allow it." Yuichi Senpai stated.
"Now, I am curious." Natsumi said.
"Please continue." I said.
"Okay, so what I saw was Yuichi Senpai and Kiyoshi sleeping together on the sofa. It was really cute." Fumiko said this while looking like she was daydreaming.
"That’s all." Natsumi said with a disappointed look.
"I guess this will pique your interest." Fumiko said this while opening her phone and opening a specific photo.
Fumiko showed a photo of Yuichi Senpai and Kiyoshi sleeping next to each other and facing each other cutely. In the picture, I can even see that Yuichi Senpai was spooning Kiyoshi a bit. Natsumi did laugh, while I just blushed at the scene. Fumio, meanwhile, uses his hands to close Riko’s and Yoshito’s eyes.
"Alright, that is all from me." Fumiko said before turning off her phone.
"Payback time; it’s my turn now." Kiyoshi said this excitedly.
"Finally, the chicken is done." Yuichi Senpai said this after checking the temperature for the last time.
"But, but. Onii-chan." Kiyoshi said desperately.
"Maybe later, Kiyoshi. Fumio, can you help me carry this?" Yuichi Senpai asked.
"Alright." Fumio sighed before helping Yuichi Senpai carry the chicken to the table.
It took about four plates to lay the chicken on, and Yuichi Senpai immediately went on to cut the chicken and give it to the other plates. The same goes for Fumio, who is working on the fish while Natsumi starts to distribute the veggies. After about ten minutes, all of us have our plates stuffed with vegetables, slices of salmon, and chicken. After a short prayer, we all start eating our food while having a simple conversation. Although Kiyoshi did manage to tell a story about when Fumiko got on the wrong train and panicked to get off the train, she even called Yuichi Senpai about her situation. That was how Kiyoshi knew the story. Fumiko did try to justify the story but failed miserably since Kiyoshi had Yuichi Senpai by his side to confirm the story; he even showed the call recording. Fumiko gave up and blushed along the way. After all of us are finished eating, we clean up the table before taking turns to clean ourselves a bit in the bathroom before going to bed.
After it’s my turn for the bathroom, I grab my toothbrush, combs, and other things for the bathroom. It took me about 10 minutes before I left the bathroom to give the turn to Fumiko. I also changed into my pajamas, which are just light blue pajamas. Nothing special. I walked toward the girl’s tent to get some much-needed rest. I think I am the only one who wants to take a rest for the non-kid part, since I see that Riko is already sleeping in the tent. So, after I put all my things aside before rolling up my sleeping bag, I start thinking about today. I really enjoyed this camping trip, and I do hope we can have another chance for another bonding session. Maybe next time, we can go hiking or fishing. After a bit of daydreaming, I close my eyes to get some nice, peaceful sleep.
