Yuichi POV

How many zombies have I fought? Probably hundreds already. Even though I should be concerned about myself for now, I am more concerned about Kiyoshi and my juniors. I shoot a couple more zombies before reloading again. I look back at my tank and look for its HP. It seems my tank did take a few damages, but it’s mostly fine. I am more worried about its power. It has already shot a bunch of zombies. I think I should use that. After a bit of deliberation, I shot myself a path through the zombies and ran through it. Making sure I was far enough from my tank, I used some of my AM and aimed my hand at my tank.

"Explode!"

The moment I said that word, my tank exploded, killing nearby zombies and more. It’s also destroyed some of the nearby buildings. I know I should have cared about that more, but zombies.

"Finally, you’re done with that."

I look back at the Caster and see that she has finally stopped being lazy and bored. How about I summon more? With a wave of her hand, more zombies start coming out of the road. She also summons a few more armored zombies that Kiyoshi is fighting. Crap, I have forgotten our plan.

I try to find any more nearby vehicles, but see nothing in the vicinity. I guess I am screwed for now. I use my two handguns and shoot as many zombies as I can. As I was thinking of any plans, an armored knight was fighting through the zombie herd like there was no tomorrow. What I didn’t realize is that the knight is heading toward me. I guess this is the backup.

"Yuichi, it seems that you have your hands full."

"You’re late."

She opens her visor and gives an apologetic look. Her name is Makoto Natsumi. She is the same age as me, though we are not from the same school, although it’s not that far from my school. She has a long light violet-colored hair and blue eyes. She is currently wearing her simple female-style medieval light armor. Her artifact is Excalibur itself. Although in its regular form, it’s a keychain.

"Sorry about that. I was sleeping when I got the call."

"Go figured."

"Where is your team anyway?"

"Let’s talk after the battle."

"Right." She closes her visor and lifts Excalibur again, ready for battle.

"Did you see any vehicles on your way here?"

"I think I saw two."

"Can you cover for me?"

"Yeah."

What we didn’t realize is that the Caster was beside us, listening to our conversation.

"What did you talk about?"

"How the?"

Natsumi swings Excalibur at the Caster, who just uses her spear to block the attack.

"So, you’re the Caster. Nice to meet you." Natsumi swings Excalibur again.

"How sweet of you to say that." The Caster uses her spear to block the attack.

"Thank you. I’ll make sure your defeat will be as least humiliating as possible." Natsumi pushes the Caster with Excalibur before falling back.

"You really are an honorable knight. I respect you. Let’s battle to the death sometime." The Caster aims her spear at Natsumi.

"I will take you up on your offer." Natsumi dashes toward the Caster preparing another attack.

Girls are something else. I will take this opportunity to find another vehicle. As I was running, the armored zombies and a few zombies were running toward me. I shoot a few of them with my handgun, but the armored one is a bit tough. Eventually, one of the armored zombies managed to catch up to me and was about to use its weapon. It was about to slash its weapon before a bullet went straight through its head, killing it instantly. I want to see where that comes from, but I have a hunch that he or she is a part of Natsumi's team.

I can finally see the two vehicles that Natsumi mentioned. But as luck would have it, there are a lot of zombies surrounding them. I connect my earpiece to Kiyoshi.

"What do you need, Onii-chan?"

"Kiyoshi. Let’s regroup; backup has arrived."

"Alrighty. By the way, Onii-chan. Which team is our backup?"

"Natsumi’s. Kiyoshi."

"Natsumi’s. Does that mean Yoshito-chan is here?"

"Probably, yes."

"I can't wait to meet him again." I laugh at his reaction, knowing that one of his favorite playmates is nearby.

"Do you have my location, Kiyoshi?"

"Hai!" He uses that cute intonation. Like a true cute little brother. To say the least, my little brother

"See you later, Kiyoshi." I cut the call short to let Kiyoshi focus on his battle.

I was running toward the two vehicles while dodging both zombie attacks and the bullets trying to kill the zombies. After a few more minutes, I managed to reach the two vehicles. I put both my hands on the vehicle and poured some of my AM into them. After pouring my AM into the two vehicles, both of them emit a white light before changing into two Mk IV Churchills. Alright, that should be enough. I aim my hand toward that zombie while controlling both tanks.

"Time for payback." Both of my tanks fire off a couple of shots toward the zombie horde.

I was too busy fighting off the zombies. I didn’t notice Kiyoshi running toward me. As soon as he saw me, he jumped and hugged me from behind.

"Onii-chan. How are you?"

"I’m alright, Kiyoshi. Did you manage to beat the zombies?"

"Yes, Onii-chan. Are you proud of me?"

"Of course, I am." I lightly petted Kiyoshi’s head.

"He he. Thank you, Onii-chan."

"Now, let's focus on the enemies. How is your AM situation?"

"I will manage, Onii-chan." As he said that, he directed his hand toward the zombies and created multiple blue zodiac circles beneath the zombies.

"Horoscope Maxima."

After he said that, all of the blue zodiac circles shot out a blue light beam, killing the zombies. There are still more zombies that survive, so I direct my tanks toward the horde and begin shooting them down.

Natsumi POV

It is both a tiring and good battle, to say the least. Both the caster and I aren’t backing down one bit. I am impressed that she can hold up against me, knowing that she doesn’t have the best physical strength. I try to find her weak spot, but it seems she has more hidden abilities up her sleeve. I swing Excalibur with my right hand, trying to hit her left hip. The Caster used her spear to block my attack. Since I already knew that she would block it, I use my left hand and attempt to punch her. Lord and behold, my punch hit her straight on her stomach, knocking her to the nearby building. I think that I punched too hard because the Caster went through the wall.

"Sorry."

"No worries, I was a bit careless." She coughed out some blood before standing up again and walking out of the building through the hole.

"I guess round two is up." I dash toward the Caster.

"I am not going to repeat the same mistake again." She summoned a few more zombies from the ground and some armored zombies. I start slashing the normal zombies, but the armored zombies give me a harder time trying to pass the armor. I was too busy fighting off the zombies to notice that the Caster had sneaked toward me.

"Hello." She uses her spear to stab me from behind.

The spear pierced through my armor and my stomach. Luckily, it didn’t hit any organs. She then pulls the spear out of me, and blood starts coming out of the hole. Before I can even manage to do anything, the Caster kicks me in the stomach, and I am sent flying to a nearby building, crashing through it. After the impact, I coughed up some blood. Okay, that really hurts. I mean, being stabbed, kicked, and crashed is really tough on the body. I open my eyes and see the Caster walking toward me with the horde of zombies. I try to stand up, but my body is still processing the damage I took. Though I still hold Excalibur in an attacking position.

"I don’t think you can attack in that position." She summons another spear.

Great, two spears. If one isn't enough, how on earth is she a Caster Class?

"Let’s end this, shall we?"

The Caster aims both spears toward me. But before she could even move, a bullet was shot, aiming at the Caster. The Caster was responsive enough to attempt to dodge it. She manages to move a little bit, and the bullet hits her left shoulder. Because of that, the Caster lost her balance and fell.

"What was that?"

"Excalibur, Holy Healing." I pour some of my AM into Excalibur, and it suddenly emits a shining white light.

"Holy Healing, activated." Excalibur started to heal my wounds and return my energy.

I immediately stand and attack Excalibur toward the Caster. The Caster managed to roll away from my attack and dodge it.

"Excalibur, Speed Boost." I pour some of my AM again into Excalibur.

"Speed Boost, activated."

My movement and my swings have suddenly gotten faster. The Caster still managed to roll left and right and dodge my attack. But swing after swing, I am getting closer and closer to hitting her. Finally, she manages to stand again while still dodging my swings. She eventually uses both spears to block my attack.

"Surprised." I swung Excalibur from above.

"Very." She rolls to her left before using her hand to do a back flip. She was finally able to stand back up and prepare an attack with both of her spears.

"I still have more to that. Excalibur, Speed Boost."

"Speed Boost, activated." As soon as Excalibur said that, I rushed toward the Caster and started swinging Excalibur at some inhumane speed. I mean, plus-two speeds do give you some hefty advantages. The caster was doing her best to block my swings with her two spears. But I can see from her expression that she wasn’t going to last long. I finally found an opening after 10 consecutive slashes. I take that opportunity and strike on the Caster right side. The Caster didn’t have enough time to react and got slashed on the right side. It was just enough to create a big wound, but not enough to pierce through. Although that cut did cause her right side to start bleeding, Eventually, she decides to retreat and orders the remaining zombies to attack me.

"I still have three more slots to use. Excalibur, Defense Boost, Strength Boost, Speed Boost." Again, I poured some of my AM into Excalibur. Though a bit more than before.

"Defense Boost, Activated. Strength Boost, Activated Speed Boost, Activated."

I could feel all those boosts coursing through my body. Eventually, I was surrounded by the horde of zombies. This time will be different. I use Excalibur and start to kill those zombies. Each time I kill a zombie, I get a bit closer to the Caster. With this pace, I should be able to get close enough to the Caster soon.

Hanako POV

I was bored. Like really bored. I was just sitting on the basement floor and throwing rocks. How long has this been up? Probably hours and hours. I hope Fumiko is here right about now. I could use some company. Suddenly I felt somebody touch my shoulder; I flinched a bit before immediately standing and taking a defensive position.

"Calm down, Hanako-Chan."

"Sorry, I thought you were a zombie." I lower down my guard.

"My bad. I should think more about that."

Fumiko is still in her battle dress, but I could see some blood and dust on it. Probably due to excessive zombie killing. I mean, mine has some blood and dust as well. Wait, why is Fumiko here?

"Fumiko-chan. Why are you here?"

"Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. The rescue team has arrived and is now in the middle of evacuating the civilians."

"Then why aren’t you helping them."

"The evacuating team said that they would handle this and asked me to look for any trapped civilians." It took me a while to understand what she was saying before I realized something.

"I am the trapped civilian you meant."

"Sorry."

"Lead the way, Fumiko-chan." I sighed a bit.

Fumiko led me toward the elevator, and I followed her. As we were walking, we got a sudden call from our earpieces.

"Do you two hear me?"

"Yes, Yuichi senpai." I commented first.

"How’s the battle?"

"Well, good news and bad news."

"What’s the good news?" Fumiko said that immediately. She is probably wanting to go back to her dorm as soon as possible.

"Well, the Caster has retreated. With it, the zombie horde will stop growing."

"Finally. I can’t wait to take a hot bath. You can join me if you want, Hanako-chan."

"Maybe some other time." I blushed a little and got a little embarrassed.

"How about the bad news, Yuichi Senpai?" I could see a slight frown on her face.

"The Caster sort of gave us a parting gift."

"What do you mean, Yuichi Senpai?" I touched the button to call the elevator.

"She summoned one last zombie."

"One last."

"Yeah, it’s a big one, alright."

"How big are we talking about, Yuichi Senpai." Fumiko said that with a serious face.

After the elevator has arrived and the door has been opened, Fumiko and I walk into the elevator. Fumiko touches the button for the third floor. Soon, the elevator started moving, while also playing more action-themed elevator music.

"Maybe around two to three stories. Currently Natsumi, Kiyoshi, some of the dispatched team, and myself are fighting it."

"I guess you need some help."

"Sharp as ever, Fumiko. But I need one thing specifically."

"What is it?"

Yuichi stayed silent and cut the call. Wait, did he mean?

"Is it really that bad out there?"

"I guess there is one way to find out."

"Right as always, Hanako-Chan."

After reaching the designated floor, the elevator opened, and both Fumiko and I stepped out of it. Fumiko then offers her hand to me, and I take it. Fumiko starts to pour her AM to make herself and I levitate.

"Hang on tight, Hanako-chan."

"Yeah."

Yuichi POV

Just how many hits does it need before dying? Even Natsumi and Excalibur can’t truly cut the gigantic zombie. A massive zombie wielding two big claymores and wearing fully decked armor. Also, it has regeneration. But there is a drawback. Whenever the giant zombie regenerates, a zombie in the nearest area dies. So, with that, Kiyoshi handles the normal ones while Natsumi and I handle the giant zombie. I could see that Natsumi is still struggling to stab through the armor. The only way we can damage it is if my tank shot hits its weak spot. Although it’s a rare moment since the zombie is somewhat agile. It moves from time to time, which makes it annoying to hit.

The giant zombie makes another attempt to hit Natsumi since she is currently too exhausted to move.

"Natsumi. Watch out." I shouted that to Natsumi.

The giant zombie swings its right claymore at Natsumi. Natsumi uses Excalibur to block it and switches up her two Speed Boost with two Defense Boost to raise the chance of not being destroyed by the giant claymore. The attack landed, sending Natsumi back toward me. She did use Excalibur to plunge the ground, slowing down movement. Coincidentally, she stopped right beside me.

"Are you alright?"

"Never have been better." She stands back up again after the hit. It must be hard for her.

"I’ll give you some time to rest." I direct my right arm toward the giant zombie.

"That sounds nice." She pants a bit before lying down on her back.

"Maginot Line."

After saying that word, a big line suddenly appeared, cutting myself and the giant zombie. Three small concrete fortresses appear that are connected by a line of big spike walls. On the top of each fortress, there are two artilleries. There are also three openings with a turret facing the enemy in each fortress.

"Wow, that’s sick." She is currently in a sitting position, though she is still panting due to some fatigue.

"Though, it took a lot of my AM just to make it." I kneel on one knee and keep my other leg in a 90-degree position after creating the Maginot Line.

"Can you still power it?"

"Yeah." I start to direct my right arm toward the center fortress.

All the fortresses start to emit a blue light, and all of the weapons start to activate on their own.

"Fire." I wave my right arm downward.

As soon as I said that, all the weapons started to attack the giant zombie. All the weapons attack the giant zombie in a pattern to not let it rest one bit. The pattern starts with the middle turrets and then the artillery firing. With this, I can hold the giant zombie with a lot of weaker shots before doing more damage. Like in life, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that the Maginot Line is holding the giant zombie and not letting it move. The bad news is that it doesn’t seem to take major damage, and even if it has, it can just heal itself using the other zombie’s life.

Since I haven’t gotten any news from Kiyoshi, I believed that he still had a few more zombies to kill. I can’t complain just yet. I mean, I have a giant zombie to entertain. So, I stood back up, took control of my two tanks again, and began shooting the giant zombie with them.

"Are you insane?"

"Yeah, I get that sometimes."

"So, you had been bullied before." She said that with a sweat drop.

"Of course not." I just laughed it out.

"That is what someone would say if they had been bullied before."

That huts, Natsumi. You don’t have to be so sharp about it. It’s a sensitive history that I'd rather forget now. I take a deep breath before continuing to assault the giant zombie.

"Alright, you got me. But I would rather focus on this situation."

"Sure, sure." She starts to stand back up again while holding Excalibur.

"But you will explain that after we slay this beast." She directs Excalibur toward the giant zombie.

"Do you have any plans?" As you can see, I am already recovered." She did a little stretching and flexing to show her full recovery.

"That’s fast."

"You can thank Excalibur for that."

"I’ll think about it."

"How much time do you have?"

"Probably an hour at best."

"Then, let’s use that time as effective as we can."

She gave up this bright smile, which is blocked by her armored helmet. I guess it’s the thought that matters the most. How do I know she smiled? Well, you can practically feel her positive aura around her.

As I was shooting, I was trying to figure out a plan. I have only one plan for beating the giant zombie. But I must wait for Hanako and Fumiko to arrive. I hope they arrive soon. What I didn’t realize is that Fumiko and Hanako are already above me and are about to float down.

"Here is the plan, Natsumi. I will give you some cover while you try to get close to the giant zombie."

"What am I aiming for?"

"The best course of action is to create weaknesses in its armor. Preferably the helmet armor."

"Any particular reason?"

"I have only one plan that can kill the giant zombie with one shot after Kiyoshi is finished killing the zombies."

"I see. Should we double it with Yoshito’s attack? Currently, I've asked him to assist Kiyoshi with the zombie situation as per your request."

"Only if we can time it well."

I was getting tired from all of the shooting action from my weapon. Suddenly, I felt a touch on my shoulder. As quick as I can, I look back and see Fumiko, in her battle dress, and Hanako.

"Calm down, Yuichi Senpai."

"Thank, God. You’re here."

"Did you really miss us, Yuichi senpai?" Hanako teased me a bit. It’s probably payback from before.

"Fumiko. I want you to help Kiyoshi and Yoshito clear out every zombie in the area. Has the mall been cleared yet?"

"Luckily, I manage to defeat all zombies on my way here as long as there is no newer zombie."

"Don’t worry about that. The Caster has retreated for now. We just need to kill the leftovers."

"I’m on the case, Yuichi Senpai." Fumiko immediately started levitating and fleeing toward the zombie horde.

"Hanako, can you activate your artifact?"

"Are you sure, Yuichi Senpai?"

"There is no need to fully activate it. You just need to use 'Equip'. I believe you have tried that, right?

"Well yes. But I don’t know if I can handle the AM."

"Don’t worry, you won’t be using it."

"So, you’re using it."

"I mean, I appreciate the extra AM, but Natsumi will deliver the final blow with it."

"Huh, me." She looks a bit confused while pointing toward herself.

"Yes. A spear in the head should do the trick."

"I guess that makes sense."

"Our plan is for now to hold the giant zombie until they are done with the zombie hordes. Also, if we can, we should try to create a weak spot on the giant zombie’s armor to increase our chance of killing it with one shot."

"Are you sure you will manage, Yuichi Senpai?"

"We will see, Hanako. But don’t count me out just yet."

"He just doesn’t want to feel old, Hanako-chan." Natsumi said that in a teasing tone.

"Not now, Natsumi."

"Um, are you two in a..."

Before she can continue with her sentence, Natsumi dashes toward the giant zombie after leaping above the center fortress. To avoid her asking more questions. I looked at her and asked her to start activating her artifact. She just sighed and started doing it. I look back toward the giant zombie and continue my onslaught.

Fumiko POV

As I flew toward Kiyoshi, I was shooting a few of my attacks toward the zombie horde on the road. Even though what Yuichi Senpai said is correct since I haven’t seen any new zombies, the number of zombies in the area is still large. Finally, I spot Kiyoshi fighting some of the zombies. Like his brother, I could see that he was a bit tired. If I could take a guess, it’s probably because he’s been fighting the zombie for a while now nonstop. I use my staff to create three glass prisms.

"Speculum Prisma." I shoot the three glass prisms at the zombies that surround Kiyoshi. All three prisms shoot out multiple rainbows of light that instantly kill the zombie they touch.

Kiyoshi conjures up three zodiac circles to block all the rainbow light that could hit him. After a few minutes, the glass prisms stop shooting anymore rainbow light and just disappear, leaving behind many dead zombies. As Kiyoshi disperses his zodiac circle, I float down toward Kiyoshi.

"Are you alright, Kiyoshi?"

"Don’t scare me like that, Fumiko Onee-chan." He said that while crossing his arms, looking away from me, and pouting.

"Sorry, I will be more careful next time."

"Thank you for the consideration, Fumiko Onee-chan." He discontinued his childish act and said that with an excited and happy tone.

"Do you want a pet, Kiyoshi?"

"Yes, please." He closes the distance between us and grabs my hand before placing it above his head.

"You’re doing a great job here. How about you rest for now?" I petted his head lightly to show my affection. I mean, I can’t help but spoil him a little bit. Hanako would disagree with me, however.

"What are you doing here, Fumiko Onee-chan?"

"I am here to help you out." I touch Kiyoshi’s nose lightly.

"Really, Onee-chan."

"How about I take over for the time being? You should rest for a bit." I pet his head lightly again.

"But I am fine, Fumiko Onee-chan. See." He did a little twirl to show that he was still okay. He is a little sluggish due to fatigue.

"Now, Now, Kiyoshi. I know that this is an important mission. But it’s better to take some rest now. You have done a great job handling the zombie’s situation. So, let me handle this."

"Alright, but I’ll only take a 30-minute nap."

"That’s fine by me."

"Thank you, Onee-chan."

Kiyoshi uses his power to create a zodiac circle that can be used as a portal to somewhere.

"See you in thirty minutes, Onee-chan." He steps into the blue zodiac circle.

After Kiyoshi fully entered the blue zodiac circle, it dispersed, leaving some blue particles behind. After that, I look back at the zombies while aiming my staff toward the zombies.

"Time for some destruction." I open ten golden portals all around me.

"Calculi Catenae."

At my command, multiple chains come out of the opened portals and start moving by themselves, like snakes. Of course, the chain is made up of multiple complex calculus formulas. It’s a bit nerdy, but this will do. I mean, the chains are still made of gold. The chains still have some styles on them. The chains begin to emerge from the portals and head toward the zombies. As soon as a chain encounters a zombie, it will pierce through it, killing it instantly. It’s a bit brutal, but this is the fastest way I could think of to kill an entire horde. This is also the reason why I asked Kiyoshi to take some rest. I don't want to accidentally hit him with the chain.

I looked at my watch and saw that I have 10 more minutes before Kiyoshi is done with his nap. I feel like I still have thousands of zombies to go."

"Better make things faster." I open ten more portals and create ten glass prisms with my staff.

"Calculi Catenae." More chains come out of the newly made portals and start attacking the zombies.

"Speculum Prisma." I use my staff to fire glass prisms at the zombies.

Time flies fast. I finally finished killing all the zombies. After making sure that there were no more zombies around, I deactivated all the portals and chains. After that, I sit on the ground and try to gather my breath. Suddenly, a blue zodiac circle appeared beside me, and Kiyoshi walked out of it while still wearing his pajamas, which were your standard blue space theme pajama set.

"Good morning, Onee-chan." He is still a bit sleepy and starts to rub his eyes.

"How’s you nap, Kiyoshi?"

"It’s good, but I wish I had more." Kiyoshi looks to his left and right.

"What are you looking for?"

"Where did the zombies go?" He asked that with a confused yet cute and curious look.

"It’s all gone, Kiyoshi; I have taken all of them."

"No fair. I want some action too." Kiyoshi pouted and again crossed his arms and looked away from me.

"Sorry, Kiyoshi. But at least now we can help Yuichi Senpai." I said that to Kiyoshi to help encourage him more.

"Really." He returns my gaze with stars in his eyes.

"Yes, but can you change out of your pajamas?"

"Oops, sorry." He twirls and changes out of his pajamas into his battle suit, which consists of a black shirt, black jeans, and a brown trench coat.

"Alright, I am ready."

I offer my hand to Kiyoshi, and he takes it. I activate my power over gravity and make myself and Kiyoshi start levitating.

"Hold on tight, Kiyoshi."

"Aye-aye, Fumiko Onee-chan."

I start to fly back toward Yuichi Senpai, Natsumi, and Hanako. I hope I can make it back on time.

Hanako POV

I fall back on my back while panting a bit. I am finally done with activating my artifact’s weapon mode. What is the weapon? It’s Athena Spear. I really hope it can kill that zombie in one shot.

"Yuichi Senpai, it’s done."

"Right in the nick of time."

As he spoke, the giant zombie managed to strike Natsumi with its massive sword, but Natsumi was able to block it with Excalibur just in time. Though the impact causes Natsumi to be sent crashing down toward us. Natsumi crashed down, creating a small crater around her impact. Natsumi uses Excalibur to stand up and prepare another attack.

"I am getting sick of this thing."

"Count me in too. I hope that Kiyoshi and Fumiko are done with the zombie cleaning."

Out of nowhere, Kiyoshi dashes toward Yuichi Senpai and hugs him from behind.

"Onii-chan, I am back."

"Kiyoshi, welcome back. Does this mean you are done with your task?"

"Hai." He lets go of the hug.

"We’ve killed all of the regular zombies in the vicinity, Yuichi Senpai." Fumiko suddenly appeared beside me.

"That’s great news to have." Yuichi Senpai looked back at the giant zombie and saw that some of the artillery hits were still there.

"Alright, time to kill this zombie. Here is the plan."

Yuichi Senpai informed us of his plan, which involves all of us except me. I know it’s sad that you get left out. But I don’t really have nothing to contribute other than activating my artifact weapon. Unless I can master my artifact, I won’t be much use to the team. After everyone knows their part, they start going into their position.

"May I borrow this for a while?" Yuichi Senpai picked up my artifact weapon from the ground.

"Sure thing." I may have sounded a bit sad and disappointed, and I believe Yuichi Senpai sensed that.

"Don’t you ever think that you are useless! You’re a part of my team, and no one in my team is useless." He petted my head lightly while saying that.

"Thank you, Yuichi Senpai." His words did inspire me a bit and also lift my mood.

"Alright, Yuichi Senpai. But promise me that you are going to train me up some more."

"I can train you to death if I want to." He laughed a little after that. I also laughed lightly at his words.

"Yuichi Senpai, we’re ready." Fumiko reminds Yuichi Senpai of the mission.

"Alright, Hanako. We’ll talk later, okay."

I nod, and he turns to face the massive zombie while placing my Athena Spear on one of the tanks.

"Now, Fumiko." Yuichi Senpai deactivated all of his weapons and tanks that were attacking the giant zombie.

"Calculi Catenae." Fumiko summoned multiple portals all around the giant zombie, and many golden chains appeared out of them and started binding the giant zombie, not letting it move much. The giant zombie desperately tries to move, but Fumiko isn’t letting it.

"My turn, Horoscope Maxima." Kiyoshi creates multiple blue zodiac circles around all sides of the giant zombie. All of them shoot a blue beam, hitting the zombie on all sides. The main point of Kiyoshi’s attack is to render out its defense, mostly its armor. Yuichi Senpai also starts attacking the giant zombie again with his turrets and artillery. After Kiyoshi and Yuichi Senpai stop their attack, the giant zombie’s armor is still there, but it’s in dire condition.

"Natsumi, it’s now or never."

As soon as Yuichi Senpai said that Kiyoshi had created multiple blue zodiac circles that Natsumi used to get close to the giant zombie, the giant zombie saw this and managed to break some of the chain with its right arm and grab the sword.

"Oh no, you don’t." She stops and throws Excalibur toward the giant zombie's right hand. Excalibur just sliced through the giant zombie's right elbow, stopping it from picking up the sword and attempting to attack her.

As soon as Natsumi arrived at the top of the giant zombie, Yuichi Senpai shot Athena’s Spear with one of his tanks toward Natsumi. Natsumi jumped and caught the spear.

"Take this and go back to hell." Natsumi hurls the spear at the zombie with all her might. The spear went through its head and out.

Kiyoshi makes a blue zodiac circle to catch Natsumi as she falls. Fumiko deactivates all the chains and closes all the portals. As soon as she did that, the giant zombie fell face-first to the ground.

"Did we kill it?" Fumiko asked that with a curious tone.

After Natsumi lands back on the ground, she grabs Excalibur and cuts its head cleanly.

"Yes, now it’s definitely dead." Natsumi said that sarcastically.

All of us finally sighed in relief and sat down on the ground to catch our breath.

"I will ask HQ to clean up this mess."

"Good, I am so tired, Onii-chan." Kiyoshi positioned himself as close to Yuichi Senpai as possible and slept on his lap.

We all laughed at Kiyoshi and continued the night with some chatting, while waiting for back-up to arrive.
