Note: Rhonan changed his name after becoming a dragon. His name from now on is Daemon.
During the summer, Samantha taught Daemon the basics for being a dragon such as swordsmanship, how to fly, control his own magic and powers which led Daemon to some serious discoveries about his dragon capabilities...and a little bit of dragon culture.
Ten out of ten elder dragon would say that while his elemental magic were good as it wouldn't even exist but under a few weeks he created a completely new type of magic which can't even be categorized. Not because it was too weak to be the fall under the category of apprentice class which is the weakest tier, nor god tier which is the strongest tier. Daemon called it "Body Enchantment". Based on how much of mana he used for it, he could strengthen his body to the degree where even the God tier spells didn't have any larger effect on him. Normally this supportive ability would be classified as one of the strongest god tier magic, but the problem is... unlike any god tier magic, which needed chanting or any sage tier magic which needed at least calling out the spells name, wasn't needed. Only under master class and below spells could be casted without any preparations such as those. But it wasto stong to be spell of a master tier or any other of the weaker tiers. Because of this they would all agree that he is a genius which born only once every millennium, this ability combined with the artifacts of the previous black-demon dragons, which for some cases, he could call upon any time he wanted after hearing about them from Samantha resulted a nearly unstoppable force that could easily outclass a natural disaster in terms of destructive capalitities, if he were to go against humans.

It was autumn, the first day at the academy.
The academy was a huge, white castle like building with golden dome roofs on each and all the numberless towers. Some towers serve as dorm others serves as storage building or club building. One could feel as the whole building radiated an glorious and prideful aura. If one wouldn't know that this supposed to be an academy, they would likely thought that this building is a national historical building, which isn't far from the truth knowing that the main building was as old as the Central Dragon Empire itself.
When Daemon arrived to the academy's gate he looked up the gate and thought:
- Well, let's get this started.
Thanks to the knowledge, which was provided to him by his dragon soul subconsciously, he could read the signs which were written in dragon language.
- First, I guess I should head to the opening ceremony. I just hope it won't last long.
- Hi Rhonan! Sorry, I meant Deamon. - a familiar voice greeted him.
- Ohm... Hi Samantha or maybe Miss Crimsonfire? - Daemon replied.
- You can call me Samantha here to. After all you are my "competition student". Come on, we will late from the ceremony. - with that said they walked together to the crowd.
- You should stay here with your future class. Try not kill anyone. Take care!
- Okay. Take care!
As turned out Samantha had to open the ceremony with an opening speech.
- Dear students, teachers! This is the nine hundred-thirteenth academy year which we all hope will be a successful, enjoyable year both for the student and for the teachers. We all know most of you hate long, meaningless speeches so with that in mind let's just continue the ceremony. The crowd was surprised. Was that supposed to be an opening speech?
After a few moment an old figure stepped forward. His beard was so long that it reached down to his knees. Everyone was sure that he is an important figure.
- I am the academy's principal. If any of you have any problem you know where you can find me. I ask every class to go to their classroom. Thanks you and have a successful school year!
Daemon just stood there silent for a few moment.
- Well... at least it wasn't that long. -Daemon thought, as he were about to get moving he heard a well-known female voice.
- Daemon! Wait for me. I have something to say!
- What is it Samantha?
- I'll be your form-master. - Samantha said it with a happy smile.
- Sounds good, but if you're our class form-master than you should be the last one who late...
- You right. Let's go!

They arrived to their classroom. Daemon sat down in the middle of the classroom.
- Let's get started class. First we all should introduce ourselves to each other. I'll start. My name is Samantha Crimsonfire. I'm a red dragon thus specialized in fire magic. - with that said you looked at a girl who almost felt asleep and said:
- You continue.
She was a shy girl. She had a short, silver hair with sapphire coloured eyes. Her skin was as white as snow. She had a nice, curvy, slender figure. She was wearing a silver necklace where her name was written.
- Hi!... My name is Elise. I'm a... silver dragon. Nice to meet you all!- with that said she sat down with a bright red face wishing that she could turn invisible.
The next one was also a girl... Well... For some unknown reason other than Daemon everyone in the class were female. Her golden hair was so long that it reached down to her hips. She was wearing more earrings than the rest of the class together. Her eyes was the same silver colour as Elise's hair.
- Hi! My name is Lilith and I'm a sapphire dragon. I'm pretty energetic and that boy behind me is my boyfriend.
It was Daemon who sat behind her. The rest of the class all stared at him as he stood up with an annoyed face and said:
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
- I'm not your boyfriend but you should add to your introduction that you are annoying, Miss Lilith.
- Just kidding! I just wanted to you your expression. - she sat down laughing.
- Enough! - Samantha said. - Let's continue the introduction. The next one!
She was none less then the 7th princess of the Central Dragon Empire. As she stood up her golden hair flowed in the air and her crimson red eyes were bright as the sun.
- My name is Dianne. As you may know I'm the 7th princess of the Empire. It quite well-known that I'm a silver-angel dragon. I'm a professional mage so you should know your place when you speak with me. - she sat down with pride in her face.
- One of the six supreme dragonkind, ehh? - Daemon thought.
In the moment when the princess sat down the next girl stood up trying to impress the class. Her hair was as dark as the night and her eyes was even darker black. Everyone looked at her thinking she must be a demon-dragon to has this black eyes and hair.
- My name is Zara . I'm a jade dragon and it's nice to meet you all. I hope we all can be friends.
The time has come, it was Daemon's turn. As he stood up everyone stared at him thinking what kind of guy he is.
- Hi! My name is Daemon. I'm Miss Crimsonfire "competition student". As for what kind of dragon I am, I think, it not really matter. Regardless it's nice to meet you all!
The princess stoop up rushed toward him and slapped Daemon in the face.
- It does matter so you should tell us before I cook you alive...!
- Okay, okay your Highness! I didn't want to steal the spotlight so I wanted to keep it secret as long as possible but you leave me no choose, I'm a black demon-dragon. Are you happy now?
- You must be kidding! There is no way that you are a black demon-dragon and what with that eye patch? You try to act cool but you forget that you are a mere weakling. If you are truly a...
As Daemon's patience ran out he stretched out his wings to show the class that he truly is a black demon-dragon. The princess stopped talking as she didn't know what to say. After a few seconds she gathered all her courage and said:
- No way... That must be some sort of illusion magic. I challenge you to a duel. Let's test it that you really are strong as you should be as a black demon-dragon.
- Whatever, where and when do you want this duel? - Daemon accepted the duel without any facial expression.
- In the second arena and after lunch. I will show everyone that you are nothing but a cheater.
- Whatever... - right after Daemon said that the time was 12 a.m. so it was time to for a break.
- Right class, it's time for the lunch break... and you all heard that, after lunch everyone come to the second arena. - as Samantha said it everyone else other Daemon and Samantha went out the classroom, leaving the two of them alone.
- Daemon.
- Yes?
- Don't worry about the duel. You way stronger than her. Remember you are a black-demon dragon.
- I know that. I was just thinking how annoying she is.
- Well, you can't do anything about that, but you should start eating, don't you think?
- You are right. - with that said Daemon started unpacking a sandwich.
*time skip*
It was time for the duel. The arena was full of the students and their teachers. Even the principal was there for some reason. You could say that even an old man like him was interested in the capabilities of the first-year youngsters. Daemon and Dianne are both are waited in the opposite sides of the arena for the start.
- Do you see this crowd you cheater? After I defeat you will have to leave the academy.
- Can't you be less noisy, can you? You are annoying. - Daemon answered in a calm voice.
- HOW DARE YOU? - in that moment Samantha started the duel. - I'LL KILL YOU! - right after that she send 2 giant fireballs at him as she was truly intended to kill him. Daemon didn't even tried to dodge them. He blocked both fireballs with his wings without any effort.
- Is that all? - Daemon knowingly made her even more angry.
- DON'T YOU DARE TO UNDERESTIMATE ME, YOU TRASH!
She launched lightning in a shape of an eastern dragon at him which he reflected at the protective barrier around the arena with his wings. The lightning almost collapsed the protective barrier. Daemon saw that the barrier couldn't stand one more of this.
- Master tier magic... - he thought.
- Okay... It's time to end this. - he summoned 2 giant , highly detailed and decorated rune swords attached to each other with a black and white coloured magical chain. One was black as the night while the other were more of a silver colour. The runes on the swords glowed even more brightly than the Sun in a red and green colour. After Dianne saw those sword she realized, that those are truly the third black-demon dragon's twin-swords. She froze in the spot knowingly that she most likely won't leave the arena unharmed. Daemon saw that expression, knew that it is enough for her to realize the difference between their strength. Daemon clapped his wings creating a wind strong enough to knock the princess out on the spot. Daemon won the duel easily.
- Now than... Is there anything else for today Samantha? - asking her calmly.
- Nothing I can think of. You are free for the rest of the day Daemon. - answering him in the same calm volume.
- Thanks, if anything happens you can find me in my room.
