Jack

Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack is passed out and kind of sick.

Jack sighed as he woke up with a massive hangover. His mouth was dry, and a pounding headache filled his brain. He didn’t particularly care for this. He just wanted to structure himself and wonder what was going to happen. With a growl, his stomach made itself noticed and he sighed, pulling up his quest log.

Jack looked at himself. When he looked he realized that he wasn’t wearing the same shirt and jeans he had been when he started drinking. Instead he found himself wearing n odd piece of kit that looked like something out of a fantasy movie. He had rough pants, boots, and a fancy green cloak. There was something odd that was carried around his waist, it was a belt but it was made out of some kind of scale mail. He even wore a cloak that he’d been unconsciously using as a blanket.

Standing up he found a full sword hanging from his belt, along with a small brown paper package. Taking that package out and unwrapping it he found a bottle of whiskey. It looked similar to the flask style that some Irish whiskeys had, but it was made out of some kind of crystal and had a dragon on it. “What is this, Welsh?” He asked himself, muttering as he stared at the weird little package.

Whiskey of Knowledge.

Take just one sip and you will increase your intelligence stat to your current maximum!

Drink the bottle and you’ll gain a special trait!

Well, that wasn’t descriptive whatsoever Jack put the flask in a pocket that he somehow knew was inside his cloak. As he began to walk he wondered what kind of job this weird system was giving him, after all he was Jack… and that was all.

Jack didn’t notice that there was something walking behind him. It was a shadow, as tall as he was, and anyone who had been looking could see a large Cheshire grin. Something was happening to Jack, and he had no idea.
