Reading the system message. Jake realized that there were 8000 other earthlings in this tutorial and that it would take around a year until it ends.. Jake wasn't exactly sure what will happen once it ends but he hoped that he could at least go back to earth, his apartment wasn't the most flashy but it was his damn it!
“I wonder if I will even get back and still have the apartment… I'm obviously not going to be paying rent in the meantime while I'm here…” a massive sense of dread hit Jake all at once, dropping to his knees he yelled.. “NO!!!! Please if there is a god out there! Please take the old computer in my room and destroy it!!"

Jake seemed to have regained his composure and decided to look around, all he could see were tree’s everywhere and green grass, the canopy of the trees made almost like a roof over the head of him which was quite nice now that he had clothes on. The breeze was acceptable and there were the sounds of birds and insects around.
“I remember that butler said I should check out that stone and the skill they gave me..and I should probably look at the title too right? Hmm how do I do this again?.. Status?”

“Hmmm… so identify? Do I think about it like I do with the inventory?” Jake looked down at one of his boots and thought hard on it and all of a sudden he saw a screen pop up in his vision.
Old Boots (Normal)
Boots that have seen better days, they provide no real protection other than normal boots would.
“Hm… ok nothing special I guess..” Jake checked the rest of his clothes and all of it was normal rarity with no special stats. “Alright let me check that stone and see if it does anything.. Then I need to do what those survival videos on youcircle i use to watch. I need Shelter, Food and Water, everything else can take awhile to get but those three I need as soon as possible.” Jake took out the stone which looked more like a pebble and stared at it willing Identify to work.
Gift of Lelantus (Unable to grade)
Use to receive the gift of Lelantus
“Hmm… not really anything to go by here… how do I use it? Just will it again?”
Use Gift of Lelantus?
Yes/No
Jake picked Yes and all of a sudden the stone started to shine really bright to a point where Jake had to close his eyes. A black cloak with silver edges and a hood appeared in his hands in place of the stone. “Ok that is weird… “

Champion of Lelantus (Divine)
Jake stared at the message with the cloak in his hands confused… “Who is Lelantus? And why did he give me this?” Jake used Identify on the cloak and what he saw nearly made him fall over.
Cloak of Champion of Lelantus (Divine)
A cloak that Lelantus had Rhaspo work on to make for his Champion, provides improved movements while being stealthy and makes you harder to see. There are certain ways to improve this cloak but no mortal knows how. Since this is a divine item it automatically repairs over time using ambient mana.

Jake instantly put the Cloak on and it fit quite nicely almost as if it was made specifically for him. Jake felt an exhilarating feeling in his body and thought it might have to do with his stats that have increased with his cloak now equipped.

*Interesting..* Jake said, “so it seems that my gear can give stats like in video games and it actually affects me.. Not sure if I'll get that feeling every time but I could get used to this! I'm not really sure if my stats are high or not though.. Hmm… let's worry about that later. To survive I need to get a shelter, food and water. Thankfully there are a lot of trees but I'm not sure if I can cut them down.. And I still haven't seen any animals anywhere.. I'll have to try and see if I can hide from them for now and get situated”
"It also seems like I can get skills and maybe abilities from gear now that I have dagger proficiency and stealth.. but why is stealth ungradable? Hmmmm… Well, let's get to it. I need food and water as soon as possible, it seems like it's already afternoon.."
Jake picked a random direction and started walking forward. Looking all around to make sure nothing sneaks up on him and focusing on his hearing to see if he can hear any animals Jake walked for around 20 minutes before he heard something in the distance.
OINK!
OINK!
Jake, making sure to take his daggers out of his inventory and using a quick Identify while bending his knees and attempting to hide behind a tree, looking out at the area that was making a noise.
Dagger of the Rogue X2
Nothing special, a basic dagger for the Rogue class. It can cut and stab but don't expect it to be anything spectacular.
+3 damage
Requirements Rogue Class
Jake equipped his daggers, leaving the sheaths in his inventory for now and slowly moved forward towards the noise that seemed to be slowly moving away. What he saw in front of him was a big warthog.. But not like the ones on earth. This one was at least the size of a great dane, and seemed quite strong by the looks of it.
Aper Warthog
Level 2
*SERIOUSLY! It's only level 2! It's HUGE!* Jake felt his heartbeat and his breathing increase.. Trying to calm down and think logically *Well it would make for a lot of food at least.. And I'm sure I can probably use some parts of it for something, at least there are professions so maybe I can use it once I get one?.. Yeah let's worry about that for later.* Making sure to still be close to the ground as possible, Jake makes his way slowly close to a tree near the warthog. *I'll have to try to kill it.. If it's like any other games I should get XP for it at least.. Hopefully levelling is something in this tutorial at least..*
Jake watched the warthog move around the area slowly eating the unlucky root of a tree just 2 meters away from Jake. Once it finished it seemed to want to come towards the tree Jake is hiding behind. *Well, here goes nothing.. If there is a God out there please don't let me die to a fat pig..* As the warthog made it to a root on the other side of the tree that Jake was hiding behind, Jake tried to run and jump to land on top of the Warthog. Luckly the warthog was too busy eating the tasty root of a tree to notice the (small?) Human jump over it.. At least it thought Jake would jump over it.
Jake landed hard onto the back of the Warthog startling it, normally it doesn't have any predators in the forest of Aspers so it never really bothered with the human it saw a while ago trying to hide behind the tree where its most tasty food was. Jake bringing both his daggers down in the neck of the warthog, Instantly Jake realized that was not a good idea as the pig sprinted at full speed to try and get away from the small human with the pointy sticks (daggers) while it was bleeding profusely.
Jake attempted to keep his hold on his daggers and dodge low hanging branches and twigs as the warthog slowly started to slow down. Slowly the warthog was losing blood and slowing down, Unfortunately for Jake as if its last chance of defiance before the warthog gave in to its demise of the small human it rushed head first into a tree, knocking both its passenger and also itself out.

A god sitting on a couch in front of what looked like a tv but was the size of a wall of a building was laughing hysterically with what appeared to be some popcorn. Before being interrupted by someone appearing out of nowhere near him. It was a beautiful young woman who had brown/gold hair that fell down to her butt. She was wearing a silver/white dress that looked comfortable even though it was showing off a lot of her curves.
“Hm.. Rhaspo what brings you here to my realm?” Lenlantus asked.
“Hmph as if you would not let me watch the mortal that you gave that cloak you had me make! You owe me remember!”
“Ok ok fine” Sighing Lelantus made space on the couch next to him for Rhaspo to sit down.
“Is he seriously sleeping???” Rhaspo asked. Laughing Lelantus explained what happened to Jake just seconds before.
“Are you really sure it's a good idea to have annoyed the system just for this mortal? It seems like he is not going to last long if he keeps doing these kinds of things.. i mean that warthog wasn't even hostile...” Rhaspo sighed. “I do like how I get to pick a champion now though” she smiled.
“Let me tell you Rhaspo i have seen something in Jake that no mortal i have ever seen has. I can't seem to tell you why but there is something about him that makes me want to support him, whether or not it's worth it…” Lelantus explained.
“Besides with just this it's been practically worth it” Lalantus laughing thinking about how Jake hit the tree. “Ah my popcorn!” Lelantus screamed as Rhaspo stole the bowl.
“Well it's all fun and games anyway.. But what about him?... What are you going to do about him? If he picks a champion and Jake and his champion fight, will it finally show who is better?”
Gritting his teeth, “it's fine, but if my Champion does fight his.. Lets just say once Jake is stronger i expect him to be able to fight his Champion as if he's dealing with a baby.” Lalantus said.
+Another part of the Cosmos +
A being that is like a shadow, looking as if its phasing in and out of existence at the same time. There was nothing near this shadow at all, almost as if it was in the void, but if you looked closely and hard enough you would see that's not the case, it's almost as if this creature's domain was hiding everything within from outside view.
“Ah so we also now get to pick a champion… hmmm…. I wonder how much we can help them… maybe I can finally get one up on Lelantus.” the shadow said.
“Yes that mortal will do.” the Shadow said pointing at the screen that seemed to not show anything. All of a sudden the Shadow just disappeared and everything came into view all of a sudden, there was a couch and a lot of food packets all over the now dirty rug which looked to be blue before all the food packets were thrown on it.
On the screen there was a young man, wearing the starting gear for rogues sitting in a desert next to what seemed to be some kind of scorpion animal corpse. The young man who has brown hair, narrow eyes and not tall at all, looked to be bleeding seriously bad down his arm and it seems like he was stabbed by the scorpion monster in his right shoulder.
