Supreme Weapon Spirit: Legend of Maha
Author: LazyCreepyUncle
Prologue 1 - His Creation
CLANG! That is the sound of two weapons colliding. The sound of cold steel hitting against each other. The weapons are grinding each other using the most primitive method of battle. A battle of brute strength.
It is natural for the two fighters to fight that way. They, who call themselves cultivators are always in hot pursuit of eternal life. As they become locked in combat, their weapons are coldsteel sacrifices that become thrown aside once they become worn.
Back in the time of chivalry, cultivators had blood refined their weapons for a more intimate connection with their weapon. Essentially investing their own life into giving life and a conscious to the weapon that developed alongside with them as they chase immortality. Back then, weapons weren't as easily available. If their weapon broke. The cultivator would still bring the weapon around with them in hopes of one day reviving it.
Nowadays, weapons of all types are easily mass produced, as this continent, Furgeas(fur-jas), has been blessed by the God of the Forge, Dwargni.
Mines are always full of ores, just ready to harvest. Furnaces built with Dwargni’s flame have living flames, causing the production of weapons to be many times more quick, and of higher quality. This made mass production almost as common as farming. Expected and necessary.
Dwargni was an oddity among gods. He was the only god who didn’t bother sending his worshippers to spread his faith. He had settled into a shop of his own where he played the role of a mysterious power, much like the web novel he read when he was bored.
That's right, Dwargni was an otaku, and a chunni who just loved to posture. The truth of Dwargni is that he once was the average earthling, but one day, he became so chunni and in love with the idea of the mysterious weapon shop owner, he set up a shop for fellow otakus. His odd life-style caught the attention of the observer of planet Earth.

He was not well recepted by the people of earth, so the observer decided to enslave him and bring him to the God of Flames, Flaurn. Flaurn took interest at what Dwargni was able to do with flames and steel, especially since her love interest was Satier, the God of Steel and Nature. Satire who felt at odds with Flaurn because her flames burned his wooden house down whenever she felt a fiery passion for him.
Eventually, Dwargni received both of their blessing and found his way to God hood using their blessings. And settled on a continent, after all, the Christian were right about the gate at heaven, cause it's a gated community, and they don't let gods under the age of 18 eras in, unless they know someone. Even then, the time would be reduced to 16.
Dwargni was quickly reaching the end of the 16th era and wanted to leave something behind as remembrance. After much consideration, Dwargni decided to create 7 holy and 7 unholy weapons with all the godores he had. One for each of the 7 virtues and 7 deadly sins.
After creating the 14 weapons, Dwargni sent the to random places in, on, and above the world. The sudden influx of energy from these Godly artifacts created danger zones, as well as blessed regions. It was a disaster.
Dwargni didn't have enough time left to solve the problems himself, so he created a hammer, one that would be injected with his Godly Forging Aura. The hammer became warped by the influx of aura, and took form of a Guandao. Despite the weapon not turning out how he hoped, Dwargni still decided that this would be the weapon that would rule all weapons. The 14 weapons he just forged had growth potential, but this one, it was crazier than greed, it was able to consume anything to grow. He inlaid a jewel that said king. One word said it all.
Born to rule.
One who will create a legend.
Out of fear of being consumed once the weapon awoke, Dwargni encased the weapon in sealing stone and talismans. He told himself that it would one day find its owner and he wouldn't have to worry.
The end of the 16th era passed. Dwargni, with the help of Flaurn and Satier, ascended to heaven.
