This is a system apocalypse litrpg. The first book will largely focus on the main character (Quill) Getting used to his abilities while trying to survive a nightmare level tutorial dungeon taking place in a setting similar to a metro while trying to deal with a presence inside him that seems to delight in causing mischief that he can't tell is just him slowly losing it or if the presence is actually there.
