The entire world blurred as Willams took off in a burst of speed, he only had one goal, and that was to escape, whatever was chasing after him. He had to, or else only death and pain awaited him. With flexibility and skill he didn't know he had, Willams rapidly wove through wooden threes and obstacles that burst out of the ground all around him in an effort to slow him down.
Occasionally, small wooden balls packed with blue motes would come at him from seemingly random directions but the fire on his feet would react and burn them, leaving nothing behind, growing a bit and burning hotter in return but even it soon reached its limit as Wilamm's Hateful Ee ran dangerously low.
His core cried out in pain as he exhausted it and pushed it to the limit, He pulled on every emotion He had and stuffed it inside his core in hopes of generating enough Hateful Ee to power his skill, which worked, for a while, but soon mental exhaustion began to set in and Williams soon grew too tired to even do that and he soon began to make small mistakes that caused his pressures to close the distance between them ever so slowly.
The world of brown and green he saw only became more apparent the more he ran, He began to torry he picked the wrong direction initially as the pressing feeling he felt only grew more intense as time went on, and he began to grow desperate as several more booms echoed behind him, signifying the landing of several more monsters.
Wooden spikes whipped past him and exploded in a shower of splinters that flew everywhere causing Willam's concentration to falter, tiny splinters from the blast dug into his being, sending a wave of pain across his body. took a wrong step and tumbled to the ground before smashing into a wooden tree that suddenly grew and twisted around him rapidly. Moments later his senses picked up eight distinct colors rapidly closing in on his position.
In a last-ditch attempt, he forced the pain he was feeling into his battered core and grabbed the Hatefull Ee it spat out and called upon his skill [Manifest fire] then coated his anger with Hateful Ee and shoved it into it and focused on his entangled feet, fire burst from his feet seconds later and soon began devouring brown motes that made up the tree's wood, then the wood around him and he began to sink into the wooden ground as His skill devoured it angrily. Soon he began to sink into the wood rapidly as his fire burned through the wood and motes with ease.

Moments later he saw shadows overhead and heard angry screeching, as they tried to pry open the hole his fire burnt to accommodate them, Willams began to panic as he saw one of the shadows he recognized as the first monster that started the chase move over the hole.
It pushed the others aside and stretched itself unnaturally and crawled through forcefully, the monster made a strange nose as it started to gather copious amounts of ambient brown motes around its slender outstretched arm, wood began to form around it rapidly seconds later as if made of water, they started morphing and rearranging themselves into the most wicked-looking spike he had ever seen that sent made his core shiver, it promised death, inevitable death.
The monster looked at him, even though it was almost pitch black to him, and smiled, revealing rows upon rows of sharpened spikes for teeth that glinted wickedly, Willams scrambled and pushed his fire to burn faster.
'I can't die here! not now!' Willmas pushed his desperation, helplessness, and hope into his already-spent core and beat it to spit out more Hateful Ee, it cracked as Hateful Ee gushed out of it in waves, pain similar to having his soul ripped apart ravaged through his body and he almost passed out, but he couldn't, he had to live he didn't care how but he would live, no matter the cost.
He called upon the last dregs of anger he had in him and coated it with the overflowing Ee and sent it to his fire on the outside world, it flared to life and formed a protective dome around his body, then another and another, as it was about to form another the monster screamed in frustration and the spike shot off its arm with shocking speed, it crossed the distance in an instant and smashed through the first two domes of fire as if they weren't even there but struggled to even damage the last one, the monster, seeing this, began trashing around madly in impotent anger as its connection to the spike began weakening rapidly before it snapped and it fell apart and the fire devoured it greedily, seeing this angered it even more as it started to move towards the fire forcefully, bones snapped and skin tore as it stretched and reconfigured itself but it didn't seem to care as it moved toward him with madness in its eyes, his fire shot spikes of flames toward it that ate into it slowly as it moved, soon, its entire body was a chared mess of skin broken bones, and black blood, even then, the monster snapped and spat blood at Willams angrily. The exhausted Willams willed his fire into an arrow made of fire and shot it straight at the head of the monster, it penetrated its skull and blasted its head apart, spreading blood and gray matter all over.
Seeing that that was done and no more came after him, Willams collapsed from exhaustion and soul pain, thoroughly spent and tired, he slipped between being conscious and unconscious, his fire burned through the last piece of wood that separated him from a great void below and he began to fall down into a void devoided of any motes at all, he fell and fell, light drained from his surroundings as he fell deeper and soon the only thing illuminating him was his fire but that too soon burnt itself out without his conscious input.
