This mark is called Rite Authorisor, RA. The birthmark symbolize race, like head of a Dragon for Draconian. Most hid their RA to prevent their rank to be scanned by hunters. Hunters are groups who will challenge the weak, lone souls for their wealth. RA allow duels between any beings with RA. 50% of wealth and 10% of Total Levels are transferred to the winner of the duel.
War between the continents has ended two centuries ago. A noble family from each of 8 empire is selected to form an organisation that held All-Continental-League (ACL) every 5 years. ACL last about 6 months testing both individual and team combat abilities. Each empire has to send a team consisting 7 male or female under age of 30 to participate. The 8 empire must wager 1 Teribium Coin(1000 Diamond) or equivalent. The winning empire taking 4 Teribium coin worth as prize. This have become an event that determine the strength of the 8 empire.
