Chapter 2

The town being near the border had inns lined up on the main road. The town is a rest-stop for many traders and adventurers. I needed a class to get the leveling process going. As a descendant of Hazard family. I was gifted with high wisdom but low intelligence. This ruled out intelligence and spell-casting classes despite having high wisdom and Mana. After an hour of careful consideration, I decided to be a <> Since I have decent Strength, Dexterity and high Mana, a good pool of Mana allow me to remain in berserk mode for a very long time. Theoretically, with the help of kill bonus from berserk mode, I could be in berserk mode forever while fighting lower level monsters. This seems like a most logical choice despite being a dagger wielder.

I headed for the town hall to register as a <> The receptionist advised me to a <> after observing my body frame. After her countless warnings and stories of people who went insane as a <>, I just bluntly told her to get on with the registration. She led me to the center of the building where a gigantic crystal ball, also known as <>.

"Please place your left hand on the stand." The beautiful receptionist said."Your class will be <>. This process will cost you 50 silver. You may change your class in the future at the cost of 100 gold. Your stats and level will be reset when you change your class in future. Do you wish to continue?" She smiled as she read out the warning.

I nodded. The <> glowed filling the room with red light. The red light got darker and started to surround me. My RA started to heat up, slowly spreading throughout my body. Before I realised it, I was already on my knees, barely holding on to the stand. The burn got hotter. It feel as if my body is about to explode. After a minute that seems like eternity, the heat subsided. I slowly got up on my feet.

"Congratulations! You have successfully taken up the <> class. You have gained the skill - Berserk Mode and passive - Rampage. Good luck adventurer! She said and guided me back to the reception.

I walked around the lobby hopping to find a low-level party. After an hour of fruitless search, I decided head to Shopping District before the sunset. I checked my RA to double check my class registration have been done properly.

This passive will allow Valentin to gain 4x stats gained from leveling up at tier 1, 2x stats gained at tier 2 and 1.5x at tier 3.

Rampage: Upon killing, recover 5% of missing Health and Mana. Active Skill cooldowns are reduced by 3 seconds (increase as the class level increase)
