The class was taken aback by her proposition, with a murmuring that began to engulf the room. Ms. Velerouge was suddenly a new person with a sharp change of voice and a now pumped-up attitude.
"What's wrong? Scared you all aren't even worth sitting in this room?"
Her statement triggered a sense of pride in everyone in the class, including me. Everyone tried to hide their sense of anger towards the teacher. She slowly made her way towards the classroom door with a big grin on her face as she also signaled the class to follow her. As we all followed her, we traveled down the hall for a bit while making a few turns here and there. I never actually did check to see how big this building was, and it was massive. We then came into a massive room with a dome like ceiling. There were stands for spectators around the outskirts. As you walked further into the room you could then look over the balcony and gaze at the sandy pit used for battle below.
"Today, class, we will be doing a training exercise! Bwa-ha, and the exercise is simple, it's you lot versus me!"
She was no longer the tightly reserved Ms. Velerouge from yesterday or earlier, we were now facing General Velerouge which seemed to be her newly discovered alter ego. She leapt from the balcony to the center of the yellow field. She then looked back up at us with her now iconic grin, waiting for us to enter.
"Well, it seems the Gods wish for me to exact the revenge I deserve"
Log spoke confidently as he made jumped down. Others soon followed him as it seemed they either had no choice or were just as curious for a fight as I was. As we each positioned ourselves in a circle formation around our teacher. Once in all of were positioned, we noticed we were missing those three. Sheeva, Phobos, and Ronan all stood there leaning against the ledge as if they never intended to fight in the first place. Logdra seemed to take notice of this and used the moment as a way to express his anger.
"Oi oi oi! Teacher! You're really gonna just let them sit on the sidelines as we-"
*BOOM*
Log was sent flying backwards and connected with the wall, a cloud of sand formed around him at his point of impact. General Velerouge though didn't move from her spot, she simply was in a stance striking that of somebody who just threw a punch.
"Bwa-ha-ha! You should have been paying attention, Feldheim! You are no longer able to participate!"
I don't even think he could participate. The impact formed a small crater in the wall indicating he took more than enough damage to be dealt with. As I looked back at the general, she then clenched her hands into fists. Small yellow particles began to surround her before she was then engulfed in a spiral of them. After that, they vanished, and now stood the general with two human sized gauntlets floating behind her. They had a robotic appearance to them could easily fit anyone in their palms. When Velerouge began to move her arms in a stretch like motion, the giant fists mimicked her.
"Now, who is next?!"
She looked around at everyone, eager and waiting for someone to strike. No one dared to engage with her.
"Tch! If no one will approach me, then lets what happens when your forced to defend yourselves! And I guess I will start with you!"
*BAM*
By the time I could react, another was already lying against the wounded wall. It was the boy from yesterday that refused to introduce himself, I guess she really did not like that. His sister ran over to him to see if he was ok, and he wasn't. The wind seemed to be knocked out of him and he began to cough up blood.
"Rey! I need you to focus Rey, can you do that?"
The boy slowly nodded and was set into a lying position by his sister.
"The miracles of family love. It was his fault he was playing with the bracer and not focusing on me, Viva Wilcox!"

"No, we are very lucky he was 'playing' with the bracer"
Viva then made a few motions on her bracer, a moment later everyone's bracer made a beeping sound, signaling we had gotten a message of sorts. The message read
:
[Name- Valor Velerouge
[Stat Types- Tech - Power - Control - Tank
[Stat Values- 65 - 79 - 72 - 82
:
*WHOOSH*
Something blew past me. I turned around and found myself looking down at the now groveling Viva, struggling to move. She struggled to speak but could barely utter two words.
"... Damn... Monster..."
She passed out. I suddenly felt a cold chill down my spine, as if could sense I was next to be blasted back with her giant fists. I slowly turned around, there she stood, still in the middle barely moved from her spot striking a victory like pose. Around her were all wounded and knocked down students. All who stood left was me, Blitz, and the Mackoy kid.
"Now, you three look interesting, show me what you've got!"
She readied herself for someone to come attack her. Blitz wasted no time to attempt a strike. He took one large step before being encompassed by static and suddenly was inside the monster's guard. She quickly reacted and swung her left gauntlet at him, Blitz then zipped around her from behind and appeared on her left side prepared to deliver a low sweep. She couldn't react fast enough, and the kick connected but she didn't budge. Blitz was now low to the ground and had lost his momentum, all of it delivered into that one kick.
"Nice try cockroach! But it's my turn to strike! Bwa-ha-ha!"
She clasped her hand and gauntlets alike together then winded her arms back over her head. I immediately began to run towards Blitz to assist him. Blitz franticly tried to get up but was kicked back down by his soon to be executioner. Velerouge smiled her devilish smile as she relished the weakened state he was in.
*BOOM*
A shockwave was sent out from the point of impact. A sand cloud had surrounded the impact area due to its intensity. As it cleared though, it revealed Blitz to be fine. He actually had a face of admiration on him, because between him and Velerouge was Henry Mackoy. He was there towering over Blitz and Velerouge. He was blocking the two gauntlets with his bare hands, with little struggle being shown. Blitz distanced himself from the two as well as I did, as we were now about to witness the two begin the next chapter of this brutal beatdown.
"Finally! Someone strong enough to stand against me. Now show me what you've got, Mackoy!"
General Velerouge took a step back and readied herself for an offensive combo of attacks. She started by swinging her left gauntlet but was deflected with Mackoy's own swing. She took another step back and swung her other one, but the same result occurred. Henry then leaped at the now vulnerable Velerouge, delivering a fierce uppercut which sent her body flying upward. He then chased her into the air by leaping upward himself. Once he was level with her, he began to pummel her with articulated punches. Her body looked as if it was a chew toy being shaken around, but even so he continued his violent flurry of attacks. They were both stagnant in the air as it seemed Henry's punches were intense enough to generate a force strong enough to keep them in the air. I could only watch with astonishment, what had seemed like an unstoppable force was now being completely crushed by our own unstoppable force.
"GYAAAAH~! ENOUGH OF THIS!"
The now enraged Velerouge screamed with pure desperation, and in a moment of confusion due to her screaming, Henry stopped his pummeling for a brief moment. That mere moment was enough for Velerouge to push him away and freeze him in place with her invisible grasp.
"I will admit, a part of me did enjoy that just now! But let's see you like it you damned mackerel!"
She hovered in place and with a waving notion her gauntlets were given life once more. They flew upwards in response to their controller. After which, the now demonic smiling Velerouge clapped her hands together straight out in front her, causing the gauntlets to trap Henry between them. She then threw him back towards the ground, creating the biggest crater this fight had seen by far.
"Now don't think that was all you were gonna get away with just that!"
She winded her arms back, gauntlets following.
"Original Skill: Two-Ton combo!"
The first gauntlet struck Henry with a force strong enough it caused him to bounce off of the ground. As the limp Henry was tossed into the air, the second gauntlet slammed him even further back into the ground. It wasn't enough for her though, she pulled her gauntlets back up to her position again to prepare for another attack.
"Original Skill: Forty-Ton pummeling!"
The gauntlets then flew back down to finish off their already defeated foe. So much sand filled the air that it was impossible to see the brutal beatdown. It was possible that he could die at the rate this was going if she didn't plan to stop. I began to focus on an attack. Lightning began to crackle around my hands before a pink-energized whip was in the palm of my hands. I swung it at the floating adversary, creating a crackling sound as it knocked her out of the air interrupting her beatdown.
"Damn Vanrouw! That was one hell of an attack, but the thing is, that won't be enough to beat me. I know there's more where that came from! So, show me everything you've got!"
I couldn't help but release an excited grin. It was my first fight here at the academy, against my own teacher on top of that. The blood in my body started pumping, so much so I could feel my own body heat resonating around me. The excitement started to trigger small static shocks around me made visible by a pink lightning emitting from me.
"Alright teach, I'll play your game."
